After 33 years of marriage, the wife and I decided to get new rings. We went in expecting to leave without purchasing if customer service was poor. We went in just before closing time and were quickly greeted, and began looking at rings. I was having a blast with the manager and sales lady helping us, they were very kind, witty, and exact with answers we needed.We did indeed purchase new rings, very nice ones. I would recommend this location based on friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The selections and value can’t be beaten.

If you plan on buying jewelry here I suggest you find another place to go. Beverly helped my fiancé purchase my ring. They are very unorganized and Beverly lacks customer service skills. They constantly misguide us on expectations. When it came to paying for the ring, exchanging it for the yellow gold (as Beverly suggested), and getting it sized. If I knew they were going to treat us as a number and not customer I would’ve told my fiancé not to buy from this place. I truly regret having a ring from this place.

Very poor customer service! Stopped in to have my jewelry cleaned and checked, the lady we usually deal with was not friendly at all...She actually had another employee help us and she turned away from us to make a phone call...granted we have purchased all our jewelry at this store from this lady...The employee who helped us was friendly but we inquired about a specific earring and she acted like it was a bother to show us the jewelry...at this point we decided we would not make a purchase....very disappointed in the service...this has happened the last several times we have been to this store not to mention there seems to be a big turn over of employees...

I was shopping for engagement rings and Felton jumped right up to help me. She assessed my needs and listened to me, and was beyond helpful. I browsed a bit and then went to look at a few other stores. I ended up back at Kay not only for their selection, but because of Felton. She was an absolute delight with an absolutely sparkling personality. She was so kind and patient and was with me every step of the way! She helped me find the perfect ring, and did it with a smile! Felton is 100% the reason that I decided to go with a ring from Kay. Just an overall amazing lady and great experience.Thank you so much Felton!!

Wife bought a nice watch for 10 year anniversary and it was too small. So we went to get our money back and they said they could not it was passed 30 days. Actually it was the 32 day....terrible customer service and still one to remember thanks Kays jewelry for the watch I can t wear!!!!!!!!

Good morning I wanted to share my worst experience with KAYS store #1594! sadly I will not be making any further purchases. i have experience the worse service with the store manager Beverley Rogers. My husband purchased my open heart neckless by Jane Seymour in December 2011 to mention he also purchase insurance on the item. We have been having issues with the neckless because it has been breaking so much. Good thing is that he bough insurance right, well when we started taking to the store so they can get it fixed we had no problems at all. They would send off my neckless get it fixed and I would go pick up like normal process, it has been like 6 months that I have had issues with store manager because out of no where she dont want to sent off my neckless to get fix. According to her I dont have insurance on this item, which I do! I have proof and receipts. before she didnt not have a problem sending off my neckless and out of no where she is going to tell me that the store is not going to be eating the price to get my neckless fixed!! I have insurance on all my jewelry, now I have to take time off to call the costumer service and complain because I am not getting my jewelry inspected or fixed ! it is very aggravating to have to do this when you purchases insurance! there is no way I will have to drive 1+ to go to another store to get my stuff fixed! I paid for it so I need it done! I already have to drive 45 min to drop it off at the Broadway square mall!! Another thing is that my husband and I have talked to Beverly and she stated we would not have problems anymore since I showed her my paperwork ONCE again showing her where we did buy the insurance! she stated she will attach the paperwork when sending off the neckless. she even took copy/pictures of the paperwork. she assure us we was not going to go through the hassle again! Look at us now 6 months down the road and still having issues with her and that store! i will not recommend anyone to go buy jewelry there with Beverley because of the customer service she puts out! since she is the SO CALEED STORE MANAGER she should be an example of excellent customer service right ? She is the worst and RUDE!! when I asked her for her name and number to customer service there were other clients waiting around the store to be helped on top of that she got loud and toss her business card on the counter and told me THANNNK YOOUUU with her ugly attitude! Thank you as a to leave already! not as an thank you I appreciate your business thank you!.. I am very disappointed with Kays because they have not resolved my issue!! I have also left a voicemail for the district manager Don Cohen and I have not heard back from anyone!! My neckless is still not fixed and my other jewelry is not inspected due to Beverley Rogers ignoring my issues!

I bought my fiancé an engagement ring a year ago at Kay in Tyler. Shes now had to send it off for the second time for a diamond falling out! Thats twice in less than a year and she doesnt even wear it to work! We got it back on Tuesday and had to pay $40 for the replacement diamond. Would have been more if I didnt get the warranty. 2 days later we have to take it back to them for another missing diamond!? Somethings rotten here! I will be getting a replacement ring for her. Paid 4 grand for a ring that keeps falling apart! Not to mention the lady in the store was rude as hell to her when she took it there. Selton is her name, and she couldnt even spell our road name Shadow Oak. Ridiculous! Will never do business with them again! Wedding ring is being purchased somewhere else! Do yourself a favor and save the headache! Go somewhere else!
