Customer service was great! The quality of the double kick pedals was excellent! They built them like a tank. Boom stands are very stable and come with a counter weight. The chain drive on the hi-hat stand is a very well thought out design.Full adjustment of the hi-hat stand pedal isachieved by the lower rotating tension knob.I will continue to purchase from Ace because everything arrived as described and I have hadno problems with anything! I love this t.v stand because it has wheels and its up high. i like is so much that im going to buy another one for my son for fathers day .he plays his play station in his room and he has it on a low t.v stand i know that having the t.v up high will make his game playing more comfortable . my son loves his t.v stand ...i brought one for me then i brought one for my son for fathers day ...we love them thank you

I bought the guitar starter kit for under $40. Product was delivered on time and everything came with it. My 10 year old says it plays just as great as his Yamaha that cost $200. Very satisfied. He loves that it came with a pitch pipe and an easy to use tuner.

Loved our guitar wall hooks. We have a variety of instruments hanging around my sons room and it makes for fabulous decor as well as being safe storage for our valuable guitars, bases and other string instruments. Id buy these again in a heartbeat.

I love the color and durability of the product.However, I havent been able to use the product as the pedals are way too high off the base for the little kids to use it (Which is who I purchased it for.). I was hoping we could adjust the pedals somehow but nothing has worked yet. Any suggestions for lowering the pedal so the distance of a childs heel to the ball of their foot could reach the pedal without lifting their heel off the ground? Thank you.

Excellent mobile TV stand. This is truly a Commercial quality unit. We have it in our family room and we get lots of questions and compliments from visitors. Many people are unfamiliar with the solid construction and good balance of this kind of a monitor/TV stand. It should last for years with many future flat panel displays.

Happy with my purchase. Its a 2 person job to put together. I did it by myself and it was not square. It works O.K. and adjusted. I feel that was my error and not the products. I wish the top was just a little taller so it could be closed w the cables plugged into the mixer.

I purchased the Fat Toad DJ Laptop StandIm not a D.J. I use this stand on my treadmill and it fits very well.It has a very rugged and sturdy design. The materials seem to be high quality and well manufactured.

I bought a remote hi-hat stand from this company about a year ago. For those thinking you can use this as a regular hi hat stand, YOU CANT. I say 4 stars because I never intended to use it like that. If you want something that will feel like an actual stand you will have to spend 300-400$ for on-brand ones. I however just needed something that will allow me to close my far hi-hat. This product saved me tons of money allowing me to use it for the exact purpose I bought it for and was way cheaper than anything else on the market. I am also relieved that even though it is cheap, that only bad part is that its kinda hard to close the hats and its not super smooth. Other than that is super durable and works perfectly. I would 8/10 recommend!!!

Worst experience ever! I bought a microphone boom stand and there were two missing parts. The company offers customer service via email and to give you an idea of my ordeal, its been 10 DAYS since I received the product and the companys inability to provide a quick solution. Despite of emailing them pictures, theyre still going back and forth by email. Returning the item is another ordeal, I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE considering this company despite their reviews. Pictures of the parts that I received are attached to this review, spent $75 on this item.

Just wanted to add another note on my experience with this company, after approx. 10 days of dealing with the companys customer service reps. via email, Ive been told I still have to wait at least one more week to get the missing piece. Highly DISCOURAGE TO USE THIS COMPANY

This review is in reference to “ace division luv/griffin remote hi hat stand. The cable snapped on this thing after approx 10 months use. Would not be a big deal to change cable but company fought me tooth and nail on warranty. I have sold dozens and dozens of these units due to popularity of the band I’m in. They couldn’t care less. I tried to get them to at very least warranty the cable itself a NINETEEN DOLLAR PART AT RETAIL, to save a great customer and they wouldn’t even do that. Excuse after excuse. I am considering going after them legally just so they don’t do this to another person that keeps them in business. Unbelievable. Don’t walk, RUN from their remote hi hat. The price is not worth the frustration. Pearl has recently lowered the cost of the top of the line Redline Eliminator Remote hihat. So I’d strongly encourage buying that instead. A company like “Ace Division/Griffin” does not deserve to be selling products with that kind of bad attitude bad QC, and warranty “work arounds”. STAY AWAY!!!

Bought set of straight and boom cymbal stands, they are adequate however, they did not come with cymbal sleeves. decent product for the price.

Recently purchased a Griffin picallo snare to add to my kit for softer songs and as an accent. With some minor adjustments and tuning, i was able to play it straight out of the box whereas I normally would change out heads.I have switched out my hardware from heavy duty DW to the lighter weight PDP800 series hardware. Same quality but much easier to work with as i transport & set up my own gear. When i ordered snare stands for the picallo, the other vendor cancelled my order because they couldnt locate the stands in their warehouse. Needing stands, i ordered the Griffin light weight stand and also a medium stand for my main snare.All items i ordered were processed and delivered in good time and good condition. All fit my needs and are well worth what i paid. Finding quality gear at a reasonable price is hard, but Ace is the exception to that rule. I will be ordering the Popcorn Snare soon to add more snap to my kit.

Probably fine if you receive your products in usable shape. I received a hi-hat stand with a weak plastic part that was broken. Contacted Ace immediately and after over a month of back and forth, they insist I remove the broken piece and replace it myself. Problem is, it is glued so strongly, everything Ive tried to remove the part has failed. They then suggested I mail the whole part back and they replace the broken part for me. They wont front the cost of shipping it back. Why should I be out additional money for something that arrived broken? Terrible customer service. Avoid and order from a more reputable company who will do a better job of standing behind their products and service.

Terrible experience. Purchased a piano bench via Walmart. Received damaged item. All of a sudden I apparently agreed to these ridiculous terms and getting a replacement part is not possible without sending back the damaged parts at my expense. What am I going to do with a 3 legged bench?!?! Never again
