My wife and I called the store and we spoke to “Wild” Bill (Ernesto) and told him what we were looking for. He told us what he had available and we arranged to come in the following day. Cindi was in the store and she told us that Bill had told her all about us and that she was going to take good care of us. She certainly did that - Cindi was very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful in helping us pick out the right bed. During our time in the store she was very attentive to my wife and me plus the other customers in the store. Bill arrived for his shift while we were completing the sales transaction and we got to meet him as well. Both Cindi and Bill are fantastic and great people. We talked for a while after business was done and just enjoyed their company. If I could give 6 stars, I would do so!

Mason was extremely helpful, not pushy, but informative. We visited every mattress store in Tyler, and came back to Mattress Firm to buy from Mason.

Hands down worse experience. We purchased a bed and base here for over $5800. After receiving the new bed the installers didnt even take the old mattress out of the yard and just left. Had to wait 3 more days for them to come back and take it. They still didnt take the frame that it was sitting on. Which we were told they would take that but not the bookshelf headpiece. Now as trying to return the new bed they cant take the new base back and theres a 20% restocking fee. Posting this to save anyone a headache and some money, I hope this helps. Now were seeking legal representation and posting to the BBB. Lastly Nick was our salesperson and he did great. Its the company that are the real scam artist here.

We wrote a WONDERFUL review last week about the service at Mattress Firm. We were GUARANTEED delivery by today of our Mattress and adjustable base. These guys show up with an adjustable base. No mattress. I have to wait another week. Do I get a discount? Do I get some money back for my wait? Even a courteous apology? No just that the guy today says oh yeah that happened to my customer the other day. The mattress didnt get transferred from the Dallas warehouseOk, well, what happened to your customers days ago should have been an indication of a PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.We said, hey we found a mattress store we can go back to for our future needs.Well, folks. Not anymore.Buy a mattress here, ONLY if you dont want the mattress to actually show up.

I was instantly greeted by the salesperson and my first thought was how clean and great the store smelled. The salesman showed me several mattresses to get the right feel for my back and sides and then found one in my budget. The whole sale took less than 10 minutes. Very attentive young man named Josh and I will be back!

Pleasant shopping experience with plenty of options on mattresses. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was the complete lack of king size pillows. You can buy a king size mattress, but you cant buy a king size pillow to go with it. All they offer is standard size pillows. This makes no sense.

I am changing my review because the store personnel told us we could return the mattress within 4 months. What they DID NOT tell us is that there is a 20% restocking fee! For us that is over $300.00, which is absolutely highway robbery. They also wanted us to pay an additional $99.99 pickup fee. Not at all satisfied.

I had a great experience buying mattresses from Mattress Firm South Tyler. After calling 3 different mattress stores for a particular mattress. They were $400 cheaper than their next closest competitor and had the mattress in stock that day.. Overall I had an excellent buying experience!

The delivery of our new mattress went flawlessly. The two men were very polite and most importantly were on time!

So knowledgeable and fun to work with. Even when I felt we couldn’t learn more we did. Very patient and personable and felt right at home asking questions and making sure my needs were met. Great deals and great options.

We are always so apprehensive to go into stores because we feel like prey but Cindy and her co worker greeted us and told us and our grandbaby to feel free to try out the beds and let them know if we need anything.We ordered a Tempurpedic pro adapt hybrid and it took a wee to get to us but came when they said and the delivery guys even took our old mattress.Everything went smooth and WE LOVE OUR MATTRESS!Best $3000 ever! I would recommend the mattress and this store

Cindi was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient. I was allowed to lay on several different mattresses & Cindi helped me make my decision, based on my sleeping habits & GERD. I liked that Mattress Firm has their Memorial Day sale going early, so that I could beat the crowds on the actual holiday weekend. With the sale going on, I was able to save money, and thats always a bonus.. with the money I saved on the mattress, I was also able to buy a couple of pillows & a good mattress protector. Now, I cant wait until I can have them delivered on June 5, so I can hopefully start getting some better rest & sleep 😉

Love this store - I especially love their pillows. The one I get is crazy expensive- 169.00 but the best pillow I have ever used.Down on one side and jel on the other and baby pillow inside.

Last time I picked a mattress at another place I felt rushed and I wasn’t comfortable. But I needed a mattress bad so I just went with it. BAD IDEA!! This time I worked with Josh at Mattress firm. He was extremely knowledgeable. Super helpful and had me lay on almost all the mattress just to compare. He was the best. He educated me on why it’s good for your feet to be above your head and how I probably shouldn’t get a soft mattress if I’m a side sleeper. He wasn’t pushy just super pleasant. I recommend everyone to go see him. He even stayed passed closing time for me. He’s the best!

Had a good visit today. Let them know right away that I was months from making a purchase. The sales people pointed out the bed types I wanted to try out and left me to lounge on them for as long as needed. I know the very model bed Ill pick up later and it had nothing to do with a pushy sales person.

Great store. Great sales staff. I would have to say that although it is a great place to buy a mattress, or would not be a great shelter in the event of a zombie apocalypse. Too much glsss for easy visibility. Tangos and zombies would have easy access. If you could find a way to board the windows it would be decent due to the amount of available places to sleep, bathrooms, etc. centralized location.10/10 before apocalypse5/10 after.

Had to get a last minute box spring for my daughters twin bed that we ordered (her previous set up did not require one) went to pick it up and the woman was unable to get it off the shelf, so my husband had to reach it and carry it. She ended up giving us a “twin XL” box spring and we did not realize it until we got home (in the pouring rain) and attempted to finish assembling the bed. My receipt showed that we purchased a regular twin sized box spring (we didn’t know there was a difference until after some googling ourselves) so I immediately call and she says that it can’t be exchanged without a manager present and acted as if she wasn’t even aware that there was a difference between “twin” and “twin xl” herself, the store was about to close anyways at that point. We take it back the next day while a manger is there after calling a few times to make sure someone was actually in the store before we got there and she is snarky and rude as if it was our fault for purchasing the wrong one and then complaining about having to work that evening, while also bad mouthing her employee for the mistake happening and she also asked me why I called “37” times (exaggerated obviously) because the phone was “disturbing some customers” that she was assisting in the store before we arrived (the professional thing to do here would have been to answer the phone and asked to be placed on a brief hold, but after “9 years of working with this company” that manager would never have known to do something like that, right?).Needless to say it was an awful experience, poor customer service and rude management that leads me to leave such a poor review, we won’t be future patrons of this business.

Mack was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were shopping for a mattress for a disabled relative and he asked us questions and brought up several points to consider that we hadnt thought about. He is very straightforward and absolutely no sales pitch or pressure, but you will get helpful advice and excellent customer service. He will give you the best deal he can.

My wife and I were looking for a mattress when we were engaged. We described what kind of mattress we were looking for and Mitchell matched us with the perfect mattress on the first try and got us a great deal. We love the mattress! But these guys did all the hard work for us. Came out w a mattress and base I think we will love, great warranty and amazing price.If the delivery and set up goes half as well as the purchase i will be thrilled.Two hints - we described the type of mattress we wanted by telling them which hotels had mattresses we liked - really helped.And evidently buying a mattress is like buying a car - negotiate!
