I always know buying preowned used second hand appliances is a risk. The person who picks the appliances here knows how to pick them. Every appliance I looked at seemed to be in good working order. I bought a frigidaire dryer and a whirlpool washer. Every function on both machines worked proper. This is my third time buying second hand washer and dryers and Midtown is the best experience I ve had thus far. My wife is very happy with both machines. Im saving up to buy a refrigerator and will buy from Midtown. The prices and the products are fair and honest.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. It took 2 weeks for the dryer to be finished(they didn’t have back up when their main repairmen wasn’t able to do any work.) timeframe and price were miscommunicated. Thankfully, someone always answered my call when I checked in, but we were very disappointed in the service. The staff was not apologetic either.

I bought a really nice Whirlpool washer & dryer in March from midtown in Kilgore. I paid $435 plus $50 delivery fee when they deliver it worker ask can you help me move this in & I said no I paid a delivery fee. He said well we will have to reschedule because I cant pull it up those 3 steps. I said no I have taken off work and waited on you 3 hours to get here Im not rescheduling, so I had to call my nephew to come help. Washer has never worked correctly, it walks all over the place & makes horrible knocking noise. They came and picked it up and brought back next day, it was filled with sand, had rug reminents in it, had a dent in top & scratches all over it. The worker says just use it I cant fix it but call Kenny and he will have to replace it, I called the owner he tells me he wont replace it but he will fix it. So they take it out again and bring back 3 days later, still doing same thing but worse, the worker says Ill tell Kenny to replace I will come back & get it tomorrow I have to pick up other appliances so it wont fit on truck. I called Kenny by this time covid-19 has hit & he tells me as soon as thins get back to normal he will replace it & my warranty will start when he delivers working washer. well 2 months later my warranty has expired he acts like Im making all this up & now he wont answer my calls so Im having to pay Nippers appliance to fix it. I have always used Nippers but they didnt have any appliances so I regret it but cant change it now. I hope this review lets people know Kenny @MIdtown Appliance cant be trusted & you better record everything Kenny tells you. Kigore has already closed. I believe in KARMA hope Im on the bus when it hits.

Bought a fridge and paid close to 400.00 had to pay to get it delivered (extra). It was delivered and we noticed that it was taking a while to get cold, by this time we had spent close to 200.00 in meat for the freezer. I called and told to give it overnight to get cold. Next morning meat wasnt cold blood pooling from meat. I was told to bring it back.. Are u serious? I paid for delivery, and they said sorry u have to bring it back. We ended up buying a small deep freezer and storing meat and ice cream in it and use the freezer side for what we would put in our refrigerator. Never again will I buy here!

I recently got really screwed on a washer and dryer set I have a two-year-old and I have to do laundry constantly Midtown absolutely save my life to work as much as I do and go to the laundry mat is a complete inconvenience this place is reasonable comes with an amazing warranty and their products are super amazingAnd the customer service is amazing as well I actually had a super fun time purchasing my dryer I literally laughed and joked the whole time I will never go anywhere else again

I found a nice stove. And when I had a problem right away they did fix it. I had to bring it back to the shop tho. That was the only thing I didnt like.
