Matt and teddy (like the bear 🐻) are a great dynamic duo. They helped my wife and I pick out a new bed without making us feel pressured to buy anything and/or feel like we were waisting their time. They’re friendly and funny dudes that made looking for a new mattress actually enjoyable. If I could give 100 stars I would. Matt was wonderful to work with, he went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress and box spring for my budget. He exceeded my expectations. I was even upgraded to a better mattress at no additional cost, when the delivery was going to be a day behind. I didn’t even ask they insisted on upgrading. Hands down recommend Sleep First!

I booked an appointment for COVID-free shopping. I had purchased a mattress from an online latex brand; however, it could not be delivered in time. The Sleep First salesperson, Matt, helped me find the most similar mattress in the store, based on the materials and benefits. I am glad I went into the store to try out the mattresses in person. I never tried the online brand, but I did end up buying Matts recommendation and had my bed delivered in less than 24 hours! The deliverers were friendly, professional and clean. Great service all-round and so far Im enjoying the mattress.

We were leaving a local restaurant when we saw a pickup truck leaving the shopping center with a mattress in the bed. We didnt notice there was a mattress store close by. We thought we had already shopped about all the places we needed to. We planned to go back to a particular store and make a purchase the next day. As we found the store the truck must have left we pulled up at 730pm. Unsure if it was open or closed due to weather a gentleman inside the store came to the door and said he was closed but we could come in and look. We walked in and here we have this gentleman all happy to shoot the breeze and show us a few mattresses in several price points according to our needsfor a spare bedroom mattress. After a short time we found one we liked and thought it was better than the mattress we had set our sights on at the other store. Well long story short we purchased that evening and loaded it up and took it home. Matt Runcorn was the best. Well be back for our next mattress whenever the time comes. I just hope Matt is there to take care of us.

I popped in right after the store opened because my wife needed a small bed to snooze on when she was in our nursery. I told Matt that I needed a firm twin mattress, box spring and frame and that I needed to leave the store with it. He showed me what he had, went over prices and the return policy, and I was out of the store with what I needed less than 30 minutes after I arrived.Setup was easy when I got home. Wife loves the mattress. The whole process was fast and easy. 10/10 would recommend to others.

This was my 1st mattress buying experience. I was so nervous and honestly had absolutely NO idea what I was doing. I walked in to Sleep First on Cumberland and was met by the very friendly and knowledgeable Matt. He asked me questions, let me look around without any added pressure. That was pleasant. Now at this point I am just looking and have done no research on what is best for a side sleeper with chronic back pain. However Matt was able to help guide me to find a mattress that would work with me and my budget. Sadly I had to leave as I had another appointment so Matt gave me the information of the mattress I looked at and assured me I could call with any questions. This salesman DID NOT pressure me to purchase anything. I kept in contact and kept researching. I went in the other night confident in the bed we originally looked at but wanted to look at a couple others before making my final decision. It took multiple visits in the store but their temperament never changed.I think what separates Sleep First from other mattress stores, is that they do a great job of being involved & selective on the type of mattresses they put in their stores compared to other mattress stores such as mattress firm.From a business standpoint, I could go on and on about what separates sleep First from the rest! My advice is that they need continue to expand worldwide because we need more mattress stores such as this one in every city.
