Was quoted $32.99 over the phone for a Duracell UPS RPC battery replacement. Go there to buy it and its $39.99 and they wouldnt honor the price I was given over the phone. Didnt buy it, needless to say, not cool.

Always convenient and they call if they have an issue and it gets resolved easily. I love working with this store. They are always nice.

They are fast, personable, knowledgeable, and accessible. They have a good product line and have just about everything you need from batteries to bulbs. I have used them for years but they just seem to have turned it up a notch on customer service and response.

Excellent customer service! They helped me out when my key fob wouldnt work. They tested the battery and even though it tested positive they replaced the key fob battery. The problem ended up being with the key itself but I cant thank Jay enough for his kindness. Technology is great, until it doesnt work and you get locked out of your car. This shop is always super helpful! I highly recommend shopping here.

I needed to get a battery for my truck and my wife suggested we go here because she had a good experience with them. I on the other hand did not really care because a battery is a battery to me. The people there are very nice and help you with battery issues. Just be careful because they might try to sell you something that you may or may not need but they are very helpful with what you need with batteries especially with your truck or car. I do not have any complaints about this place, I would recommend this place to anyone because of the professionalism they have.

I was treated well and provided with service I expected.

The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a staff member that was assisting a customer at checkout. He noticed that I was carrying a heavy marine/RV 12 volt battery. He immediately offered to take the battery. A second staff member came to the register and processed my online purchase. The conversation was pleasant and the staff member was kind enough to carried my replacement battery to my car. The whole process took less that 5 minutes.

Crooks! Do not go here for anything! They messed up my iPhone and tried to say it was my kids. I don’t even have kids. Overpriced as well. They will lie and say they use OEM products they’re a big lie because only Apple and Simply Mac use OEM iPhone replacement parts.

This was my first visit. They knowledgeable. The salesperson knew exactly what I needed from just looking. It was at a reasonable price.

Its a small store but man it has an awesome selection of batteries at really good prices and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful! They even had the batteries we needed 2 days before Christmas!! They also were able to answer questions about possibly fixing one of cell phones and for a reasonable price!

I understand that the person standing in the store in front of you is more important then the phone call. But the website shows them open (1:30 on a Saturday) but no one will answer the phone to answer a simple question for over 45 minutes and about 8 or 9 tries. Too far to drive to ask a question the answer could be a simple no to. Will delete or change if I find out the store is not open and the website is wrong.

I went in today for new batteries for my watches. The manager Jay was great and his associate was really nice and helpful. They will help you with anything they can. Both men represent the company Batteries + Bulbs extremely well. I will always come here first.

Against the advice of my son, I took my IPhone to Batteries Plus to have the battery replaced. The battery works fine, but the earphone speaker has virtually no volume and the gyro function no longer operates. Took the phone back and “they looked at it and could find nothing wrong.” I can still use the phone by using the speaker on low volume and turning the phone upside down, but that is somewhat awkward. Possibly a bit more training for the technicians in needed.

Friendly and informed on their products. Often the prices are as good or better than any other place that I use. I bought an ATV battery and a pair of specialty batteries for a light attachment.

Don’t buy a battery for your car HERE!!!! I bought a battery from here a couple of years ago and of course the battery went bad before the 2 years expired. I drove there the first sign that my battery wasn’t working properly. They checked it and told me it was fine. So I went to Auto Zone to get a second opinion and low & behold it tested BAD BATTERY. I took a picture of this useful information and had to get a jump before leaving Auto Zone to go back to Batteries Plus. I got there and showed them the picture from my phone that showed my battery was bad. They told me it has to test bad on their end. So they tested it AGAIN and of course it showed REPLACE BATTERY. The guy was visibly frustrated that I was right and now he has to replace the battery. They were very friendly when I initially bought the battery but not so much when it came to replacing it. Just do yourself a favor and don’t shop here for a car battery.

The store manager is awesome at this store. I thought we would have to wait, but he popped out and took care of us. We use the Batteries Plus store for many types of batteries. I was just telling a lady in Hobby Lobby where she could get special batteries for her mini Christmas trees. I need to head back there with several more items that need batteries. We are very lucky to have this store in our town.

Replaced my wifes watch battery quickly, and with no fuss. A few minutes later and about $12, her fossil was back to keeping perfect time.

They replace watch batteries, but not if watch value is >$200. A wasted trip for me since they dont advertise watch value limit condition.

Great Experience At Batteries Plus!My battery went dead on my car & this young gentleman (so sorry I dont recall his name) checked my battery & charged it for me at no charge. So I called the store to ask if they had a specific bulb, they were in stock and a decent price. At home I put them in but was unable to get the vanity to work. I go back to the store on Broadway in Tyler. Jay Kornick was super helpful in troubleshooting the problem, even tried different bulbs to no avail. Jay apologized for not being able to get it fully functional. Regardless of the outcome his help gave me a true respect for the company.

We had a great experience here. Husband came in to get a replacement key for his moms car (as her original key fob, the buttons started falling off). Everywhere we called they were hundreds of dollars for just 1 key. 😞 He was able to get 2 keys done and programmed for MUCH cheaper (we had already order the blank key fobs online, just needed them cut and programmed). Within 20 minutes my husband had 2 new keys for his moms car!! Will most definitely be back to get a 2ed key for my car! Thanks battery plus!! 😉

I used to always come here when I needed any form of a battery. However my experience yesterday has caused a change of heart. I woke up with a car battery that didn’t want to start my car. I figured it would be bad because the weather has been cold. Due to convenience of location and past experience I chose to use your Tyler location. I walk in and can hear the tech “Jay” I believe it was in the office on a phone call. He hears me walk in because I had on some pretty loud boots and yells from the back “I’ll be with you in just a minute”, then continues his call. A couple minutes later he comes out. I explain what’s going on, so he tests my battery. It’s bad so he goes over the pricing of 2 different batteries they have. One is $260 something dollars, and the other is $150. I ask if there’s any other option to which he replies “No”. He was unable to remove the old battery from the car due to corrosion to the posts and sends me to Auto Zone to complete my purchase. Since neither of those 2 stores could help me I ended up at Peltier Nissan and I’m beyond glad I did. The battery I received from them was $119 and had a better warranty. I did go ahead and replace the terminals to prevent future corrosion, but all in all I was beyond satisfied with Peltier. I won’t return here, mainly because of the lack of good customer service, not because he couldn’t remove the battery.

These are some of the sorriest people to do business with. I left four batteries to be fixed paid for them in full up front. Well they told me that they would be able to be picked up in one week. Well after several trips to get them. I discovered that they had sold two of the 18 volt batteries to some one else. And the other two were not even ready. It has been over two and a half months and still dont have my batteries. My advice is to not pay until you get them back . And that is if you get them back. Sorry service I have ever seen.
