Friendly staff during working hours. My husband showed up a few minutes after 5:00 to pick up my contacts and they would not let him in at all just to get my contacts. The hours are while other people are working and theyre not opening on the weekend so how do they expect people to be able to come and pick up their contacts. I mean seriously their hours are ridiculous. They should at least stay open until 7:00 at least on one business day to give people time to come pick up their contacts or their glasses. Also the fact that they will not help me get set up for a LASIK eye surgery even though I have asked and that is one of their services that they supposedly provide. Other than these things I would have gave them five stars.

Optometrist and staff excellent during exam and helping me when I called. The frames department lacks professional courtesy - offering limited drastic choices, not clearly explains cost with deductible, raised eyebrow when declining an option, poor office hours for those who work out of town M-F 8-5, having to send someone to get them, staff rude to my daughter picking up my glasses. I got the text and email that my glasses were now available for pickup a week and a half later. So I choose to take my business elsewhere and have better options and way faster delivery. No, I am not going to contact your business manager. Thanks to the doctor and staff, but the rest is too much hassle.

This was my first time visiting this eye doctor. Fromt desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The eye assistant young girl wishing I could remember her name, but she was very friendly and informative. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The eye doctor was nice and friendly. Theyre very quick I didnt have to wait a long time for anything. I will definitely use them in the future. Facility was neat and clean . They were cleaning after every patient. Overall a wonderful easy experience. Thank you!

Had such a horrible experience with the staff that I left in tears and will never return. They were flat out rude and had zero professionalism.

Was over charged and given the wrong prescription. When I called and talked with someone the lady who took my phone call was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

Was the worst customer service experience ever. Would give no stars if I could. I came looking for a pair of all plastic frames asked the girl at the desk for assistance and she didnt even acknowledge anything that I said. Then when she did acknowledge me she told me to find my own frames. She didnt even offer to look at my lenses to direct where to look so I stood there for about another ten minutes before I asked another question and she again kept shuffling her paperwork and completely ignored me. As I headed towards the door she then thanked me. Like really.. piss poor service. Tsk tsk TSO... tsk tsk...

My insurance referred me here because they are in network and I do not regret coming in. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. One of the most thorough eye exams Ive had. The doctor didnt rush me and took his time to make sure I could see well from each eye unlike other places where the doctor wants to get you out.

All of the doctors were very nice, they took the time to answer any questions I had but also did everything very efficiently. Randy helped me pick my glasses and was fantastic. He told me things I needed to know from how to tell what looks best to how to take care of my glasses that nobody else had bothered to tell me before and Ive been wearing glasses since I was 6. He let me know of anything he thought I might need and told me the upsides and downsides to everything without making me feel pressured to buy anything and was just super nice and patient through all of it. This place is absolutely wonderful!

They take forever to do everything. It doesnt matter how much staff they have there. When I was there. There were at least 7 people working and only the customers. Still took them 3 hours to accomplish what I was told would take an hour over the phone. Not to mention the fact that Ive had to wait 3 weeks to get the pair of glasses I ordered. My advice, dont come here.

Dr Magough is the absolute best. Best the desk staff and assistant leave a lot to be desired. Very slow and flippant the ladies could care less. We had 1:30 appointment arrived 24 minutes early and were still waiting to be seen 2 hours later. When we arrived there were no other patients in the waiting room. So somebody explain this to me!!!

Very rude & unprofessional! My husband took my son for eye exam. They called my son back, then sent him out to get my husband to sign we would (for $63) or would not be ordering contacts to which he chose to have exam but not order today. After exam an employee brought the same paper out & asked him to sign. He explained didnt have the $63 to order today to which her response was then well have him take the contacts out.Theres no excuse for unnecessary unprofessional attitudes & office should be ashamed & embarrassed for this behavior. If noting else, for condoning it. Do not recommend if living paycheck to paycheck

Very helpful. From exam to ordering glasses the staff took time to explain everything. My 5 year old son loves his glasses. When he broke a pair of glasses they were replaced. No questions asked. Thank you.

Westwood TSO was horrible. Wrong perscription, lied to me more than once, made 3 trips to complain about glasses, before a tech figured out my perscription was wrong, and got me an appointment with a different Doctor. Office manager could care less. They do not care about me as a customer. Thanks for Dr Mcgough

From the time you walk in, until the time you walk out, you feel as though you are ruining their day. Front desk is extremely and not helpful or friendly. My son had to use the restroom and he was told it was out of order. They did not give us the option of using the employee bathroom. The doctor has the same bad attitude as his staff and he didnt even introduce himself before he started the exam. The staff that helps with the glasses are also put out by having to help a customer. My son changed his mind on getting contacts and we asked to go ahead with the contact fitting and I was told the doctor had left for the day at 10:30 am on a Friday. The staff and doctor are unprofessional and rude. If my insurance did not require that I use this awful place, I would never go there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you can.

Not helpful and very bad attitude from the employees from the second you walk in and when they answer the phone. I have been a client of theirs for years and it is time I find a new place to go. The Doctor is nice but thats not enough when youre mistreated and not helped by any of the other staff. Especially when you need contacts after your luggage is lost at the airport and they refuse to allow you to purchase more before seeing the doctor (again). Very displeased. My entire family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

First time to the eye doctor in over 10 years. Awesome staff!! I was a bit concerned that I needed bifocals. I have a 3 year old daughter at home and diddnt want to look like her granny instead of her mommy. The staff was excellent! Randy pointed out the differences in bifocal lenses and helped me with a package that would keep my glasses in good condition. Another staff member who has a 4 year old helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that fit my face and stayed true to my fun personality! Definetly would go back.

Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here. I have waited a week for a copy of my contact prescription, went in today in person and they had me waiting 30+ mins for a doctor to approve it. I ended up having to walk out without a copy of my own prescription and do not expect them to get around to mailing it to me.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone... I was a mother very upset that I had been given the run around from another eye care place. I was referred to them by a friend not only were they sympathetic they also got my son in the same day. I have since switched to using TSO and they have been so wonderful helping me with everything, answered all my questions and concerns and didn’t treat me like another number!! They are amazing group of people. If you have kids or yourself need an eye exam I highly recommend TSO.

I was out of town and forgot my contacts. I called their office to get a copy of my prescription and was told that the manager was busy and that it might take a few hours. A few hours later I called back and explained my situation and asked if receiving my prescription could be made a priority. I was told that it could not be and that it would probably not be until the next day that I received the prescription. I do not understand why something that should take a few minutes to accomplish could not have been done in a reasonable amount of time. It would have been a huge positive impact for me to have received a copy of my prescription in a timely manner. I will never revisit this office and will strongly encourage others to do the same.

As good as any doctor Ive been to. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is that it is always busy and crowded. Personally, I see that as a sign of success, but they need a better waiting area.

Friendly staff. I didnt do a lot of waiting. Everything was explained well. And a nice selection of frames to choose from.

This by far the worst place to take anyone. The staff is incompetent and lacks knowledge of basic information. Extremely slow and unintelligent staff. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else!!!!!

I called at 4:54pm to schedule an eye exam. Lady in office answered and asked if Id been there before. I said no. She said hold on then hung up on me. I called back and got the answering service now saying the office is now closed for the day. They close at 5pm. 😡

Ive been coming here since I was 12. Service has been just as rude then as it is now. The ladies on the phone are always rude and unhelpful as well as at the dont desk. Ive been to almost all of the doctors working here and none of them are that kind either. Need to find a new place to go. Everyone looks and acts unhappy to be working here or servicing the customers.

They dont have a lab so you have to wait weeks to get a pair of glasses. They dont have a wide variety of Oakley frames.

Front and Doctors are not kind and welcoming I felt uncomfortable here on yesterday and one of the front staff looked at me my daughter with the strangest look 👀 on her face and the dr wasnt welcoming either shouldve stayed away when I read the ratings on this place Tyler is so one sided they should do better Lord help them !!!!
