Donald and Tim were awesome tonight! I have never had a team give great customer service as they did tonight so close to closing time. They did not have exactly what I wanted in stock, the Donald found an alternative and immediately switched it in his system for inventory purposes and got me on my way. I’m a very happy customer. You definitely need to give him kudos and the rest of his team.

Customer service was great in the printing department. Jakayla was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me.

Worst customer service ever in print shop. waited 15 mins for 2 girls to take design and print orders for 2 customers in front of me, never looking up or asking what I needed, 1 customer even went shopping while they worked on her order. When it was my turn the girl started helping me then said et me see what this lady needs refering to the lady behind me who had been there about 5 mins. i reminded her I had been waiting 15 mins while they took care of the others and now she wants to ask the lady behind me what she needs. Ill never go back. i had actually emailed in what i needed for this very reason

Really poor customer service. They dont carry even the most basic service parts for products that they sell, and the tech support is non-existent. There was also a couldnt care less attitude. I will never purchase another printer or any other type of electronic equipment from this store.

Computer Repair - I went there to fix a computer that was so slow that it didnt even work. Within less than a half hour that I waited, it was running like new again. Only $14 to fix it. Great place and very friendly.

Went there to prepare spiral-bound notebooks for a presentation. The clerk, Katie, was fantastic in the notebooks she prepared, even giving me discounts for products I wasnt even aware of. I am forever grateful for her help and professionalism.

I had an art showing with my friend and we had asked A WEEK in advance how long it would take to get prints made of our artwork to make sure we had everything together before the day of the showings on Saturday and Sunday. The person behind the counter stated it would only take about an hour to get everything done. We mulled it over and decided to make additional pieces since we had more time than we thought, and decided to hand the work over Friday morning and give them plenty of time to have them all printed. We went on Friday morning to have them ready for Saturday evening and the guy told us it would take 3 days to get it done! This was the same guy that said it would only be done in an hour. We had to drive to another place and hope someone could get these done sooner. It was an awful experience.

Went in there were at least 5 salespeople in almost empty store. I had a question about instructions for something and had to go all the way to cash register to ask, where I found two fat middle aged men playing a game on their phones. They were annoyed by my question. I went back and got the item anyway and showed the cashier where the instructions were actually found on the box, which I had to search for myself. I am elderly and this item was awkward and not completely light weight. I said so. Cashier was clearly annoyed. Ill have to go there again, unless I find office depot, but not happy. customer service is awful

Horrible service. I called 30 minutes before they closed just to get a verification if they would do a specific printing service so I could come the next day and they couldnt answer my question. All they could say was, well were going to be closing soon. Umm okay? That wasnt my question. Called another printing store and they were glad to answer my question without telling me they were about to close.

Very efficient, the clerk was friendly at the entrance and in the copy and reproduction area very knowledgeable, very professional. A great stress free place for consumers.
