Excellent customer service from the Verizon REP specialist. I needed an OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case for my Pixel 6 Pro and they had ONE! Thank goodness! Ive dropped the slippery phone three times on concrete! :-(
I went to update my data plan and at first they acted like they couldnt do anything until I mentioned I could take my business elsewhere then the staff helped me out. It took them a long time to figure out how to help me and I will let you know when I get my first real bill with them. I have been a loyal customer for way over six years lets see how loyal Verizon will be to me.
The lady at the front when you walk in behind desk was very rude. My wife was approved for a phone online, but didnt want to wait due to her phone being broken, so she went in stores. The lady said her info was fraud. And seemed to be finished with her after that happend. Didnt give any reason why it would even say that. Didnt even try to help. Just gave her a number to call. And the number wasnt even the right one. She went back in the store and asked what answer to hit and the lady gave her the wrong info, which wasnt correct. So then she gave her another number to call, which that didnt work either. Felt like everytime I went back into the store to tell her would be a burden so I left .Gave up after that and went to AT&T. They gave me a phone and helped me. Take notes Verizon! You just lost a customer !

The person who waited on us was not real friendly...I commented on it and she apologized she said she had been in the service and she was used to being straight forward. She changed her attitude and she ended up being great!!

This phone number wont actually get you through to the store at this address and is false information. It just send a you to their automated line that ends up connecting you to an online agent who isnt in this location

Mgr wanted to totally erase my phone. He wanted to get outside so he could see his daughters new car. Rude and waited 30 minutes in my car. Horrible service considering this is a corporate location. I went to a privately owned Verizon and it literally took 10 seconds to fix!
Terrible women working today outside so rude . I wouldnt recommend this place if you coming with a son or nephew lady wouldnt let me speak on behalf of my nephew. This was his first contract with a phone service company all I wanted was to be present so I know what he was capable of affording and what plan to get.. # Terrible treatment to top it off my nephew got a phone he wasnt happy with cause once again a a little adult guidance present would have help now they charging a restocking fee of 50 dollars

Showed up for my appointment and they were closed. Really would like to get my phone fixed. Called to get helped and now have insurance on my phone so that I can get fixed by technical support thru chat. Cant talk to someone with voice to voice or in person and you want more money. Im really starting to think about going back to stright talk.

Asked the lady at the door twice for help. She refused to help and just kept telling me to call the Verizon phone number even though I repeated twice I could not make phone calls. She made it very clear she didnt want anyone inside the store which in return cost them a customer. I left and went 2 blocks over to the one in the mall and they were super nice.

The local Verizon really gave me a hard time however those that I spoke to on the phone to help me rectify the situation and to get an understanding very pleasant I enjoyed speaking with her she was very helpful if you understood my concern this is customer service not our local Verizon local Verizon had me wanting to change to AT&T praise the Lord however Im still with Verizon

A 30 minute wait to buy a phone case after spending >$1,000 on a phone and being a customer for over 20 years, no thanks! Amazon will be cheaper anyway. I watched 3 people leave without service in about 2 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment online in the morning for a noon appointment. When I arrive 15 minutes early, there was one employee inside with the door locked saying the store was closed. Despite me trying to tell him I had an appointment, he refused to even open the door and attempt to resolve my problem. The store on south broadway offered a quick solution without an appointment. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
I went in to exchange my phone because it died and it was less than two years old. When I got there they would not let me in without a mask. That is fine however, it is inconvenient when I did not see it on the website before driving 30min to get there. Thankfully, someone in line had one to lend me. When I made it in there, the customer service was awful. They couldnt or wouldnt really explain the phones and I just ended up grabbing one so I could take work calls again. I was then told they couldnt transfer anything from my phone because the screen was black from a firmware failure. That wasnt terrible but then they charged me a 40 dollar upgrade fee to replace my phone and I had to do all the transfer credit. All said, the customer service was not good and I definitely get better service in Houston. I dont normally post anything about this kind of stuff but they really managed to tick me off.
They never tell you the whole story, they leave out very important information that affects your bill. They are also very hard to get customer service to talk to you. Ill try another co when my contact is up.
It was a wait a 30 mins to 45 mins wait. But the phone service came through before the local business office called us in for service.

Lived in an area where nothing worked except Verizon. The ability to use my phone at that time was very critical. Verizon came through with flying colors. Staff friendly and was willing to assist me with my needs. I will always depend on Verizon. 5 🌟s for them.

Wonderful service. Me and my my friend got new pixel 3s on release day. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and was willing to answer all of my 100 or so questions I had in my excitement.
Both ladies working the door are in such fear for their life that they will not even allow people to approach the door masked or not. She basically peeks out and sends everyone away and tells them to go online. Horrible Horrible Horrible.....asked to wear a mask...well here is the deal...my wife has asthma and tried the mask thing...ever had an asthma attack from wearing a mask???? Freaking sheeples!!!!
Very bad experience! Went in to get me a new phone. Told them I owed on my current phone. Up front they didnt tell me any fees or money I would have to pay. The women wasnt very friendly and told me to pay the amount owed. So I paid the amount owed picked the phone I wanted then she told me all the fees and taxes I would have to pay. She should had told me what all I had to pay when I asked what I would have to do to get the phone instead of, oh just pay amount owed and we can get you a new phone! So since I paid the amount owed I was pretty much forced to pay the fees on the new phone cause i was already in that far. Then after I paid she told me I could return the phone within 10 days but there would be a f50 return fee! Like this is all messed up! The women helping me wasnt very helpful or nice at all. They didnt even transfer my number over to the new phone or help me transfer my files or anything. I was forced to do it when I got home. I will never go to this store ever again! Thanks for the great experience, NOT!

Best Verizon store to go to.. they are always helpful! Pretty busy so expect a little wait but it is worth it! LaQuita is awesome and shell try to help you however she can! Dante was the best the last time I was there and I try to request him each time.
John handled the situation well. However, I feel that Verizon corporate should not mislead consumers, specifically regarding promotions. If I purchase an extra cell phone because I am told is buy one get one free it should be free. Not pay for the entire price of the phone and then Verizon gives me a credit for what I just paid. If I had known this I never would have got the second phone.
I walked in and was immediately greeted. The gentleman Ezell that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was personable and made the experience pretty dang good.
Dude answered my question but managed to maintain eye contact with his phone or tablet or whatever was on the table in front of him the entire time. The amount of money we spend on our phones I don’t think eye contact is too much to ask for. Will not be returning to this location for fear I will have to deal with this again.
The best sales person on Ezell. Ezell has been there for many years and is very knowledgeable.
I was made to feel like part of an assembly line. No time to ask questions. Basically heres the new phone you need...it was just rush, rush, rush. Sign here and here, do this at home...you have to transfer all your stuff from the old phone to the new. We dont do it anymore. There was no personal service. Im very tempted to take all the new stuff back and go with another cell phone provider right now. It better be easy to transfer.
Tony was not helpful what so ever he told me that I couldn’t get a new phone in store and had to do it online and then my brother in law went in 2 days later and got him a new phone and everything very shady!

I hate Verizon, but its the only place that has the best service where I live. I bought a tablet in North Carolina and knowing how I am and how my husband is we got insurance on it. Well tablet got smashed. So I first went to the one in the Tyler Texas mall and didnt understand a word they said and everything was very confusing. One thing I did get clear was that we did have the insurance on the tablet. I went to this one and the guy told me that I dont have insurance on it and he tried to sell me a new tablet!! You cant ever get a straight answer from anyone in these stores. They are just out for the money. As soon as I get everything I have paid off Im getting away from Verizon. Id rather have service thats not so great than have a customer service representative lie to my face. Even told the guy that I remember putting insurance on it. Just because Im a female and I dont really understand what they are talking about they think they can run circles around me.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the manager Elvis. He was extremely rude over the phone on Saturday and even worse in person at the store today. Elvis acted as if he was too good to help us. His attitude in general even with other customers was just awful. I’ve never met a manager that seemed to dislike his job and customers as much as Elvis.On a positive note, Jacob and ezell were both friendly and helpful.
They wont help you with anything
WOW. Would give 0 stars if possible. I was convinced by a family friend to go to this store. I bought phones cash to avoid a contract. 2 months later the phones showed as returned.... and someone signed on my behalf. I have inquired for 2 years about the contract and never received a copy of ANYTHING due to the employee being fired... All of it screamed fraud. I always try to give businesses a fair shake but this whole structure has changed my position. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Go to another or go directly to a corporate office online. Glad to be done with them and will continue to make sure all of my clients KNOW not to visit this store.

This store is a major disappointment. The staff is nice overall, but they do not mind bending the truth to make a sale. We left with a free tablet by switching one of our to the edge plan and ended up with a charge that month for it. Not the first problem weve had. Went to another store to it out. I suggest the Troup Hwy location

Have had dealings with this location since it was Altel 15-20 years ago. And everytime i decide to go there i immediately remember why i dont go there. Never had one positive experience. Mosty recently i went to buy a phone and was told i couldnt because i wasnt an account manager. Which i am showed them online. To which i was told that doesnt matter and had to be one at that store. So i asked so theres an account manager and an account manager? To which the manager replied yes. Lol. So i just did what i shouldve done to begin with and thats leave there, go to store on Broadway, get my phone, and go on about my day. Its all good though. I did get fast service...because the few groups ahead of me all walked out with disappointment too. Guess their own secret special account supervisor isnt the only thing unique to their location...
The gentleman that helped had very good customer skills. I was having several problems with my phone and he got everything set back up for me. He even showed me some things!

Busy place but some of the sales people can freaking rude. Plus if buy a new phone you have 14 days to have it replaced with a new one. And the sales man woman dont always tell you. Not to mention they are even worse if you call them.

The visit was full of double talk from both Verizon (in person) and T Moblle (on the phone) ~ both representatives work for commission so they threw out truth, and added their lies at this time I would not recommend either one.
Very helpful. Only store Ill go to from now on. They had working demos! The license resellers are a joke at other stores. Just wish I could walk in with $300.00 and get a decent phone. These $25 a month for 24 month deals are getting old.

We have used Verizon for many years and this store location for about five years. The staff has always been very helpful and Verizon has worked well until recently. We went to an unlimited plan about a year ago because we travel and use lot of data. Now they up and changed the speed and limited hot spot usage. We recently went to this store and they were not busy. We were waited on by a man who was rude and unhelpful. His appearance was unkept and he wasnt wearing anything identifying him as an employee. We will not return to this location and seriously considering changing carrier.
ABSOLUTELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Came in today October 29, 2015 @ 5:50 and an hour later and we were still waiting ! It was unbearable I have been a loyal great customer since 2007 and have never had a problem up until now its like the workers do not know what they are doing !! This is seriously the worst service ever! As soon as I was leaving the employee that was taking an hour to put a screen protector on the phone just laughed like it was nothing ! very DISSAPOINTED !

Terrible experience. It took almost 4 hours to get a new phone even though I knew what I wanted before going in. We worked with 3 different salesmen and the manager. We still had to come back to return my original phone and were not pleased with the results of our experience overall. I would suggest trying a different Verizon location.

Unfortunately, I left Verizon due to layoffs and short income, and joined an existing family plan on a competitors network. BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! I miss the customer service Verizon has, and I never realized how great the coverage is in Tyler until I switched. Yes, its not the cheapest in town, but for me, its well worth the money

I planned to use this location to buy new phones for my family, but after an interaction with an employee in the parking lot this evening, I wont be coming back. I parked in the lot at closing time, when there was only one other car there, to visit the buisness next door, got my twin toddlers out and made it to the next lot when a man came out and told me I had to move my vehicle. I could understand if it was during buisness hours or the lot was full, but there was 1 person and they were closing up. This may seem small, but I feel that a human connection and common sense are an important part of running a successful business. Ill be visiting Best Buy for my needs in the coming weeks. They, on the other hand, have always treated me with courtesy.
