Lauren from the Tyler store was very helpful in finding new frames and making the lenses in a timely manner. The glasses were mailed and arrived on time and in good condition. Will definitely seek her services again when needed.

Craig from the Tyler, Texas store greatly helped me replace a pair of glasses where a screw had sheered in the frame hinge. The glasses were purchased in Tyler, TX and still under warranty, but unfortunately the frame style had been discontinued. The catch was we had recently moved to FL and could not locate a convenient Eyeglass World near us. Craig and discussed that I was visiting Pittsburgh in the near future where an Eyeglass World was located. Following Craigs instructions I reached out to the Pittsburgh store near where I would be staying and I was set to show up the next day. I landed in Pittsburgh, drove to Eyeglass World and in less than15 minutes I walked out with a new pair of frames and existing lenses. Thank you for your assistance, Craig.

I love coming to Eyeglass World, whether it is for new glasses or adjustments to my current ones. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about their work. The only complaint I have is that I let two years pass without buying a new pair of prescription glasses. I just relied on readers and continued to have trouble with seeing further away. With progressive lenses you can see up close, midway, and far off, with just one pair. Check them out.

I’ve gone to Eyeglass World several times by default because my optometrist is next door. Customer service has been terrible every single time. Staff are always cold and unfriendly. On my last visit, I came in to buy two pair of glasses. I was handed a bin and told to try on glasses and place the dirty ones in the bin. I did this for half an hour, thinking at some point an employee would come over and help me. It never happened and I looked up to see numerous employees sitting on their phones, others with their backs to me, standing at a desk. I set the bin down and walked out. Went to America’s Best and had a wonderful experience. I’ll never step foot in Eyeglass World again.

I was able to get a same day eye appointment for my son. Amazing customer service from Carla and Dr Le as they were so patient with us and helped us get our exam done quickly! Juan got us taken care of and our glasses were ready same day! Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Very bad experience. Sunglasses were not tinted when first presented. Regular glasses were made wrong the first try. When they attempted to remake was called and told that their machine had broken and it would be 1-2 weeks before I got the glasses. They also had run out of cases so they just put my sunglasses in a bag.

Went to eyeglass world on 5/11/21. The tech. that waited on me after my eye exam did her thing by measuring my eyes, took my old glasses and checked the lenses and all of that. Then gave me the choice of lenses that would work for me. I made my choice from the selection and paid. When I went to pick the new glasses up I couldnt see out of them. The manager checked them and said I had the wrong lenses and it would cost $200 more. Sounded like a scam to me. Eyeglass world corrected their mistake a d got my glazxe6 to me. They work good.

I was desperate for a pair of Jenny McCarthy frames and googled the style number to find them at the Tyler, TX Eyeglass World. Never heard of Eyeglass World, and so I decided to call to see if they could help me; my current eyeglass provider couldnt assist right away. My original Jenny McCarthys were damaged and my lenses would only fit a specific style. I spoke with Ed at Eyeglass World Tyler (long overdue kudos to you, buddy!) who graciously stated he had the frames I needed, processed the order, explained the courier had not yet arrived and that he would clean and prep them for shipping. I received my new frames the next day! I pressed in the lenses...perfect fit. All I can say is Ed and Eyeglass World blessed my life. The McCarthy frames Ed shipped were even better, stronger than my original frames and were a beautiful new color. I am ecstatic over the help I received from this store. I only wish I could go there for visits, but I live closer to Dallas.

Went in just for an adjustment and they got me in and out really fast! I usually get my glasses across the street at eyemart but I am blown away by how friendly everyone is there. I also appreciate how they’re following protocols and trying their best to maintain safe. I will be getting my glasses there next time!

First. Opens at nine one person comes out the rest bs in the back starting work at 920 or so. Told me the glasses would be ready on the 26th of April. No glasses. 2 hour round trip. Also my new glasses came with a case, said they were out. Not a happy experience.

I went to get a pair of glasses and wound up getting 2 glasses with one of them with no line bifocals. Lauren was such a great help in getting the glasses and made my experience such a good one that I will recommend her to many friends. Their was a small imperfection on one of my lenses and Lauren re made them and got the to me very quickly. IEven with the covid protocols that made me feel good and took care of me. I had a very exceptional experience. I arrived at the appointed time and was seen right away. I have an unusual problem with my eyes so the Dr was so very kind explaining it to me and giving me a referal to an ophthalmologist. Then fited me for temporary glasses which can be exchanged after the ophthalmologist fixes my problem. They were so gracious and respectful,I had a very pleasant and informed visit.

They are the best! They always acknowledge me as soon as I walk in and help me out with all the questions I have. They are very informative! The store Manager Isaac is very professional and so is his staff. Also, I received my glasses the same day within a couple of hours. My other pair, which was a special order, arrived in less than a week. Clarissa was very nice and informative. Matt did a great job on my glasses! Sergio works with the optometrist and he even helped me pick out the perfect glasses!

Provided great service, they finished my glasses in 2 days.Even tho we’re in a panoramic, it felt like everything was normal again in eyeglass world.

Helpful and friendly staff except for the insurance gal. She told my husband he didnt have insurance after providing his insurance card with all his information. Thank goodness for Matthew looking it up again. He saw that my husband definitely did have vision insurance. Thank you, Matthew!

Nancy.....I would also like to let you know that the insurance gal in the back accused my husband of not having an appointment. He did have an appointment at 11:15am last Saturday. I made the appointment for him myself. Not a good first impression. Thank goodness for Matthew being professional and helpful.

I dealt with Juan for my glasses and he was so kind & professional. Because of his professionalism I will use Eyeglass world again. Clovis was also nice & professional.

I went in the end of January and drove over an hour because I needed fast glasses. I called and was told they could fill any eye prescription on the spot which didnt happen so left without glasses. I go to another place get my glasses because it was closer to pick up in town. Get my glasses back and my eye prescription is wrong. So I call again tell them what happen and was told to come in get it redone. I drive over and hour to get there to find out I have to wait for the doctor that did it the first time and she is only there Mondays and Tuesday. So I have made 6 hour road trip and still trying to get glasses February 2 I will never chose this place again. Not honest just want to get customers their and make a buck. 9 hours of drinking there and back to my home town. This is ridiculous and I know no one cares but hope to save someone else from this

The optometrist next door is the very nicest ever!!. Did a very thorough job, took time to answer all my questions. And they have a price break if you dont have insurance for your exam. 20 bucks off not bad. I would highly recommend this place

The staff are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The Dr is so sweet and listens to you as a patient wonderfully. I was in and out in under 30 mins. From beginning of my exam, picking out two pair of frames to setting up when they would be picked up. I will definitely be recommending them to my friend and family.

Let me first say Latoya is awesome! She is always attentive and on the ball where her customers are concerned. But the rest leave a lot to be desired. We have been in 3 times and LaToya was not there. They do not greet you when you come in the door. We wandered around for several minutes and finally thought we needed to just go sit down as they were kind of busy. No sooner had we sat down that we caught an agents attention and she asked if we were picking up glasses and we said no that we needed to get a pair remade. So she directed us to a different seating area.One agent came in from lunch and when he started working he went to a different table of some people that came in after us.The lady that helped us was pleasant and took care of our needs. However, the biggest problem is in calling to check on glasses. You get left on hold for a long time even to the point of hanging up and calling back. You are told one thing when in the store and then you get entirely different explanations on where your glasses are over the phone. They keep asking questions as if they never listened the first time anyway. I doubt we will be back simply due to the customer service, it really sucks!

This place honestly cares about my business. My sunglasses were back ordered and they took care of me beyond my expectations. Not only did they call to keep me updated with my order, but they were friendly about it and when the order had complications they took care of it without my asking. I would recommend this place to anyone because of their culture towards customer service but also because their prices are reasonable and their people are helpful and knowledgeable.

Unprofessional. Could hear the staff talking about me, to the point one of the employees had to open the lab door and say the customer is sitting here and can hear every word youre saying about her and the lenses. I would never conduct myself in such a manner at my place of employment and dont expect others to either. Dont waste your time or money. Some of the staff was nice but for the most part, majority was awful. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Ragsdale & Martin. They fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and didnt charge me a dime.

Came in to get my pupillary distance measured after purchasing glasses prior to, with the intent of reordering the same pair (only with polycarbonate), and received the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I was greeted with irritation and never quite got my measurement, due to the fact of a system (or user) error which recognized my name and address, but not my birthday. After about 10 minutes of attempted convincing that I was who I said I am, no resolution occurred and I was still treated with suspicion. It was embarrassing and disappointing, especially as a customer who has purchased several glasses from this location. Wouldn’t recommend.

Glasses were broken when they arrived had to be reordered. I was leaving the country before they would be returned. Had to wear my old broken glasses on vacation. Makes me doubt the quality of the product and the employees didn’t seem surprised that they were broken. They put a rush on the order

My husband and I are extremely happy with the service we got from here Mario was our helper he is bilingual and helped me every step of the way he was really honest with me being a girl we are complicated and there was way too many glasses to choose from and my husband would have told me all the glasses looked good on me lol but Mario was there to narrow it down and still gave me a heck of a price!. I would recommend anyone who is needing glasses to come here and speak with Mario!

Prices are good but they have very slow service and do not meet the time frames they give you. Over 2 weeks for a pretty standard per of glasses with an easy prescription.

WORST service ever! Tech did not know what she was doing as far as billing insurance. I had my benefits summary on my phone and showed her she told me I needed to pay full price for lenses! I called my insurance and I was told something totally different. I went back to tell her what I was told and was basically yelled at in a lobby FULL of people.

I took my little guys here to get their glasses on the 11th of July. We drove from Canton to look, as the places around us didnt have much to offer 2 and 4 years old boys.I was almost detered just by the reviews, but I went in anyways, and glad we did. It was cloudy when we went in but decent weather, my kiddos were not being terrible and Destiney was the young lady who helped us. She was amazing. Very sweet with them both and was very helpful.They had a decent selection. Definitely not Wal-Mart prices(I.e. 50.00 frames, more like 90-125 for kids frames) just to let you know.After the boys finally chose their frames, we sat to do paperwork and she promised them some fruit snacks if they were good. They were pretty good for sitting still for paperwork and fittings .She was very sweet and spoke to them so lovingly and treated them as the patient and not asking me to do so. She knew how to speak to them to get them to answer her and to respond with the equipment. Wonderful lady. She gave them the snacks afterwards and a cute waterless tattoo and helped them put them on.When we came back a few hours later for glasses pick up for the youngest, it was a hail storm. We were in the parking lot and saw lightning knock down a tree on the side of the building, doors flung open and employees scrambling to get them shut! It was wild!! I waited for a break in the weather and took my chances getting the 2 and my infant out of the car in all this madness. I grabbed the baby and the 2 years old and ran for it. I forgot the young mans name who helped me(I just remember he reminded me of Aquaman!!), but I handed him the baby and put the 2 years old down and ran for the oldest. I got him out and ran in soaked to the bone. The 2 years old only had on one shoe, which apparently fell off in rushed transit under the car. That was a fun day.They were all so sweet to us and gave the boys a squishy ball to make them smile. The weather was incredibly scary, so I think it took their minds off it for a while.We waited a bit for the weather to calm down and we left with little guys glasses .We come back next week for the other pair.Thank yall for a nice visit and such kind employees. It made my outing so much more enjoyable with all the help.

Girst I should say that the people are nice but, getting your glasses is horrible. I ordered two pairs of glasses on July 15th. it is now Nov 30th and I STILL do not have my other pair of glasses. I have gone in there multiple times to get this resolved. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

They got my prescription wrote so I had to wait 2 more weeks for my glasses but they gave me a kit to clean my glasses and extra rags for cleaning so they made up for it. The female optometrist wrote my prescription down backwards. I would go back over eye Martin in a minute!

Will never buy glasses here again. I told them from the start that the progressive lenses bottom line was too far down and cant see. But they just kept trying to adjust the angle of the glasses which doesnt do any good if the bottom reading line is too far down. Waste of money and wont be back.

Quality frames and lens but they billed my insurance incorrectly under my wife’s plan when she is under my plan caused a big head ache my insurance fixed their mistake
