Horrible experience. At first talking to the owner he seemed polite and eager. once the movers arrived it was a different story. they crew knew i was from out of state and had someone handling my move. literally they were packing things in the house and moving to the barn. the movers tried to hustle my guy hey, for $400 cash Ill move the safe for $$ we will do this... etc. So, then he charges my card without my consent, over charges me, wont send me an invoice and gets his truck stuck in the mud and damages my property. He refuses to answer phone call and texts. I come to Texas and inspect the boxes his company packed and my china is not wrapped, items just thrown into boxes with a lap-pad thrown over the top... I had to hire someone else to come repack the entire load. see pictures of how they left my house and packed boxes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First I called and Elijah answered the phone he was courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable he sent three guys out promptly and they moved a chair upstairs they did a phenomenal job and were most helpful. If you need a good quality moving job. I would not hesitate from the time you make the call to the time the movers leave these guys will move it and take care of your stuff. Moving is generally stressful these fellows Darius.Kendall and the other gentleman that was with them handled everything professional and took great care. I was in the moving business at one time so I know how movers can be. I highly recommend these guys and think your experience will be top shelf.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Reviews and website look great, but it’s a hoax!!!! Had an in-town move scheduled for Friday at 9am. Movers did not show. Called the owner at 9:30 and he said they were on their way, but one mover didn’t show up so that’s why they were running behind. Said they were 5 miles out then get a call back 30 minutes later that they went to their second job of the day and I would have to wait until they finished that one and get to me. When I asked when that would be, he said he would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know and she never did. They did finally at 4pm tell me they were on their way and I told them I no longer needed their services. I was fortunate to find another company that showed up with 5 movers and moved us in 3 hours. You cannot treat people like this!! Everything is time sensitive when moving!! I was also told by 2 other moving companies that this happens all the time with Red Carpet Moving!!! So save yourself the trouble and hire someone else!

I called Elijah at the last minute then he got the job done in a timely manner. He actually beat me to my house before I got there everything was packed but he wrapped the items that needed to be wrapped. Very professional and quick. I’ll be using them again!

I almost never post reviews. However, I read many of the negative comments here and just wanted to balance the scales with our personal experience. We had movers slated, who decided to cancel for the second half of the move due to the distance and without notifying us. Elijah and his crew agreed to come help. They were running a few hours behind, but so did our closing and frankly - it was a last minute booking. When they arrived, they were the most friendly, courteous and helpful team. I am so very grateful for Elijah and Red Carpet Moving. This is a stressful experience (moving is) and they really made it fun and got the job done quickly and with care.

Red Carpet Moving was great to work with! I called Elijah to ask about moving a baby grand piano from Houston to Tyler. He said he had some guys going down to Houston anyway for another job, so he gave me a discount! When the piano arrived at my house it was very securely wrapped with plastic and blankets. They did a great job moving it in and putting it back together. And very friendly and polite!

The team got here right on time and was very flexible with regards to where the truck could park (a narrow back alley, but they made it fit).

They did not even bother to show up on moving day which was confirmed multiple times. The day of moving he was late so I called them and Elijah said they will be in 30 min, never heard anything from them after that and did not even have the backbone to tell me not coming so I can make arrangement! I have three small children. Reporting to Better business bureau also. No backbone company! These guys were awesome. Elijah, Tyrone, and Samuel were so nice, professional, and efficient, I would definitely hire them again. They wrapped all of the furniture in blankets and packed it securely in the truck. When it was time to unload, they worked with us to get everything where it needed to go. Thanks guys! I have never felt the need to do this because after 15+ years in customer service, I truly understand everyone has their bad/off days. I have had many myself.With that said, I am here because I couldn’t stomach not warning people about this company.Red Carpet Moving had me scheduled to move at 10PM on May 23rd which I coordinated with friends/family for help with as well. The morning of I receive a last-second text that my move had been moved back to 1PM & while that cut out most of my help from friends/family, I was excited for the move and did not complain.Nor did I complain after sitting in my truck after they showed up an additional 2 hours late around 2:45. Or after my broken furniture/wall&floor damage/etc.Now after countless unanswered calls/texts asking for just a simple receipt so I can get my companys moving reimbursement, I am here to warn others about this “business”. Avoid at all costs.

I was in a major bind and needed movers last minute. I called and spoke to Elijah and he arranged to send a crew the same day on a holiday weekend! We booked our move on 7/1 for a move on 8/1/2020 with another moving company who we were very familiar with and have used previously. This company double booked our move and we had to be out by 8/2. This company we booked with would not honor our booking but offered to help find a mover for us. This is how we ended up with Red Carpet Moving. I called the owner Elijah and he confirmed he would have his crew of 3 guys at my house at 8:30 am. At 8:15 he sent a text saying it would be 2 pm before they could arrive. We hired 2 neighbors and 2 of our children and spouses to come with trailers to get started. Elijah sent text at 12:30 stating they were en route and said it would be faster to hire 4 guys and I agreed. When they arrived they seemed tired already from another move. The 4th guy showed up late and only stayed a short time before leaving. They brought many moving blankets but did not use any. They wrapped everything in stretchy, thin plastic and no other protection. We did not realize until the evening but almost every piece of furniture they touched was damaged. Since we have built a couple of homes over the years, we expect that we may have a few scratches on furniture during a move but this was not just a few scratches. The only reason we are posting this review is out of obligation. We agreed it was the right thing to do in an effort to prevent anyone else from having this experience. We watched as one of the movers put our refrigerator on the furniture dolly and tripped, then dropped refrigerator to the ground. This was after they moved it to garage and were not going to move it into the kitchen. We broke down 3 beds for them to move easier and they moved the beds and did not offer to help put them together. In fact, they left part of the master bed at the house we were moving from. A little after 5 pm the movers stated they were off the clock and were going home. We then had to move remaining furniture on our own. We worked well into the night and all the next day. We never saw or heard anything from the owner Elijah. These are pictures from the day of the move so you can see for yourselves the damage that was done. I have called the owner Elijah Dorsey multiple times and waiting on him to send damage claim forms. He offered to pick up my furniture and take to his repair guy but I declined. I told him I would agree for him to come to my home for repair work but he declined this option.

This company moved me to and from Houston, from my hometown of Tyler, where Elijah is from. Both time his guys were punctual, and communicated well. Upon arriving they were professional. They got in, took care of my furniture to make sure it didnt get damaged, and got out. Swift service, and stayed on task. Will definitely use them again.

Elijah and crew were simply amazing!! They were on-time, matter of fact ahead of time for my move! We had a lot and they handled moving my entire home from one house to the next efficiently and they were very organized! They are very professional and friendly! He sent out an awesome team of guys. Earl & his crew were very careful & respectful of all of our belongings. They worked fast & accommodated every request of extra wrapping of furniture. Earl was so precise with his placement of our items in the hauling trailer & the storage unit. They were very well protected. We would give them 10 stars if it were an option. Called set up to have my moms ( who is 79 ) home packed up and moved. Set for 9:00 AM. At 8:55 AM I get a text, saying he was short on people, could him and 1 more pack it all? Okay well I agreed, told him my brother in law and myself could help if needed. Well a total NO SHOW!! We had to pack it all ourselves. ☹ We called 4 times. NO ANSWER!! 😭😭Not professional at ALL. 🤬

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the police even spoke on it in agreement. (After I used them roll 🙄 $935 FOR 1 BEDROOM-2ND FLOOR) I gave 1 because; (first off let me say Im glad we moved our own tvs and computers or they wouldve either be stolen or broken and not paid for. Nothing was replaced or cared it was broken) ¹ The move was scheduled for 10am and They showed up at 11:30am. ² When they said,, our tire came off and the bolts on the tire came off at 3pm, it took them until 10pm to make it the 45min to our new place. ³ They charged me for 30min of them sitting watching the rain when they were loading the trailer. ⁴ They broke and scratched everything we had in their trailer (our food even busted open). ⁵ When I tried to find the address of the business it googled 3 addresses... I went to the first house and it was very shady in North Tyler. Go figure 🙄. There is no address because it is ran out of his house. ⁶ DURING my visit with him after the move-next day. A female called very drama filled with him, calling over and over upset that she was told I was complaining. He ended up saying in a way she is my boss. (His female). This is nothing but a drama filled shady comp y out for your money.Their trailer was not taken care of.

At first this seemed like a very great company to use, but as we progressed with our moved we slowly realized this was not reality. We hired him to move us and to store our furniture until we found a place to move and just asked that we receive the key to our storage building, but apparently this was too much to ask. Elijah runs from confrontation and problems, so naturally he avoided our calls if he saw we were calling. We tried going to the address listed on his website and it was a house in north Tyler that did not even know who red carpet moving was. He lied to us about meeting up to get the key and left my husband waiting at the storage place for 3 hours. Then when we finally got the key, he had put our baby grand piano in a storage building that was not climate controlled, which we had specifically clarified and been promised by him that it would be in a climate controlled facility. Overall, this company is very sketchy and unprofessional and I would avoid it at all costs. It has been reported multiple times to the better business bureau and the cops, and somehow is still running.

We used Red Carpet to move our house and could not be happier with this company. From the owner, down to all of his helpers, these guys did an outstanding job! I will recommend these guys to everyone. You’ll be very happy if you go with Red Carpet!

Called them at 4pm after the unloaders we had planned fell through. Im glad that I got Red Carpet instead. They arrived at 5, and got it done in half the time, and for less money than the other company had quoted. Very kind, professional, and hard working people.

I arranged a move with Elijah at Red Carpet and they completely ghosted us the day of the move (after telling us they were just going to be running late and we waited all day)!So unprofessional and so disappointing. I had an email confirmation, calls the day of the move promising they would be there, and then...nothing. No responses to calls or texts. No answer to the follow up email I sent. The only saving grace (and I guess what should have been a red flag) is we hadn’t paid a deposit or anything yet. So we were just out another vacation day spent from work and scrambling to find another mover that we had no time to check references, etc. Thankfully THEY showed up as promised!

We had a move date and time scheduled and confirmed, they never showed. We called 7 times the day of when they didnt show, and got 0 response. To this day they still havent responded as to why they didnt show up when they put us on their books. We ended up having to frantically call other movers in the area to fit us in.

Great last minute movers! Flexible with schedule! Easy to contact and they were quick and efficient through out the move. They were careful as well w all my belongings.

They were supposed to meet at our storage unit at 9 AM and said they would call 30 minutes ahead of time. No call. We decided to call them. The person said he was going to contact his guys to see where they were. We still didn’t hear anything. And then multiple phone calls to them went unanswered. My husband called the number in Dallas and the woman said they were moving someone out of a different storage place and didn’t have good phone service and told my husband to call the Tyler number back in 5 minutes. He did and again there was no answer. 3 hours later and we still have not heard a word from them. I should have believed all of the negative reviews instead of giving them a chance.

I used Red Carpet over two years ago and was so impressed with the service, the price, and the entire experience. I just recently had to make a super quick move due to work and called Elijah, explained the situation YESTERDAY .. and I am officially moved into my new place. He let me know right away it would be later in the afternoon but they would take care of me. I was just thrilled to not have to do it myself!! RED CARPET MOVING trailer pulled in right on time, went to a second location for me to pick up, and then unloaded everything for me at the new place. I didnt have to do anything at all but tell them where i wanted things. Sam, Jason, and Elijah worked late to get me in my home and never made me feel like they were in a hurry or that I was putting them out. The price was beyond reasonable, all of my belongings were well taken care of, and as a single female I felt comfortable and safe with these guys in my home.THANK YALL SO MUCH !!! You truly made this move so much easier for me. Extra special thanks to the other Sam for taking time to be so kind to visit with the chatty neighbors :)

The gentlemen who moved us on 2.3.21 were very professional and polite! I cant remember all their names but one was named Sam as that is my husbands name. And one was a nephew of one of the movers. Another one had just recently moved here to Texas from California. It took them no time at all to put our king size bed and dresser back together. As well as hooking up the washer and dryer. We were very pleased with their service. We just had too much stuff to move to fit in one 30 ft trailer!. We would reccomend them to everyone. Thank you for your service.

Red carpet moving moved my mother in law at the last minute. It was a lot of items to be moved in one day. Pricing was reasonable.The owner was professional and nice. If you ever need a moving company, I highly recommend. Elijah was easy to schedule with, his quote was spot on, and his team arrived ready for i work. I would specifically request Murphy and his son, Darnell, EVERY time to handle our moves. They were so easy to work with. The Red Carpet Moving team did a fantastic job of relocating a large and very heavy upright piano! I called Red Carpet and Elijah was incredibly responsive. He worked late to come move the piano with his team on the same day that I called. I would absolutely recommend using them again.

Thanks to Red Carpet moving for flawlessly moving our upright piano! It’s super heavy and they made it look easy. Plus they were great to work with, got us scheduled for the next business day when we called, and were all around nice guys. Highly recommend!

They quoted me $350 on a one bedroom, 2nd floor move, without a truck: just 2 guys, which is way overpriced. The movers were over 30 minutes late. When they arrived, they were acting like they were on drugs; one guy didnt even get out of the truck. We had already started moving stuff, so I told them we wanted a discounted price. They were so unresponsive, we couldnt even talk to them. Incredibly unprofessional and ambivalent. I fired them and told them to leave and ended up moving all my furniture myself. It was unbelievable.

I hired Red Carpet Moving Company to help me with my relocation and I should say that was the best choice Ive ever made. I was genuinely thrilled with how long the entire move took and what I ended up paying for all the service I got. Everything was done so fast. They were very careful with my belongings especially with the mirrors and TV. Nothing was broken or damaged. And the price was just the same as in the quote. WELL DONE!!!

I would give this group 10 stars if I could! Absolutely the best/easiest/most professional move I’ve ever had.Moved from Dallas to Austin and a friend that’s used them 5 times recommended. Starting from first call they were professional and knew their stuff. (Their bid was within < $100 of actual). Having three guys makes a magical difference and these guys especially were wonderful! (Elijah, Carl and Memphis ). They were polite, competent and had such a great attitude.One of the cool things I kept noticing is they have all the right equipment to get the job done. My stuff didn’t get wrecked because they wrapped it well, had the right carts or bins...no struggling with 2 guys balancing and overloaded. My move was from a house to a storage unit and an apt with a long walk to the freight elevator. They never missed a beat.HIGHLY recommend this company!!

10/4/2019If they had minus 5 stars that is what I would use. I scheduled them to move us 3 weeks before the day of the move, they were to arrive at our residence at 8:30 per Elijah. At 9 Oclock we started calling the office. Oh Im so sorry was that today? I have my men out on another job, we can be there by 12 oclock. Our next call 0h Im so sorry there still busy they can be there by 6 oclock. By this time we decided to wait until the next day. They assured us they would be there by 8 AM. At 10 AM we started calling again. They told us they thought they were with us and had no idea where they were and would get right back to us. We never heard for them and they never answered any calls from us. We finally called another company to move us and because of the predicament Red Carpet put us in they freed up a crew and sent them out within 3 hours.This company cost us 2 days of wages for letting us sit and wait for them when we could have been working. Never ever use this company!!

Did not show up at all. No call nothing. Totally left us hung out to dry . Put us in one heckuva bind. Beware

PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEYRE UNRELIABLE. After confirming with the owner the day before that everything was good to go, the day of the move they NEVER showed up. After running a few minutes late I contacted the company asking their ETA. His exact response was hold on let me round up your movers. Why would you need to locate the movers when we were confirmed????? After 30 min passed I called several times and he never answered. Only to get a response via text that he was extremely sorry and could we do another day? I live in an apartment and had to be out in a few days. If any of you know the importance deadlines when it comes to moving then rescheduling is just not feasible. If youre looking for great prices and unreliable service then by all means go with this company!!!!!!

Elijah and his crew were amazing!! They picked up and delivered all my items to my new property with ease. They even helped me with assembly. They were so quick in loading and unloading all my items. All staff was kind and professional. I truly recommend Elijah and his company for all your moving needs!! I will be using them again in the future!! They are great!!

These four guys, Vincent, Elijah Jr., Samuel, and Jason, are the hardest workers I have ever seen! They got two 28’ trailers and a partial 18’ trailer with a baby grand piano set up done in 3.5 hours. They worked together well, giving each other grief and smack talk the whole time (I thought it was hilarious), very receptive to where I wanted things to go and doing their very best to treat my things with care. Thank you Elijah Sr. You’ve got a great crew there!!!

Elijah and his crew are excellent. We used them twice in the course of one month in Dallas. They helped us move out of our three-story townhouse to storage, then a couple weeks later into our new house. They are quick and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They exceeded our expectations and set a very high bar for moving standards.The whole process was extremely professional. I cannot recommend Red Carpet Movers enough.

The guys were fantastic. They came and rescued me out of a bad situation Mr.T s moving left me in. Mr. T tried to charge extra for a small not too heavy gun safe that was empty. I said no. Thats part of the job and it was any extra charge from red carpet movers they were great guys. Thx to them I made it out of town that evening.

Jonathan, Luis and Sam were amazing. They were very professional, quick and efficient. We had a few laughs, and they gave Bella my Boston Terrier some love which made the move smooth for her also. I will recommend using Red Carpet Movers to everyone I know.

This company #1 Is Christ Centered! That is the most important virtue I look for. They wrapped my furniture and had everything organized and loaded in a short period of time. They did not dilly dally! when they arrived at the relocation place they unloaded, helped me place my furniture until i was happy and when they left i was happy and settled. I will never use anyone else. Pleasant kind men that glow the love of Jesus. If you are a Christian..... these are your men to help you. Great bunch of guys. Very gracious and respectful. They definitely do not dilly-dally, they get it done. Weve moved a lot over the years and there is no comparison to these guys with all the others. I called another company that was suppose to show at 9 AM. After talking to the other company’s owner 10 times through the day. He finally sent someone to me at 6 PM. In a little truck. In the mean time I called Red Carpet. He was honest with me and said i can help but this is the issue.I respect up front instead of a run around like I received from Mr T moving which I would not recommend to my worst enemy.Next time I will call these guys.

Shawn, Samuel and Michael were extremely hard workers that took good care of our belongings. They moved us on a very wet and long day. The service was a little more expensive than expected. Overall we were more than happy to pay extra for good service

Had a blast with these movers today. They showed up on time, ask us what was going and got right to it. Very personable group. They took there time to ensure that all my furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and well taken care of. I would recommend that if your looking for a dependable mover that you call these guys. RED CARPET MOVING IS FAR BY THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! THE OWNERS LACK PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY. THIS MOVING COMPANY HIRED INEXPERIENCED WORKERS TO MOVE MY FURNITURE. THE MOVERS AT RED CARPET MOVING BROUGHT NO EQUIPMENT OF THEIR OWN OTHER THAN WHITE RAGS TO COVER MY GLASS PIECES AND OF COURSE THEIR TRUCK. THE MOVERS HAD TO BORROW MY TOOL BOX TO DISMANTLE MY BEDS AND DRESSERS AND IN THE PROCESS THEY MISPLACED SOME ITEMS IN MY TOOL BOX. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE MOVERS ARRIVED AT MY APT EARLY IN THE MORNING, LEFT 30 MIN AHEAD OF ME BUT SOMEHOW MANAGED TO ARRIVE 2 HOURS AFTER MY ARRIVAL TO MY NEW APARTMENT. I HAD VERY FEW THINGS TO MOVE FROM MY OLD APT TO MY NEW APT, YET THEY DID NOT FINISH SETTING UP ALL MY FURNITURE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY SINCE THEY TOOK FREQUENT BREAKS JUST SITTING AROUND. MY BRAND NEW LEATHER SOFA WAS NOT DISMANTLED NOR WRAPPED AND RATHER WAS DRAGGED ON CONCRETE FLOOR RIGHT ALONG WITH MY MATTRESSES. ALL MY BRAND NEW FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED (THE VIVID IMAGE OF MY BRAND NEW LEATHER RECLINERS LITERALLY TORN APART AND WET DIRT STAINS ON MY BRAND NEW MATTRESS WAS GRUESOME) ! THE WORKERS PRESENTED THE CONTRACT AFTER THE DAMAGES HAD BEEN DONE (EMPHASIS ON AFTER, WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION), TO WHICH I REFUSED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT UNTIL THE OWNERS AGREED TO PAY FULLY FOR THE DAMAGES DONE. ITS BEEN MONTHS LATER AND THE OWNERS HAVE FAILED TO UPHOLD THEIR PART OF THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THOUGH TAKING MY PAYMENT. TIME AND ENERGY WILL NOW BE GOING TOWARDS LEGAL ACTION. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL. DEAR POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS, TO SAVE YOU SOME TIME, MONEY, ENERGY AND HEADACHE PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE DO NOT USE RED CARPET MOVING COMPANY! Elijah and his team moved a grand piano for us today. Each worker Took time to shake our hand, introduce themselves, was extremely courteous, and most importantly conducted themselves in a Professional manner. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing movers. Elijah charged a fair price, showed up on time and managed to work a little comedy into the job they did for us.

Very appreciative of this moving company! The other company I had selected a couple months in advance failed to schedule me on the day we discussed and I only found out when I called to confirm the arrival time the night before. Elijah and his crew were able to get me in the next day, the same day I needed them. They were a little late on arrival, but once there, they hustled and worked to get everything wrapped and loaded into there truck. I was loaded up and unloaded at the new house in less than 4hrs. The guys that did the moving were nice and placed everything where it needed to be placed.Update: 1 month after moving in I was ready to set up my office space and was unable to locate my $300 printer. I reached out to Elijah, and was met with uncertainty, but stated he would have to look into it and get in touch with the guys that did the moving. He stated he would call me back the next day. It wasnt until 5 days later that I finally heard back, (I had called a couple times with no answer or callback). He texted me a picture of a printer to see if it was mine. After looking at it, it did appear to be my printer. I stated yes it was mine. He then said he would bring it the next day. I said that is fine and what time I would available. 5 more days later I still hadnt heard from him or seen the printer be dropped off, despite several calls (sent to voicemail) and texts. On day 6 I got a text that stated, I will drop off the printer today. I was unfortunately out of town for that day and stated I would be back that evening, never heard from him again. Nearly two weeks later I reached out again to only be met by his voicemail yet again. This time I left a voice-mail stating that this is ridiculous and needs to be addressed immediately, that i would come and get it if it would be eaiser. Still no call back. That evening (several hours later), after I had already left to go to work (I work the night shift), he randomly text and says he is on his way. At this point, I am tired of the agonizing lack of communication and just agree for it to be left on my front porch. Out of 17 phone calls made to this man/company, only 4 of them were answered or had a response via text message.The guys seemed to be careful with my belongings so I would recommend for that, but I would ENSURE that EVERYTHING is off of their vehicle yourself before they leave. They had already closed the truck when I came outside, I assumed (see what that gets you) they emptied the truck, but obviously not.Also, not sure why but when they returned the moving vehicle and took it off, how come no one said we accidently kept that mans printer, we should call him. That in itself, makes me question whether it was intentional or not. I honestly dont know, but I do not want to accuse anyone of anything. I just dont understand why no one called to say, hey, found your printer on our truck, when can we bring it you? I also dont understand why it took nearly another month for it to be returned to me once it was found. That also concerns me.

Made arrangements with Red Carpet to move our household contents from one home to another in the same city. Arrangements were made well in advance. Spoke with Ezekiel numerous times to confirm - last being the day before the move. The day of the move, they failed to show up. Called the local Tyler number many times to no avail. Called the Dallas number and spoke with his wife. Promised to call me back - never did. Finally gave up of Red Carpet and called another moving company. WOULD NOT USE RED CARPET TO MOVE A DOG HOUSE!

I just used Red Carpet movers for a smaller moving job in Tyler.They were easy to schedule.Showed up at the agreed time.Are reasonably priced.I’d use their services again.

Absolutely hands down the best service I have received. They only packed my belongings into a rental truck but they padded and wrapped all of my furniture. We got to our home in Mississippi and everything was still in contact. Great job

There were three men who came to move my belongings. Two of them talked on their cell phones a number of times, and they didn’t help the third man. They left 12 of my boxes at the storage location and didn’t move them to my house. They were friendly and social, but they were wasting time... my time and my money. They charged $90/hr so the longer it took them, the more they made. Next time, I’m only paying a turn-key price with another company.

Called weeks in advance. Supposed to be there by 2:00, didnt show up didnt call me letting me know they were going to be late. I called them said they will be there at 4:00 didnt show up and didnt call me once again. They completely ghosted me. Please go somewhere else. Its not worth the headache of them not showing up

This is my second time using Red Carpet Moving in Tyler! They have been phenomenal both times! Elijah and his team have great communication, and are very fast and efficient! They take time to wrap your furniture, and are very careful when taking it downstairs. They were able to make moving not stressful. I definitely recommend them, and will be keeping them in mind for future moves. Thanks guys!
