This allowed me to maintain my independence and mobility so I can continue doing my daily activities. After my door braking on me, multiple times, Rikki and the team at American Lift Aids fixed my door despite my insurance no longer covering the expense. I can’t thank Tim and his entire team enough for all that they have done for me and for how delightful it has been to do business with them. Cheryl at American Lift Aids went above and beyond to help me get the lift for my truck. Even helped me with the paperwork to get my sales tax back on my truck. Which allowed me to purchase a scooter from them for my wife. Everyone at American Lift Aids has been a pleasure to do business with, more than helpful. Cheryl is at the top of her class! She impressed me so much, that I brought her roses when I picked the truck up after the guys installed the lift.

A few years ago my husband was robbed and shot in the back. He was left paralyzed from the chest down. We found a van but the lift was going out. OVER THE TOP SERVICE!!!! Needed a chair lift for my car and I found this place. From start to finish Cheryl guided me through the process. Once paperwork and that stuff was finished Scott and Rikki went to work on scheduling and installation. Mary is amazing, she got me the most perfect chair Ive ever had. Ive been paralyzed for 9 years and this is the best chair yet. Its like a mix between a lay-z-boy and a Cadillac.I love how it locks when I get in the car and I dont have to worry about the back flopping open and its WAY lighter than my others, its like lifting a feather. Not to mention its like pushing an empty chair, I LOVE IT!!! And I can carry things in my lap now and not feel like its going to fall out.

I just wanted to let everyone how much I appreciate American Lift Aids. I am a little person with severe spinal stenosis. I have severe burning, tingling, and numbness in both legs. I also have had 3 back surgeries and in 2010 I came down with infection of the spine bone. The infection damaged my nerves in both legs. I got a new Wheelchair back in 2010 when I was in the hospital. This year I really needed a new Wheelchair so I went through this other company since the doctor office used them. The owner was a total jerk and he told me I needed this piece of equipment because it would help me get better. It was the piece of equipment that the nurse puts on your finger to check oxygen. I would not take it but he would not take the answer NO. So Ichanged to American Lift Aids on Loop 323. Mary. The lady that comes out and measure you and suggest the right equipment and the correct size for me. Since my wheelchair was going to have to be special order because of my size she kept me updated. Well I can tell you today I got my new Wheelchair and I love it. She showed us how to take off the back and fold it up and etc. Mary and Christi work so well together. So I highly recommend American Lift Aids.
