All that needs to be said is that my wife really enjoyed working with Victor Jones at the Tyler store. He helped her pick out exactly the perfect sofa for the space she had created for it. Delivery was a breeze. The delivery personnel were in uniform and everything about the delivery was perfect.

Great products, awesome customer service experience! PJ was very responsive, helped me with fabric selection and took initiative and followed up to make sure they had the fabric for our sectional in stock, and called midway to give me updates and finally to let me know it’s ready for delivery in the warehouse! Recently went into Ivan’s a month ago looking for a dining set and seen one that I loved, the seller was nice and informed my husband and I that the set was in stock and we wouldn’t have to wait and we would have it the next week. The next week came didn’t receive a call had to call myself and they had to get back with me. I’m not the type of person to nag but I paid the following day because the item was in stock and that’s what I was told but to have to wait and then be told they aren’t sure when it will be here or not even try and call the warehouse to be sure and then say it should be in this day and then to check and then say we’ll hopefully this day it’s unacceptable. Long story short I asked to speak to the manager but he didn’t call back so I just said I would come in and he decided to give me the chairs off the display and it was only 5 and it’s a set of 6 so I will have to wait til the end of the month to see if they will be in stock to get my sixth chair and I was given $10 off which was nice but I feel more could have been done and hope to get that soon. I’m new to Tyler and where I’m from things aren’t done like that, my experience with getting my sofa from there was great but if I need anything else I will be going somewhere else.

The salesman was really nice. He showed me a lot of different models of the sofas that I was interested in. My only issue was that he kept having to look things up in his tablet-or read the tags beside the sofas, which is something I could have done. He wasnt knowledgeable about the product he was selling. But the end result was that I got the sofa I wanted, and he got the sale and everybody is happy!

The staff was very helpful here. Didnt follow us around like some places, but answered all of our questions in person and later on the phone and via text. Cliff went out of his way to get the info we needed to make a decision. They dont sell Ashley, but they do have some made in the USA (and made in TX) pieces, a huge plus.

I shopped for an affordable sleeper sofa that wasnt too large for my space and Vincent in the Tyler, Tx store was more than ready to help, without the hovering that happens in so many furniture stores. He also helped me with the purchase of a TV console and I was called to arrange delivery a few days ahead of time. Delivery took place on time and Im very pleased with my purchases.

Purchased a large dresser like piece that needed to go upstairs to a bedroom. The delivery showed up after the allotted time but they did notify us that they were running late. It was a pain getting upstairs but we made it and everything worked out great

They called the store and were told the boxspring could not be delivered for another week. So they left without putting the bed together. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ray was especially helpful. Nice furniture at reasonable prices. The only issue is that items my mom and I both picked out turned out to be discontinued and they didnt know for sure if week or two. They sold us floor models, but they need to work on their computer system showing correct stock. Overall great experience and I will go back.

After moving into a new home, we purchased several pieces of furniture from Ivan Smith. At the time, we also purchased the optional protection plan and, quite honestly, forgot about. The furniture is top quality and we never had to use the plan. Fast forward...the protection finally expired, but we were given full credit for it to go toward another purchase. There was enough for us to purchase a new memory foam mattress for a day bed with some left over. We are very pleased with Ivan Smith’s quality and service.

Exceptional customer service was provided by our salesman, Clifford Bartley. There was a defect in the craftsmanship of the loveseat. Mr. Bartley immediately responded to this problem and contacted the Service Dept. Bobby, the Service Technician, came and efficiently repaired the defective loveseat, to our satisfaction. This type of customer service is what brings back repeat customers !!

My husband and I recently purchased a queen bed furniture set for my son’s bedroom. We had great service during purchase. I forgot the salesman’s name and I couldn’t find the business card but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. The salesperson ‘s name listed on the sales order was a lady’s name. I think she is the clerk that set up delivery. There were side rails to the bed that was showing unavailable until a certain day and the lady who set up delivery found some to be delivered at the same time as the rest of the bed and attempted to find a nightstand available for same time delivery as well. The delivery guys, Chris and David, from our Tyler store, did a great job delivering and setting up the furniture up our stairs and down a hall to our son’s bedroom which was not easy because the turns are tight. . On the initial delivery day they noticed that the dresser was damaged before even unloading it and let me know right away and set it up to have another delivered. I remember their names because they just got finished delivering the dresser and the nightstand.

Walked through the store looking for a while before anyone approached me. I went in knowing what I wanted. Once I was approached it went well. Items were not in stock, but they got it there in less than a week. I really like their furniture.

Ray was wonderful! He allowed us to look around without hounding us, but was close by for any questions!!! We went in Saturday and received our sofa by Monday all other stores would have been a month out.

The furniture selection was incredible. Wed been to several furniture stores in town and hadnt quite found exactly what we were looking for, and we did have a good idea of what we wanted. The price was great, and we were able to go home with it that day! We took the model off the floor because it was the last one in stock, and that line was discontinued, so we were able to score ANOTHER deal on assembly (which was incredibly reasonable to begin with).To top off the entire experience, our salesman didnt follow us around like a lost puppy (his words), which I VERY much appreciated. He kept an eye on us and asked us occasionally if we needed help, but we were allowed to explore on our own!

I had just moved into an incredibly awkward and inconvenient to get into apartment. You go down a set of stairs and then up a set, in addition, at the top of the stairs there is a super narrow patio area. Chris and Moses, the furniture movers who came to my place, tried every angle imaginable to try to get my couch through the doorframe. When that didn’t work, they made pushing my couch through my porch area (on the second story, several feet away from a railing on the first story) possible. These guys were amazing!! They definitely put in more effort than expected and we’re the nicest people I have met in this town yet. The quality of the furniture is pretty great as well!! With all of the pushing and shoving of moving it into my apartment, there wasn’t even a scratch on my couch (and I still, honestly, don’t know how!)!!They are amazing!! I give this company a 12 out of 10!!!

I was very pleased with the sales. But absolutely LOVED the delivery crew Chris went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was in great shape and where we wanted everything. He made it feel like we was family. Gave me a call head to let me know they was on the way, and was early too didn’t have to wait all day like other companies in past, took the time to express ideas and options of what looks best where “helped decorate”.
