Tiffany and the whole crew are amazing!!! I recommend Atlas. Please never take your car to honest one on the loop they are horrible and will rip you off. Atlas helped me and they were very professional about it.

Atlas Automotive is a life-saver. It’s been a three-step process that’s made Atlas my forever-mechanic, moving forward. First, my girl’s car had a problem and a dealership quoted us well over $2500 to fix it—took it to Atlas, and they fixed it for a couple hundred bucks. Then second, I took a truck to Atlas—whereby Atlas saved me several hundred dollars from other places that I’ve taken the truck (other dealership that traditionally quoted me *several hundred dollars more* for the same repairs). And third, the no-pressure, more-than-reasonable pricing for Parts *and* Labor, honest and straightforward demeanor of staff, super-efficient work, and overall positive manner by which Atlas operates the front-office and phone-calls topped off my entire experiences with Atlas—from start-to-finish. Will never take our cars anywhere besides here. They have now worked on both my Ford and my husbands Toyota. They are the nicest people, give excellent quality service and will not try and sell you on anything you dont need. All around great business. Highly recommend!!!

OVERPRICED. TheY will rip you off for the amount of work they do. Charge me 500 just for taking my transmission out which took 20 mins to do after telling them not to do it. This was done out of pettiness because I found a better price somewhere else.

Atlas Automotive is great. Tiffany at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. You need to get your wheel alignment with the best equipment and mechanics. Atlas in the place.

Excellent customer service, highly ethical!

I took my daughters car in to get the AC worked on. They called me later in the day and explained in detail what the issue was and gave me a quote for the repair. I approved the quote and the work and the next day they called and said my car was ready. Upon picking up my car my invoice was exactly as they had quoted me and the work was completely done. With two teenage drivers and the owner of 4 cars it gives me great comfort to know I have place where I can take my cars, trust in the quality and care that Atlas is going to put in to my repairs and give me a fair and accurate price. I have taken my cars to Atlas twice, and will continue to do so.

My fuel pump failed a couple of days before Christmas and left me stranded. Atlas arranged for a tow and had my truck back to me the day after Christmas. Awesome customer service and very reasonably priced. Definitely won’t go anywhere else!

Manager sold me a car. Nice person but CEL light on after driving two miles. So far, replaced oil separator and O2 sensor and rear main is going out. Have a hard time buying that he knew nothing about it. Would not recommend as either he knew and chose not to take care of or he didn’t know which means they have no idea what they are doing.

We broke down in Tyler Texas and originally went to All Tune and Lube, but due to poor service we went down the road to Atlas. Their customer service was amazing and their free coffee is delicious. They had our van back on the road in about 4 hours. The crew at Atlas Automotive are friendly and professional experts!

Went in because my 2014 Ram 1500 started overheating. They took it in the next morning at open, diagnosed the problem and made suggestions, and had it repaired by three in the afternoon. They communicated before every step and the price was fair. I trust them with future work on my vehicle.

Very expensive for no reason. You guys wanted $115 just to look and see if I had a bad tensioner... that is absurd, y’all aren’t doctors out here determining the source of belt squeak. The tensioner costs $30 and took me an hour to replace myself. I asked if y’all could just attempt to tighten down the tensioner and I was told no. Whatever y’alls hourly rate for your mechanics is to much. Not gonna pay $115 just to have it looked at. People do not realize how cheap car parts are and that the rates that they are paying are ridiculous.
