Still waiting on the bed so this review is purely about the store and their employees….specifically one employee! Venus was great, she took her time with us and listened to our needs!!! I do hope that she is compensated well because she was awesome!!!

Our family- my husband, myself and our 2 year old 90-mile an hour son- made it into the store as soon as we could which was still after 6:30 pm. Our saleswoman- Venus was amazing. She asked what we were looking for and helped us figure out everything we needed. My husband and I weren’t sure we could afford it so we went ahead and grabbed a quick bite and came back. Venus went through all of the details for us and worked up several combinations at different prices that would fit our needs. She was very patient with our son who we tried to coral as much as possible. She made sure that we knew the ins and outs of what we were getting into so that we wouldn’t be stretched thin financially. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that we were too. I could t have asked for a better experience. The only downside is that once you try out the sleep numbers your excited to get one- but it takes about 6 weeks, so when you go back home to your bed, it feels like torture.

Yes I enjoyed the experience. I tried out several beds, pillows and mattress covers. The one I particularly liked was the cover that was cool, being I get really hot when I sleep. Thank You.

After studying the sleep number for some time and our friend’s recommendation, we wandered into the store. The associate was very informative and answered all of our questions and demoed the bed we were looking at as well as the bed she wound up selling us on. We can hardly wait to get it delivered. I’m ready to try this magic sleep machine in my own home in my life environment.

Venus was the consummate professional. She was very thorough in explaining how the beds function and even tested us for our sleep number. She explained the perks of the mattress and the resulting better sleep.She should be a trainer on corporate level as her talents in a local shop are not being used to their full potential.We bought a P5 sleep number mattress, cover, pillows and remote. Anticipating the arrival. She explained the length of time for delivery is caused by the factory making them as they are purchased, not stored in some damp warehouse.Will definitely buy another!

Great experience! Venus was super helpful and friendly. Only complaint was the manager seemed to have a bad attitude. When Venus needed help with a couple of technical issues he was very short and condescending. He seemed like he thought was too cool to deal with us.

We up grades the sleep number bed we had. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Now we can have sweet sleep.

Venus the salesperson was awesome she asked us questions to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. She was not a high pressure salesperson which was really nice. She was very knowledgeable about all the different bed and made sure we had all info to make our decision and I can not say enough how awesome Venus was and making sure we were comfortable. I thought I was getting a great bed. My back started hurting. Returned everything, I thought. They took everything back and gave me credit. The sad part was they would not take the base back. Too them I didnt want it. But no they are making me pay for it. Over $5000.00 dollars for it for something u dont need. So be careful ☹️☹️

I purchased a Sleep Number bed in 2018, it was delivered on 10/11/2018. But wrong bases were shipped and have to wait on the correct bases, this takes a week or so. On 10/24/2020 1st cold spell of the year tried to turn on the footwarmer and it does not work on 1 side. Go online and it tells us to unplug wait and plug bed back in. This didnt fix the issue. Contact customer service they tried to run a diagnostic on it and tells us to check the connection on the right side, mind you this is the side the warmer doesnt work. I crawl under the bed verify nothing is unpluged and tell them on the chat she says i will order the part and have a tech come out and install it and the cost is 272. Plus tax and shipping. Wait I paid 11k for a bed and your going to charge me. Its out of warranty. Only has a 2 year warranty. Its 14 days since delivery date and they will not cover a part on a 11k dollar bed. They know the bed is not worth the money. My old Mattress firm bed base still works after 8 years, mattress didnt hold up but the mechanics all work just fine and that bed was only 8k. Be full WARNED consumers, it is not worth the money.

I had the best experience at the Tyler store. Jeff was my salesman that helped us and he was very knowledgeable about the products and a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure to commit to a purchase and was given true pricing and details related to a purchase. Went back a couple days later after making a decision to buy a bed and worked with Melanie to make the purchase. Melanie was very helpful and got everything set up quickly. Would recommend this store.

Lack of customer service at the corporate and store level. Have been to,d several different stories regarding what the store clerk ordered for me. She ordered what she thought I wanted. WThe mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There was no mattress topper. I was told that I didn’t need o e because the mattress did not come with one so I just needed to get accustom to the bed. Now I have been told something entirely different and have ordered a mattress topper which has yet to be delivered sand was told it would be delivered yesterday. Still have not received it.

Great experience. Staff was very helpful. They were not trying to push a sale on us, but we ended up buying that day. Would recommend this store.

You could not ask for better customer service than what we received....Our salesperson was Venus and she was the best at making sure we got what we wanted without pressure! WE are loving our bed! Will never have another type of mattress!!

I was searching for sheets that would fit my bed and the store personnel was extremely helpful. I also found a pillow that will work for me - after searching for years and spending no telling how much money!

My husband and I have been in the comparison stage of mattress shopping and stopped by the Broadway Mall location. We were greeted at the door which was wonderful but took a turn downhill once I laid on a mattress. A salesperson asked if we needed a new mattress, I responded we were just looking, and she then turned into one of the most condescending people I’ve ever met. Just because a customer states they are just looking does not mean you get to treat them any less than a purchasing customer. I had legitimate questions that I was trying to ask but the sales lady kept speaking extremely rude to me as if she was purposely trying to get us to leave because we were not purchasing. We have been comparing premier bedding at several stores and this woman was by far the worst example of what a sales associate should be. I am extremely disappointed and will have to find a different Sleep Number location to finish getting answers to my questions. I am hoping we will be treated differently elsewhere or this company won’t be considered in our shopping whatsoever. Train your salespeople not to judge a book by its cover. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Need a nice matress so figured I would try a sleep number. The lady was very helpfull and very knowledgeable, but it was going to be 3 weeks before it could be delivered. I guess its gonna be mattress in a box this go round.
