My wife brought me in for my first visit to Office Depot. I was blown away by the customer service we got from Clarence. Within a matter of a minutes we were greeted and Clarence took us right to the printer toner section and was quick to show us which one we needed. Ive never had this level of service at a Best Buy or a Target store. We will definitely be back and hopefully our next visit we can thank Clarence for his obvious dedication and passion. We didnt get a chance to thank him this time because he was assisting customers the entire time my wife was showing me around the store. I have over thirteen years of commercial and retail sales and also management. This is the guy you build a successful team around. I would also like to personally thank store management and staff not only for the pristine condition of the store, but the service that we received from Clarence and other team members, that made us feel like guests of honor the entire time we were in the store.

Management actually yelled at me and was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for assistance.I was trying to get my fingerprints done and he refused to look at my documentation for it and turned me away before insulting me. I’ve tried soooo many times to ask customer service for help but they are too busy to handle anyone.

I came in this morning to print a few pages for my friends baby shower. I have came in to design invoices for my business before and the last time I was in the staff was very helpful with helping me design them and even let me use the computer. So I figured it would be the same this go around. This morning I was told I couldnt design the pages needed because the computers were used for customers and if I did design them it would be 1.40 something per minute. They said they were down to only two computers. From what I could see there were more computers in the store and it was not busy at all. I decided to call the store and talked to management and told them I probably wouldnt bring my business there anymore. Anyways... just wanted to let yall know I do not like the new change and felt like the way it was before was more personal and helpful.

Easily the best place in town for getting an office chair or a desk. Keep an eye out for sales and clearance items, and you may get an excellent faux-leather executive chair for $100 like I did. Customer service was nice, and it was cool being able to check out all the desks and try out all the chairs before buying. They also have better overall prices than other office places in town, like OfficeMax.

They changed up the inside the last time ive been in there. It looks cool. Speedy check out. Thats how I like it.

Business Services at the Tyler, Tx location will have you waiting very long periods of time even for the simplest help. Always just 1 counter person and she is just there...gets in no hurry...

I had a tablet issue that I needed to discuss with a tech savvy individual. The store had this individual located near the front. Good idea. He looked into my issue, answered my questions, and offered advice. Thanks.

They always have what I need. Ordering online is great but sometimes you just have to go get something and theyll have it and answer questions and gladly help you find items.

Ordered training manuals to be printed. Went to pick them up and the person at the counter had zero concern that they would be done that day. Called and talked to a manager.. He transferred me to the Print Shop manager who was rude and said Oh well we will get to it sometime I showed up 2 hours after the promised time. The print shop has much to be desired Clarance the store manager tried to help but it seems as the rest of the team members dont really care about their jobs nor helping customers. Will take my business elsewhere..

Great service from Clarence! Had a little issue with a hutch that I bought, and he and the manager went over and beyond to get it right. Happy camper!!

Went in wanting to purchase two hard drives and other supplies. Searched for 15 minutes trying to find the things I wanted. Left empty handed. Employees were to busy with their phones to bother helping paying customers.

Worst and longest wait for customer service! If youre going to just pick up an order thats already been complete be prepared to stand in line for about 10-15min and another 10min for the sales associate to find your order. They need a pick up counter ONLY!!!

Got a project printed for a lot less than I expected. Looked like they were training someone new at that area. A manager was calling an absent employee right in front of me. Not the most professional action, but the employees who engaged me were fantastic, helpful, and willing.

Dont buy your school supplies here. I spent almost 200.00 less than 2 weeks ago now they have a sign up to 80% off school supplies. I took my receipt back to try and get the difference and they said I would have to bring it all back to return it and repurchase at the sale price.

The wait was long to print my copies I sent over via email. I think they need a better system.

Theyve got everything you could want but its all overpriced. Ridiculously overpriced. You can get a lot of these supplies for 75-80% cheaper on Amazon. Only go if youre desperate and cant get it anywhere else
