Grant in sales, and Matt in Finance made the transaction seamless. From obtaining the payments I could afford to the vehicle that I was searching for. In this tight vehicle market with so few available due to computer processing chips, it was great to have professionals to work with.
Was in Tyler for Dr. appointment and decided to see if they could squeeze me in for service on my WRX. They were more than accommodating, getting me in with only a 15 minute notice! Danielle was my advisor, and she took expert care of me and my car. Service with a complimentary wash took about 30 to 40 minutes. Very efficient. Loved the digital inspection and ease of getting in and out. I am a Service Manager for an independent shop, and they schooled me on customer service! Great job folks, Mr Peltier should be proud!!
One word...Excellent. Niko, the salesman, handled all the questions and provided timely and accurate information. I didnt feel pressured or coerced. Dorian, finance director, handled all the paperwork and questions to get the vehicle out the door. I appreciated his honesty during the transaction. The team took the time to get to know us and made us feel comfortable. My first stop for car buying in the future. Visited on a Thursday and they still had a number of customers coming in and waiting at the lobby (about 5-6 at a time). They dont have loaner cars available and the wait could be longer than expected. Plan on being there without having another activity after because it could take time. Although, their video inspection is thorough and convenient!

Peltier Subaru for the best exp! Ive been through a number of car purchase experiences over the years, and even at best they were gruelling. I have to tell you I had a far better time with Ben Dickerson at Peltier Subaru.Every step of the way the team there were open and straight up with me. I never felt pressured. Ben got me a fair deal and I was pleasantly surprised when their financing beat my CUs rate. I would highly recommend them to you!
My husband made an appointment to have his car diagnosed at the service center because the check engine light came on. He dropped his car off at 4 per the appointment and they refused to diagnose it that day because they dont diagnose that late even though he specifically had requested it when the appointment was made. They kept it overnight and the next morning they told him they will diagnose it at 2??? 2 hours before their cut off???? They finally texted him a list of services they recommended. He called to get clarification on a few of the services and couldnt get anyone on the phone to answer. We both called multiple times because we NEED a second car and no answers. We arrived back at the service center and he asked for an oil change so we can go. Weve been sitting in the parking lot for an hour while his car just sits outside. Ive spent 3 hours total sitting in the parking lot over 2 days waiting to hear ANYTHING about this car. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Do NOT recommend Peltier Subaru service shop.Update: We spoke to Jamie, the shop manager, and she sat with us and clarified the estimate and all of the issues we had with Peltier. All of the miscommunication was cleared up we left in a much better mood. FYI, diagnosis STOPS at 2 pm so if you make an appointment for that reason, make sure you call and verify that they will diagnose.

While the people I spoke to in the service department are fantastic people. Meaghan was awesome! I spent $3100.00 to get my car fixed. They said they would do a 29 point inspection, got home and my husband noticed my brake light was out. I was also disappointed that my car wasnt even vacuumed out. Every other dealership I ever had work done at they cleaned off my dashboard and my car was vacuumed out. Maybe I was expecting to much.? Again I love the people but after spending that kind of money I expected a little more.

Bought an Outback in July 2020. Did not receive tags until December and that was after multiple calls. Many calls and messages were never returned by the salesman, Michael. I had difficulty reaching the sales manager and was not allowed to talk with him until I asked for the general sales manager. I would love to talk with the General Sales Manager to discuss the poor customer service. The vehicle was not purchased under my name but I made a significant down payment on the vehicle.
Disappointed. Horrific Experience. Sales Manager was terrible. I called about a vehicle of interest. They came back with terrible offer. Then psycho dialed me (called repeatedly until I finally answered the phone) was rude, presented a terrible high pressure, old school sales technique. I mindfully expressed I was working and placed a client on hold to answer the call and continued pushing. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SELL A CAR!!!! -Lost ALL opportunity for my business. Good luck to whoever works with these guys. Just all around awful.They disclosed the vehicle had frame damage and still were pushing KBB full value. I just closed a deal for my friend for a near twin to this vehicle, (same model year, similar milage and more options) in perfect condition, no damage for $1000s less, and the dealer was very courteous and respectful. There are obviously better options out there.
Came in for routine stuff, decided to wait since it was just an hr.I had to move seats 3 times to avoid customers not wearing masks . Employees are, why aren’t u enforcing it inside for customers ?Yeah I could have waited outside but it was raining & humid .The girl that had to clean my seat after each move didn’t look happy but honestly that’s just too bad .DO THE RIGHT THING.Imho this practice of not enforcing masks negate all the other things u r doing like cleaning etc. this is a virus transmitted via droplet, masks have been PROVEN to limit transmission along w social distancing . At least u have plenty of space that I could move around & avoid those people, thus I gave u 2 stars for space .
I would call ahead of your visit if you want to test drive a car your looking at just to make it faster but great staff all around. Still happy with my 2015 wrx too this day.

Our Subaru journey originally began wwwwwaaaayyyyy back in North Carolina in 2016 with a Premium Crosstrek (Felicia 1.0) from Raleigh, NC. We moved to Fort Polk, La that same year. We have family up near Tyler and were in the area needing an oil change. Long story short we walked out with a 2015 Touring Forester as my husband was not comfortable in the 2016 Crosstrek (I dont remember the salesmens name). The Forester (Gertrude) was our only car for over a year. We first met Dorian when we were in town, again, to look at the Ascent. Wonderful car, but we werent quite ready for it yet. We also looked at the 2019 Crosstrek too. We finally decided to purchase another vehicle, several months later, another Premium Crosstrek (Felicia 2.0). This time a 2019. For whatever reason the 2019 Crosstrek is designed way better than the 2016. Again, we only had one car at the time, I was away at a conference with the car and my husband was having to ride his bicycle 8 miles one way to and from work. Needless to say, in this Louisiana heat he got tired of riding his bike. Ill give him props though, he lasted over a year. He literally called me, told me to call Dorian, tell him what I wanted and to have him call us when the car was in. Momma got a brand new ride! My husband is comfortable in the 2019, we even drove all the way to Myrtle beach, SC with ZERO complaints from the highness! Anyway, we went in for services yet again, as we are about to move to Colorado Springs, CO and were needing extensive service done on the Forester (Gertrude). Roughly around $2500 worth. We put many miles on the Gertrude, over 111000. A lot for only being a 2015. I stated to my husband that he might as well get a new car and use the $2500 that we would have spent on repairs on Gertrude as a down payment on something new. Well......we told Dorian to make it happen and we walked out with a new car that same day! Helga is now apart of our family and we couldnt be happier with her (2019 Ascent Limited). Thank you so much Peltier Subaru, and Dorian, we are customers for life! Next up, (Name TBD) WRX STI for my graduation present to myself for completing my PhD!PS: With the Ascents 5000lb towing capacity we impulsively purchased a 26ft camper (2019 Sun Trail 215BH) the very next day from Gander Outdoors! What can we say, it was an expensive weekend! YOLO!Also, of note, there are 3 Subaru dealers closer to us than Peltier Subaru. We went to two of the three for oil changes, but we have standards and those standards were not met like they have been extensively met at Peltier Subaru! Dont go anywhere else! Go see our man Dorian and tell him that Mitch and Rachel sent you!

Our salesman, Grant, was very impressive with his knowledge about the car we wanted to trade in, and all the options on the table as far as Subaru had to offer. He was patient, never pressuring, and he and the entire staff were authentically friendly and very courteous. The experience felt genuine, and like we were truly cared about and not just a number or sale to them, and that meant so much. 10/10 recommend Grant and Peltier Subaru team!

I went to Peltier Subaru for our plates and looked for our sales consultant, Grant, but he wasn’t in. Another sales consultant, MICHAEL A. (I couldn’t remember the exact spelling of the last name, sorry) was the one who immediately and graciously attended to me instead. He installed the plates and took care of the other requests I made while, at the same time, answered my other inquiries. Friendly and accommodating people there. I would surely recommend my friends to come and check that place if they’re shopping for vehicles in the future.
After purchasing a 2017 Subaru Forester XT, I had high hopes that I would be able to hand the car down to my daughter when she turned 16. However, that will not happen. After having my vehicle in for service numerous times my car was never fixed properly. On December 25, 2019 the motor blew a piston on our way to visit with family. I have not had a vehicle since January 2020. Peltier took the loaner car back after finding out that my insurance company was not going to pay for the damages to the motor. Insurance company states there was no water at the fuel rail but Subaru mechanic claims there was 80% water in the fuel. SUBARU does not honor their word nor their warranties. SUBARU will find every excuse not to honor their warranty. Peltier Subaru deserves no stars.

I bought my second Outback from Peltier. My husband was able to negotiate the deal by phone and text. Grant made the process very easy and convenient. I spent maybe an hour there total getting them to give me a trade in value and signing all the paperwork. I love my new Outback as much as I loved my first one.Edit- While the sales part was great the follow up has a lot to be desired. The delivery man was not there when I picked up my car. I was told he would contact me in a couple weeks and have me come in so he could explain all the tech stuff to me. He never called and I finally got an email from him. I wanted to know how to make the car not automatically lock the doors. He didnt know how to fix it, an email I got a week after I asked the question. I googled it and fix it before he got back to me. So if you have questions after the sale maybe best to google it.

Shopping there for a vehicle yesterday. Salesperson was fine. No problem with him. When he took a request from me to his manager he was told by his manager that he was too busy for me. How is someone too busy when I am one of only two customers at the dealership first thing in the morning and the other customer is talking to a salesperson in the lot? I was considering buying a vehicle there that morning but as soon as I was told they didn’t have time for me I left. Sorry Peltier but you will not get my business. Bought a car across the street. Excellent service there and made me a great deal. I feel sorry for the salesperson. He said it was his first week and could definitely tell he was new. Manager screwed him out of a potential sale.
Dorian worked with us looking at a Crosstrek and Ive never had a better experience with a salesman in my life. He wasnt shoving numbers or any random things down my throat. He didnt try to sell me the most expensive thing, he took his time to get know me and what I liked so that he could tailor my best options off of that. Highly recommend this place and even more highly recommend Dorian 👍🏻

Meaghan was my service advisor, even though I showed up at 9 am without an appointment, she was able to have my car evaluated quickly. Both wheel bearings were bad, she had the parts and said they could do it today. It was going to take 3 hours so my dog Penny and I waited. Meaghan knew I had a doctors appointment at 130 and said she would try to have it done. I hadnt planned on being able to get it fixed so didnt have a phone charger. One of her associates was so kind, I am sorry I didnt get her name, to let me borrow her charger so I would be ready for my Telehealth appointment. My car was ready by noon and I was able to get home safely. I know this is long but Meaghen did a great job keeping me informed of the process. Her associate was a lifesaver with the phone charger. Peltier Subaru has great customer service. I heartily recommend them for sales and service!!
I Felt very at ease and was very confident by shopping local. This is my first New Car ever!!! 60 years. I have always had a resistance against sales people and their catch phases. My salesman, Marcus, was a very kind and gentle person. I was allowed to objectively think, come home without a pushover & do my homework. We had a great car buying experience at Peltier Subaru, thanks to our salesman, Dorian. We live two hours from the dealership, so when we found a used car we wanted online, we contacted them to get more details. Dorian was able to answer every question we had about the cars condition. He was so enthusiastic about the car, that we arranged to test drive it. He sent us more pictures as well as two video clips. When we arrived the car was freshly washed and waiting up front for our test drive. The car was just as perfect as Dorian had described. Dorian made the purchasing of the car go very smoothly, and a short time later we were heading back home in our new to us car.

Great buying experience! I highly recommend Steven. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly. He wasnt pushy at all and was very easy to negotiate with. The car we bought had one small issue that they agreed to fix free of charge and they gave us a very nice loaner to drive until it was fixed. Steven called me as soon as the car was finished but I couldnt make it until after they were closed for the night. He met me after hours with the car! These guys definitely value customer service and its not just about making a sell to them.

Since the very first email I sent out asking about a vehicle Marcus was on top of it! Walked in thinking we were going to buy a crosstrek for my wife but she fell in love with the 19 forester sport. Hi. I purchased a very nice vehicle yesterday from Nick Cortinas ... a 2012 Ford Fusion. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were talking about, and he was a straight shooter. I was even able to conveniently trade my old vehicle that I didnt think was going to be part of the transaction. I would recommend anyone looking for another vehicle to hook up with Nick. And I enjoyed talking a little football with him about some local athletes! ; )If I had a criticism, it would be about the financial services part of the deal, and is true of ANY dealership. It is always about the monthly payment vs the cost of the things being purchased. It is very easy to find yourself with a low monthly payment but not understanding the terms of the loan and the pieces included in it (although all this is eventually fully disclosed). It is possible that a customer needs the lower payment, but for most, it is a smarter deal to have the lower interest rate that comes with a shorter term of the loan (and higher payment). I think Im just saying that every buyer should be sure they know what their financial needs are for the loan and other offerings.Having said all this, I liked the financial guy too and was very happy with the terms that we worked out. And, they shined up my new purchase to make me proud on the drive home that should last me many years. So thanks to all the guys and gals at Peltier Subaru, especially Nick.Dane

Just purchased a 2018 WRX Limited at Peltier Subaru. I had a specific setup I wanted and I price i was comfortable with, and they made it happen. As a former employee of Peltier, I almost expected my experience to be more relaxed than it was. But, my salesman, Grant, did not shortcut the process. My test drive was informative. Even though I had researched the car beforehand, he showed me things I was not aware of. The delivery was equally detailed. Jeremy made the signing process transparent and smooth. I appreciate that everyone maintained a professional approach, but still made the process fast and fun. If youre in the market for a Subaru, give Peltier a chance to work for you. Thanks Peltier!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Nick Cortinas was our Sales Consultant and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and understanding of our needs. The Subaru sold itself. I would highly recommend this dealership and this Sales Consultant (although I met a couple others too and they were all extremely professional and not pressuring in any way). My salesman Taylor Brewer went the extra mile when demonstrating the car, literally. He just kind of when along for the ride, allowing me to stop and ask opinions of family members, answering for them the same questions I had asked. Taylor never let us feel as if we should hurry even though I believe the dealership thought we had kidnapped him. It was an enjoyable experience and everyone was helpful.
I recently purchased an orange 2018 Crosstrek from Peltier and it was a great buying experience. I was actually in Italy when I first did my inquiries for the vehicle and Grant had no problems helping me out and finding the exact car I wanted. For about a month he helped answer all of my questions and even had cars traded around until the perfect one was found. Nick helped me when I arrived and made it easy to get all of the additions I wanted to car. Its been a great experience and I would definitely recommend getting a Subaru just to work with this dealership.
Marcus took care of us the minute we got there. We told him we were there for a sale, but could not find what we were looking for. He took us around until we found the perfect vehicle for us. A little slow, even with an appointment. I think thats normal for auto shops tho. Do you enjoy watching golf? Good, that is all they ever play on the T.V. Clean and quiet tho.
