Very disappointed. There are very few beauty supply options in this area and it is unfortunate that those available are inferior. Everything in the store is either overpriced and/or old and dusty...

These people don’t greet you, but will take your money. I’m not sure what it is, but they are rude. Will watch you like crazy, but when you need help the service is still shoddy. Do better.

Very rude!!! I literally had to get one item. The man in the back yells out “we close at 7:00” I was walking to the counter at 7:01 pm. If that’s how you treat customers I won’t be back.

Fair prices. They seem to hv all of your hair care needs.

Good to have a beauty supply store in South Tyler. The have a nice selection of everything. If youre looking for something and cant find it, theyre more than willing to help, if you just ask.

The worst customer service! I rather drive the extra 10 min from my home. Talk to customers rude and don’t honor price when THEY incorrectly ticket and item! Will not be coming back— I tried to give them another chance but I’ll spend my money else where!

Great selection

Went in this morning, I never make reviews but I had to sit it the parking lot and do this one. I normally go to Sav More but chose this one since it was closer to my final destination. If you have a choice, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Front counter was rude I paid double what I would have paid at Sav More. No hello, no thank u, no can I help u. Packages of opened hair are on the floor and nothing like eyeliner or hair dye is in the right spot as labeled. Next time Ill just drive across town because this was a awful way to start my day

The guy at the counter greeted me he was very respectful. They are over price for a lot of the merchandise they carry. Check the expiration date on products. All sales are final.

. . . I like this beauty supply, mainly because of its location in relation to my house. That aside, they have a good selection of (costume) jewelry, beautiful earrings, wigs and hair care products.

The customer service here is terrible. Literally every single time I walk in, the guy at the counter NEVER greets anyone nor asks if I or anyone else needs any assistance. He literally just stares at you as you shop the whole time which makes me feel uncomfortable or like Im doing something wrong. He never speaks a word to me while checking out my items. Its extremely hostile. If I could give zero stars, I would. Crappy customer service.

This place has the WORST customer service EVER! Ive worked retail as a manager and part time associate....Ive never seen such rude people or been in such an uncomfortable environment until shopping at this place. NEVER AGAIN! They close at 7pm.if youre still in the store shopping at 7pm they put you out.....and my money is what keeps you in business......NEVER AGAIN!
