My first review in months. This place is homeWhat I mean is I meet the mother and she was so warm and inviting. She told me story of how the ark came to be. With stores World wide and coming from Luxor, Egypt I knew I came to the right place. They have a variety of charms and accessories that I will be broke afterwards lol. I had a chance to also talk with the son and speaking with them and seeing the passion that they have for this passion project is immense. They have reasonable prices and the customer service is second to none. Thank you for the hospitality.

I went into this store with a friend looking to get my first 8pc grill and everything went great. from the customer service to the quality of the jewelry...i was made to feel like family. I will update once i receive my grill...but overall I LOVE THIS PLACE! The ARK is the place to be!!!

I broke my grandmothers chain necklace, my husband had got me the diamond and a scorpion charm was my grandmothers as well but also broke. They repaired all of them to fit on the chain for me. Looks like new, Great customer service. Got done super quick. Definitely recommend.

I walked in and asked to see mens watches for a gift. The lady brought home over to look at mens bracelets. I told her he wouldnt wear brackets and I just want to look at the watches. She kept going in about the bracelets.I walked out. She was being pushy about something I wasnt even wanting and wouldnt listen to me.

Brought a watch to have its battery replaced and when I picked it back up the face was egregiously scratched. For repairs and the like, go somewhere else.

Made my piece EXACTLY like in the picture, most reasonable prices I’ve found.
