Absolutely terrible customer service. After 2 months of waiting for my truck repairs, I’ve been told again “it’ll be a few more days.” Two months. With very poor communication the entire time. We were forced to use them after being hit by another individual, chosen by their insurance’s preference, and it has been a complete nightmare. If the choice is yours, avoid this body shop at all cost. It will save you weeks or even months of headaches. I am a busy physician who rarely leaves reviews, but the customer service was so atrocious that I could not (as a decent human) not say something.

Nolan was great..They finished repairing my truck early and my truck looked great..the paint matched perfectly..great customer service and a lifetime warranty on their work..very friendly staff...I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone..

Avoid unless you need an insurance repair estimate doubled, car parts misplaced/not returned and like waiting 4 months to have issues go unresolved (ask for Diana). Unfortunate to have a national chain reputation dimished by a poorly run shop. If you want to know why the cost are so high, take a look at the number of people behind reception desk and what they are working on, image the same is going on in the garage area too. Someone has to pay for all that labor. Would hope the liability waiver people sign at least gets updated beyond not responsible for personal property and include entire vehicle.

I was here as a tech for another company but from what I saw in the back where they work on their customers cars. They keep things very clean and organized. The professionalism of the mechanics and body technicians here is above and beyond what Ive seen at other body shops. If your car is in need of major repairs from a wreck. Highly recommend! While other body shops told me it would take 4 weeks for my repair, Caliber Collision repaired my car within two weeks, did a fantastic job at communicating with me throughout the process, and returned my car lightly detailed!

They made sure to keep in contact and keep me updated throughout the entire process. I was given a date the vehicle would be finished but due to snow they called to inform me it would be delayed by a day (completely understandable due to the dangerous driving conditions). Within a few hours they called back letting me know employees were able to make it in and finish my car that day and it would be ready for pick up on the original date. Id like to acknowledge that they went above and beyond to have my car ready on time. They cleaned my car as well which was an unexpected bonus (during covid). Polite and courteous staff. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Auto Body Express has a very professional staff. The repairs were excellent. One of the nicest things they did was send a text every day or two giving an update on the status of my repairs. I felt this was going above and beyond the norm. I really appreciated their staying in touch.

I had scraped paint off my door handle. In less than 36 hours, repair was completed. I looks as good or better than new! The staff was great as well. I am very pleased with the work done here. And these guys know how to present a detailed car back to me! It looked better in the interior than when I bought the car!

I visited this business today for an estimate and upon getting out of my car and walking in I stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins and was never greeted and the young lady at the desk was on the phone ok but even when she got off of the phone she never looked up at me and greeted me or even asked had I been helped, phone rang again and she answered 2-3 people standing/sitting in the background behind the counter I even stood there talking to someone I knew that walked in ahead of me, nevertheless I quietly walked out and left and went to another body shop and was immediately greeted and helped. I know the moral of this story because I’m the subject and I read it from beginning to end and I’ll even share it, DIVERSITY WILL ALWAYS EXIST!

While AutoBody Express did a good job fixing my car, I will definitely never be coming here again. They told me several times my car would be ready when it wasn’t. I ended up in a rental for over a month and they promised me they would cover what my insurance wouldn’t since I had to be in a rental longer than originally planned. This was back in August 2019. It is now March 2020 and I still DON’T have the money back that Enterprise charged me and that AutoBody Express “promised” to pay. I have called them countless times, every time they promise they will take care of it & it still has not been resolved. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I just thought people should be aware before they decide to go into business with AutoBody Express. This is no way to treat customers.

I cant enough great things about Autobody Express., especially Angelica.She kept me informed about my vehicle as soon as she knew something,She was either calling or texting me. She was just awesome!!

Like any other corporation they just do the bare minimum. Driving my car out of their parking lot and it literally died on 64 in the turn lane they come out to the car try to start it they cant start it and have to push it into the garage. Theyve had my car for two weeks now. My rearview mirror which was slightly damaged is now entirely broken and completely unusable not sure how that relates to my engine problems. Also why anyone needed to get into the back seat at any point to repair the engine or the body damage I will never understand but for whatever reason theres tons of footprints of mud and dried clay in the back floorboard.I dont blame the employees I blame the greed of the insurance companies.

Fast, friendly and accurate. Had to get my back light fixed after someone hit me from behind. They took the time to do a contactless estimate and dropped off the car and got my car done in a quick and timely manner. Angelica is a rockstar.

The repair was super fast! In on a Thursday; ready to go on the following Monday. Staff was very friendly. After a day of driving and having the car back, there was a minor alignment problem between the headlight and fender; small gap. I brought it back, and it was brought right in and adjusted. Hood and fender spacing look good. Hood operation is smooth. Emblems match and are straight. Just did a cursory inspection. Read instructions for care of paint & parts purchased.Paint seemed to match was overcast and raining, will check later when the sun is out Felt glass smooth to the touch, will know more after I wash by hand.Staff was informative and easily answered all my questions. Paint and body shop work was completed ahead of time.

Very timely in getting vehicle in for estimate. Waited 1 week for parts. Vehicle driveable so no lose of use during that period. Original estimated time to repair extended twice, once for additional parts, other because tech damaged part installing and had to reorder. Total repair delay additional 2 days. Company very good at keeping customer informed regarding state of repairs. Quality of repairs exceptional.

I hit a deer and Tore up the left side of my Van. I dropped my car off A week and a 1/2 later I got it back and I was so happy to see the finished product not only did they fix that but also other little things that needed to be done! I had a dent in my door from hitting a gas pump 🙄 and I hated looking at that but when I got it back it WAS FIXED! Also a alignment and I needed a new battery and tire ✔✔ fixed! Horrible experience. I went there because the at-fault-driver had Geico insurance and this was the closest affiliated shop. I was assured that I didn’t need to disassemble my stereo system... but it was returned to me only after my $500+ subwoofer was stolen. The manager wouldn’t even listen to me and just said, “no one had any reason to be in the trunk.” EXACTLY! And yet someone there who had access to my keys helped themselves to the trunk (where they shouldn’t have been to address front-end damage) and took my 12-in speaker. Completely ridiculous, poor customer service, untrustworthy staff. Use at your own risk. I’d avoid that place at all costs.

The work performed was excellent and have absolutely no complaints. However, there were associated mechanical and body repairs not included on the estimate and weren’t performed. In addition, the accident happened prior to Christmas and stil don’t have my car returned or even an expected completion date.On a people note, Scott seems to be a very good guy, very professional and knowledgeable. He is a big plus and the main reason for the 4 rating.
