Bought a couch, 2 recliners, and an ottoman from the timeless collection and realized I need more pieces to fill up the rest of my formal living room...so I went back and ordered 2 loveseats... I cant wait to to complete my collection....

Horrible service didnt get all of what we paid for upon delivery, missing items of purchase. After waiting in sales store for 5 hours. Manger took items off without our knowledge just to make a sale. Non accommodating for the misleading and missing items. Delivered guys were professional and courteous. That is the only reason this store gets 1 star.

The sales team was very polite and helpful. The furniture was designed to look nice but I question the quality. The child bedroom sets and the sectionals did not feel firm or sturdy.

Bought a bedroom set that I’ve waited for forever it finally shows up to now not have all the pieces, and me getting the run arounds. I’m upset about that. But they do have a nice selection of furniture and I will be returning but they better get it together.
