They were super helpful. Luis went above and beyond to help accommodate us. He was super helpful and took the time to explain the process and what problems we were having while he helped us fix my husbands phone which I appreciated greatly. The prices are very reasonable and the shop was very welcoming. We will deffinitly be returning and will request Luis help with all future problems we may have with our phones.

I am a DIY person, and have replaced multiple screens, batteries, and other hardware on multiple phones. My iPhone had a massive software crash, and was stuck in a loop I could not fix. Took it in to fix charging port. they fixed it but now my phone has a hearing issues the audio goes in and out and it is quite frustrating. (didnt have this problem til they fixed my phone) took it back to fix under warranty and it was worse than before.TOOK IT BACK A 3RD TIME They have my phone and have it had it for the last 4 hrs im not from tyler i live in longview so this is a inconvenience to me ALL THE WAY AROUND! November 16th they ordered a new battery for my phone and said they will call when it comes in. I had to pay half down. He was very nice that day. Never got a call from them. Today I went in there, two weeks later, tell them my phone blew up, after he said itd be safe, and needed a refund because I no longer have that phone. He said he wasnt the one who took my order and money but I said oh yes you are TYLER. Finally he admitted he did. But theres an issue with refunds. All of a sudden theres a 20.00 diagnostic fee so theres your money. I said you told me I owe you 20.00 more to get my battery so now I owe you for a diagnostic that was never preformed. I ordered a battery nothing else. Anyway after leaving I got to thinking, he needs to do whats right so I called and said, look, you lied several times, admitted to it, Im disabled on a limited income. Please do whats right. So Tyler says to me, in case you didnt notice, Im disabled too. He says hes got two broken legs, well he was wearing ONE medical boot and riding with one knee on a scooter, the one with the boot on it, then he said, he has 2 broken arms, nothing was wrong with his arms, they were working fine and then he says hes got a shattered this, fractured that torn whatever. Anyway, he lied from get go. I went to Whataburger and the guy there said hed done the same thing to him. He wont be going back. Word of mouth will prevail. These people are horrible and not at all honest. Use someone else. Im also turning them into the BBB. They need more respectful help in there. People that dont lie. Oh yeah, they said theyd give 20% off items there for a review on Google. Well see how true that is.

I went online with my sisters phone to find a place that would replace my screen in Tyler because Athens phone repair people will hustle you out of your money and do the worst job( which at the time when I had broken the screen of my phone for the first time I thought it was supposed to look wonky). I brought my phone in and was attended immediately as well as let known what could possibly be wrong with my phone since the screen had stopped responding to my touch or anyone else’s.The prodded was very quick! As well as super affordable and very well done. I’d dare to say that the image on resolution actually looks better!!If I were to crack my phone screen again I’d definitely come here again and I’d highly recommend anyone who is looking to get their phone fixed to come here! Honestly one of the worst places ever. I had my phone screen fixed there less than two months ago and it already went bad. All they told me was they cant do anything because it was more than 60 days, that was a lie as it had only been 57. They didnt keep any records of me paying them and refused to help and were very inconsiderate as well as unprofessional. Poor company as well as poor management whoever you are manager who refused to speak with me.

I first used Cell Phone Clinic a year or two ago for some work on a faulty iPhone. Jonathan quickly helped me out and stood by his work. More recently, he replaced a cracked screen for me on an older iPad. Once he started working on it he encountered all kinds of unanticipated trouble and setbacks, and he basically had to refurbish the whole thing. However, he stuck to his original price quote for just the screen replacement, and the iPad works great. Bottom line: Jonathan and the crew at Cell Phone Clinic will shoot you straight and make things right if there is a problem.

I had my LG G4 screen replaced. My phone had problems 2 days later after the screen was put in. I had taken the phone back twice and they stated they could not fine anything wrong it. My screen was in my phone 16 days past the 30 day which mean the new screen had only been in the phone for 46 days and they stated they could not do anything about my screen because it was past there 30 days warranty. Really, I have taken the phone back there twice which nothing was done and the screen froze. I had to go buy another phone because I REFUSED to give them any more money for a new screen. I believed they knew they sold me a faulty screen but instead of owning up and replacing it they bull crap me around until the 30 days warranty was up. The plastic was still on the screen from when they replace it. NEVER using them again.
