Liza is such an amazing manager, worker, employee. &has such amazing customer service skills. I have dealt with her even before she became manager && she is just so lovely. And explains things so well. Even when I ask a million questions! π€ͺ
Val was amazing! I went in to transfer my wifes number to Metro. She fought with our old carrier (Boost Mobile) to get our account number tooth and nail for over an hour. She never gave up. In the end, we are happy with Metro, incensed with Boost, and will ask for Val on any future visits. There are no down sides to my experience.
Unfortunately this store couldnt help us but the staff were very friendly and trustworthy. They were able to tell us about a place that could. Very friendly service and I highly recommend them.
So Iβm leaving this review to help people out before yβall consider going to this store so yβall donβt end up like me. Iβve had nothing but trouble with this specific store. All the other stores in Tyler or Longview have always been great to me. When I went up there for help they sent me out saying they couldnβt do anything for me and to go to another metro because their a βfranchiseβ they donβt mention that until after you give them the money the manager up there is beyond terrible. Instead of helping you he does the opposite thatβs where the problem starts. So donβt waste your time going to this one. Go to others in Tyler. I went to other metro stores other than that one and they have been good to me. Even when I call their phone line and ask for help on some things they tell me they canβt do anything to call customer service. I callled another metro not customer service and they helped me out. That shows nothing but laziness on thier part. Anyways thatβs my review.
Great customer service!
I purchased an expensive phone and accessories at this store spending almost $300. The phone was malfunctioning at first usage so I returned to the store within a couple of days to hopefully get a different phone that functioned properly. I got NO help at all. They told me they were not going to help me as if would cost them money to return the phone. So I have an expensive phone that does not work. If you need a new phone or help with a phone issue DO NOT go to this store. Never have I experienced such an utter lack of customer service. Its all about their bottom line with no concern for the customer.

I came to this MetroPCS wanting to upgrade my phone but their prices were ridiculously high, she wasnt listening to any of my needs or what I wanted, she was insisting for me to buy a high priced phone that included a lot of bundles that made everything way pricier so, I told her that I didnβt want any of the bundles she looked angry and told me she couldnβt sale me the phone without the bundles. I felt pressured so I left and went to the metropcs on Gentry and I told them about what had happened they apologized for the inconvenience and proceeded to help me and ask what I WANTED not what THEY WANTED TO SALE ME !!!DONT COME TO THIS STORE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!

MetroPCS stole my money. I payed my phone bill one week ahead of the due date. The due date came and my phone was off. I returned to the store and they didnt want to call the manager. The guy I payed my phone bill to which was Sheryar even said, I payed my bill early the week before it was cut off. No one in the store reimbursed me my money or did anything to activate my phone. So please keep your receipt because they will rip you off and pocket yo money.
