The BEST eyeshop I have ever been too. The ladies are super nice, tried their best to give me discounts, super helpful and more importantly honest. thank you so much for the glasses, love them:)Highly recommend these people!

My wife carried a prescription to this place for new lenses.She was told they would be ready in 4 or 5 days. It has now been 18 days and they say they will call us when they are ready. We are getting a refund and going elsewhere.

Love this place! by far, no doubt an awesome staff! they make u feel comfortable and really exceeded my expectations.. went one place for my exam and they tried to keep me there for the glasses, but the vibe was stuffy and i felt like a $$..! i had been looking at a one stop one day place because i thought i wanted same day, and the dr office i got my exam done told me the timeframe for me to get my glasses, and ill get what i paid for😒 .. took my rx right back, took it down the road to visionworks! ended up about the same timeframe! hes right though u get what u pay for... and i got two pair of top of line lenses, and felt like i made a new friend in the process. customer care, awesome staff, in network, and had a good time picking out frames! im so glad i did not stick with where i had my exam or i would have never met the rockstar ladies at vision works.

I went in to pick up my glasses. I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous and professional Sarah and Jules were. I left shortly after, a quick visit. Unfortunately, a month later, I ran over them with a truck and trailer while fence clearing. No problem. I took the twisted remains back and within two weeks received a new pair. Bravo! They treated me like family!

I went in to see if I could get a new nose pad for my glasses which I had not purchased from them and the lady that waited on me was very courteous and fixed my glasses at no charge! I’m getting new glasses this year and I will be back to their store to get them!

Staff very professional and friendly. Normally its a challenge to pick out frames not this time staff was very helpful. Only 2 ladies working but they were still able to help me and other customers in timely manner. They both need Raises. Sarah and Ann to ladies working Great Job!

After searching ALL of the other eyeglasses places, I finally found the frames that pleased me at Visionworks. I was so glad the search was over.I had no problem with the service or attitudes. I walked in and asked for circular frames. That style was handed to me almost immediately. I picked my second pair. I placed my order and walked out a happy customer.The price was reasonable. I didnt mind waiting for a week and a half to get my glasses. Only problem is that I will be returning to get my sunglasses darkened a little. Not a big deal.I am a happy customer.

Im traveling far away from home and I lost a contact lens. I called my eye doctor back home and they got a hold of Ann Sifers at the Visionworks in Tyler, TX. She had the contact I needed and was holding it for me until I could get there. She and her staff were welcoming. A great experience. Thank you again Ann!

Ann, the General Manager, helped me today. I was looking for a replacement frame for my glasses. The lenses were fine but Id broken the earpiece. Miracle of miracles, they had my frame IN STOCK and Ann popped the lenses in and I was ready to go in less than 30 minutes! Ann was great to work with, took excellent care of me, and saved me $500! Thanks, Ann and thank you, Vision Works!

Went in today on my lunch break to see if they had another pair of frames that would fit my lenses. I had just gotten an eye exam a few months ago but just use my old frames because I love them, well my 1 year olds big head broke my glasses and I had super glued them back together... I know, crazy right?! Any who, I walked in and Sherri and Ann both greeted me and I explained to them what had happened so while Ann was popping lenses in and out of frames in the store to try to find a fit Sherri was looking up the ID number on my broken frames and low and behold they had the same frames in the store! I was able to buy the new one and pop my lenses in them!! Left a very happy customer!!

I have been going to this location since it was still Eye Masters. I switched and tried Americas Best Glasses last year and INSTANTLY regretted trying to save a few bucks because this location has very high value in customer service! Ask for Ann shes so helpful and kind!

VisionWorks in Tyler, TX is the absolute best place for contact lenses and/or eyewear. They are easy to find located at 701 W. S. W. Loop 323. I drove in from Palestine the first time I visited & had no problems locating them. It ended up being more than worth the trip. My mom who is elderly and was treated more or less like a burden, the word mom used. She doesnt remember the girls name but did remember extremely short light hair. My mom felt so uncomfortable she simply walked out. Disgusting and shameful..

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I had an appointment today at 3:30. I called an hour before hand to verify my appointment. I get there ten minutes early to be told we cant find your file Im gonna keep looking we had a manager leave a few months ago and this place was a wreck so Ive been trying to fix it. I get it. HOWEVER AN HOUR LATER, Im still sitting in the waiting room as I have watched 5 other people walk in and be helped by the same woman who was supposed to be helping me and I still havent been seen for my appointment. And THEN, a woman walks in the back and starts having a conversation with the front desk lady in the bathroom? I went back there and said I was leaving I have been waiting an hour since my appointment and this lady is in the bathroom gossiping with another woman. I left and Ill gladly give my money elsewhere, AND ACTUALLY GET TO BE SEEN BY THE DR.

Got my glasses cheap within just a few days ... One of the tint was wrong on my sunglasses .... brought it up there and had me back out in just a few days .... Anne was awesome !!!... Great customer service

I love my glasses from visionworks!

Lenses did not fit frames. Took them back twice to get lenses cut to fit. Better than they were, but still not a good fit since they keep popping out of frame.

Jessica helped me pick my glasses and helped me find the right fit and broke down the pricing for me, will definitely be going back!
