My fiancé and I went in to see about getting a custom wedding band after going to several other jewelers and not being able to find a band to match well with the unique setting on my engagement ring. It happened to be 15 minutes until close. We thought it would be fairly quick, like our other experiences looking. He took the time to go through multiple custom options, and pulled some stock items from the safe that he had already put away for the night. Amazingly, he had a band in the store that matched almost perfectly. He ended up staying an hour past closing to help us, and then had everything sized and ready to be picked up in two days. Will definitely be returning, and would 100% recommend.

The shop owner is a consummate professional who deals honestly, and with expertise. I havent yet bought a custom piece here, but I would do so in a heartbeat after seeing it in person. Had my watch battery replaced at Best Jewelers and the tall gentleman at the store is very knowledgeable with what he is doing, and is very willing to share the information. This I would say is above and beyond customer service. Although the task is simple, but the way he spent time to educate his customer made his service exceptional.

I have used several local jewelry stores for repairs and Best Jewelers impresses me the most. They explained the condition of my jewelry, what it would take to fix it, and provided a time and cost estimate. They completed the work early and within the cost estimate they provided which was substantially cheaper than the other local jewelry stores Ive used in the past. I highly recommend them.

Can not over state the value of this business. I was recommended to use them when shopping for an engagement ring, they helped me with websites and ring books they had to figure out a design. They also warned me that platinum which is what my now wife wanted had some serious drawback in maintainability, but helped me pick out a durable design since we were set on platinum. Found a design and they ordered it since it was cheaper than they could make it, they sent the ring back twice because of flaws in the casting and would not settle for sub par products. Been using them ever since.

They specialize in custom designed jewelry but they will help you with estate pieces, repairs or even finding just the right gift.My granddaughter travels a lot but is also a missionary. They found just the right watch with bands for dress, extreme conditions and work! She is so enjoying it.

Aaron is the best. My co-worker recommended his services so my fiancé and I went to ask about engagement rings. He didnt push us to buy anything, but educated us about ring styles, stones, and customization. The possibilities are endless than at a commercial store. I love my ring and go in for a cleaning anytime for free! Now, we are getting our wedding bands with him and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Both owner and son have an immense amount of knowledge with Jewelry from the materials to the quality of the structure and of course all types of stones. They know history extremely well and are very intelligent. They dont try and sell you a ring for an occasion, they listen to what you want, show you the flaws in each, and explain what makes a ring last. I was impressed with their brutal honesty, pride they take in their integrity and quality of work! I appreciate the knowledge they passed on while never feeling rushed or pressured.

Stopped by during lunch one day to have my necklace untangled. It was a very delicate chain with several knots in it. They had it untangled within 5 minutes, and did it for me at no cost. The man was very kind and informed me on how to properly store my necklace. I don’t buy jewelry often, but the great customer service, despite no purchase, will have me coming back here :)

I went to Best Jewelers to have a watch resized, and I was very pleased with the service. It took 1 or 2 mins, and the gentleman who did the resizing gave me lots of useful information about my watch as well as other automatic watches in the meantime.

I literally had no idea this shop existed until I walked by the store. I went in and had no intentions of buying anything, but just to browse. Even though Im sure he knew we were just window shopping Aaron Berry (I think is the dudes name) talked with me and my girlfriend about clocks and diamonds for nearly 30 min. This guy is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable, nice, and talented man. This is a man who loves his what he does and will settle for nothing more than perfection for his customer. I definitely recommend him!

I was very pleased with their work! I had a ring that had been ran over and a stone had also fell out. It looks brand new now! I didn’t expect a call for a few days and I got a call within a couple of hours saying it was ready. He also explained what the risks were about trying to fix it before I left it there so I would know that something may not go as planned. Very professional and I will for sure use him in the future if needed!

Best Jewelers is my go to place for all of my jewelery repairs and I dont even live in the Tyler area. Several years ago I took a ring to a Dallas jewelry store to have a diamond replaced. The diagnosis was that the ring needed to be re-worked and prongs replaced. Not unusal for a 25 yr old ring. I then took the ring to Best the next time I was in Tyler. The diagnosis was the same but the cost was $400 less. Ive been back several times since. Quality work, excellent customer service and great prices. 5 stars in my book.

Not only did they give me a free cleaning and the full history of a family heirloom that dates back to the civil war. But he took the time to explain the full history behind Jeweling. He is an army vet and A True AMERICAN HERO! He will shoot it to you straight and i would trust that man with my life. You can see the experience in his eyes. The majority of his work is done by hand the way jewelry was done back in the day. Its in his blood. If you want something fixed quick, this is not the place for you. His son and him will take there time and do it right. This is not a Jareds or kay or anything even similar. This is the best of the best!

This is the second time I have been in here. It is not the flashiest place on the outside, but man oh man, the service and price is unbelievable. The younger guy in there is very professional and goes the extra mile to make your watch top notch! He explained the quality to me, as well as how to take better care of it and what to watch for, as I have an expensive watch. He also wiped the inside of the back casing down with a solution and a Qtip and put a higher quality battery in, because the one the dealer had in there was more volatile. Great place. Wish more stores were like this.Also, he got me in and out in no time.
