Sarah is amazing,Stephanie the Manager is horrible, I explained my situation to her after discussing with Sarah and Stephanie explained Sarah was a liar (what a way to talk about your assistant as Sarah referred to her) Stephanie laughed at me while discussing my issue being proration (Heads up you use the storage building half the month on the last month, dont think your getting your money back), ask her to provide proof of this policy and she said they never have done this was her response. Asked for the owner to call me as she explained this is only other person to talk other than her. Called me right back and said the owner said to come get my key and lock and keep it till the month is out. Thanks I appreciate it...lolWould like to add that until this interaction, this place was a great facility and easy process in.

We’ve used Cumberland for about a year and a half now and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. First class facility along with friendly, helpful management makes this a great option I’d definitely recommend. It’s clean, well taken care of, and safe. Their elevators and carts make for easy loading and unloading. You can sense the pride they take in their business!

This facility is very secure and would give you the comfort that your belongings are safe and secure.

Very accommodating staff and management. I needed lower level with a short walk and they made it happen. With the special I received it is very affordable. The free carts at each entrance are excellent quality for moving heavy or light loads. The units are clean and it is hard to beat the cool temps in the Texas heat.Thanks ladies!

I called this afternoon inquiring about a balanced owed and although they were closed for the holiday they still answered and allowed me to absolve my balance. I am truly grateful. They have excellent customer service. My things in the unit are in excellent condition just as the day I moved them in. The people are wonderful here and they are willing to work with you.

Over the years, Ive used storage companies, and Cumberland Storage has been the best! Very clean, easy to reach units. A choice of different sizes,easy to get to. Carts always available. Very safe and super friendly staff.Its all true!

Since my divorce earlier in the year I have had my things in 2 units at Cumberland Storage. These ladies have been the BEST to work with. Raising my grandson with disabilities and unable to attend childcare has made it difficult to keep a job... Thus money has been an issue. Of course you are expected to pay what you owe (it’s called business). But As long as I am doing my best to make payments.. these ladies have worked with me way beyond what is expected of any business. And On top of that they are ALWAYS kind!!The storage units and buildings are extremely clean. They are exterminated frequently. And I know my things are safe because of all the innovative security they have.Also, Climate controlled units are so important in places with humidity (Tyler). And I know the heirlooms from my father and grandmother are protected from that as well. Which is extremely important to me. I live out of state and they even met me after hours out of the goodness of their hearts once.I HIGHLY recommend Cumberland Storage for a multitude of reasons. But honestly it boils down to this... We all work hard for the things we have. Having to put them in storage is certainly not what anyone WANTS to do. But sometimes it’s a necessity. And when it happens we want our things protected from predators, insects, rodents and climate/weather....excellent customer service is just the topping on the cake! Choose Cumberland for the very best experience!!

I love storing my furniture at Cumberland. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love that the units are climate controlled and you have to use the key pad to even access them. They provide big flat dollies for you to load your stuff on and pull to your storage unit, makes life easier. I had a bad experience at another storage facility in Tyler. I will now choose Cumberland Storage for all of my storage needs!

Ive been a customer for 6 or more years and have found this a most highly professional organization. The storage is clean, well it and staffed perfectly. Invoices and communications are timely, digital and correct. When Ive called, including once when the office was closed and I needed entrance, all was perfectly managed and friendly.Go here!

Ive had a bad experience with another storage room, but coming to Cumberland Storage was definitely a good choice. Everything is clean, and I felt my stuff was safe. Also very convenient that I could go at any time of the day if I needed something.

I have a small storage locker. It’s easy to get into and out of the facility. There are carts to use for moving items. Large double doors for entering and exiting. It’s always clean and the climate control is always at the correct temperature.

Mrs Stephanie is always a pleasure to work. Awesome 24 hours service, great security, low prices plus awesome discounts when you bundle. Also the whole place is climate controlled. Ill definitely keep storing my belongings there.

Cumberland Storage is a great place to store our household stuff during our transition to a new home in Tyler. I was actually shocked at how clean the entire facility is...anyone that pays that close attention to their facility has my best interests in mind. I cant say enough about Stephany the manager she was so helpful. She assisted us with all the information we needed to feel really comfortable about the facility. She also readily helped us when we needed assistance and provided helpful advice. I give Cumberland storage a 5 star rating and will readily recommend it to friends and family‼️👍

Cumberland Storage has been very accommodating and has gone far above my expectations as a storage facility. In addition, the manager goes the extra mile to make sure tenants are pleased! To say the least, Im totally pleased with this facility!

Owner/manager isnt all that pleasant to deal with. the units are atleast clean though. no dumpsters on site to throw empty boxes.

Moving is stupid stressful. Having Stephanie work with me was the most uplifting part of this whole thing. I had a major debacle with the moving company and I am eternally grateful that I had Stephanie there to support me. She was kind, helpful, and protective in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. I recommend Cumberland Storage for their willingness to work with customers, speedy response time, over and above assistance, and knowledge of the business.

If you are late by a few days paying like say due to a federal holiday (and THEY are closed) they will automatically charge the last credit card you used, even if that is not the one you intended. Im not actually sure that is LEGAL without your consent. Be warned.
