This is the second review this week, same scenario. They dont pick up the phone, looking for a Gordan skylight and none of their businesses answer. Every location is like this, has anyone ever talked to anyone? They claim theres an order to answer your call but they probably use this excuse to hide budget cuts and/or relocate those funds.

Went on Saturday for curbside Pickup... their App was not working ... so called the store number at least 3 times while waiting in car .... no one picks phone 😒Went back home and brought a heavy duty mask just in case curbside was down again ... yes lo and behold on Sunday curbside app was still not working

Brown worker had a hard time showing me where the lumber was. I did not get his name but it was quite annoying to say the least being lead around. He was nice though, so 5 stars.

I went to this Home Depot to order carpet & install for my daughter. I was able to schedule measurement in no time. I then was instructed to call to make payment, which went even faster. The FULL amount was taken from my bank in less than 48 hrs. 1 week later, still no news. I called the store and no one could help me. I drove to the store waited for 45 min to be told that this is regarding an install so no one can help except a lady named, Marie, who, of course was not there. She only works Monday to Friday and from 8-5 pm.I called Marie later to hear that the carpet I selected is not available, I was disappointed but agreed to select something that is available so my project can get done. Marie told me that the product will ship in 48 hrs. 4 days went by and still no one called to schedule install. I called Marie again to hear that it hasn’t shipped and it should be shipped tomorrow from Georgia, so it would be here in 2 weeks or more.I can’t believe this, and felt so misled by Marie.I asked her that since the carpet hasn’t shipped to please cancel the whole thing. She said she can’t due to a system glitch but she will do it tomorrow and email me the confirmation. That was 3 days ago and today I called and can’t even get a hold of her.This is such a bad experience that I don’t think I Will ever want to have to deal with Hone Depot again.I just want my money back since they can’t deliver on their product and promises.Does the CEO of Home Depot even care about their customers? If yes, I am hoping he can get this resolved for me. 🙏

I had a great experience today with Taz. She is exceptional! I literally have no knowledge of plywood and building an outside floor. She helped me understand and I learned so much. I’ll be in next week to purchase. Thank you so much!

The place to go for anything you need for home improvement. Plus shout out to the store manager, Crystal, who went above and beyond to assist me and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention she is absolutely drop dead gorgeous!!!

My least favorite place. Never have what I come for. Went to but a Ring security camera. Nope out. Went home and checked on line and found Reolink. Much better than Ring so I guess I owe it to them for saving me.

Nice Home Depot and convenient self checkout. The garden center is rather generic and doesnt have as much unique fruit plants, but it does have all the usual dirt supplies and regular plants, flowers, and seeds. Overall good store and parking lot looks kind of messy but easy to check out.

Always a helpful employee on hand. Never need to look around for help here. Always clean and well stocked. In and out. Plenty of self check outs and competent register workers that move the line fast. 👍

The Union City home Depot is a well run, clean, modern store, staffed with friendly team members. Was able to get in, find what I needed and get out reasonably quick.***Update October 24th 2018***. it appears that this is quite a big store. Their garden selection is amazing. Whether youre a contractor or weekend warrior handyman there is nothing the store does not have that you could use for any project around your house or on the professional job site. Pro tip, if youre going to buy cabinets dont buy the stock cabinets that they keep in store, upgrade to a better quality cabinet or go somewhere else, the in-store cabinets are not very good. I purchased an store in stock cabinets when I get to the job there are sometimes broken and they just do not last, theyre difficult to assemble, do yourself a favor and stay away pay the extra money and get a better quality cabinet.

Just drive a little further to Hesperian. This home depot is the worst place on earth. Let me list the reasons and save you some rage.1. If you need a heavy-duty cart, grab it in the parking lot because they are no where to be found inside.2. Make sure you have all day because nothing is in the location that the website lists so its a scavenger hunt every time.3. Once you find the items, be ready to wait in line for 30 minutes while the 15 year old at the register alone argues with a cheapskate who wants 80% the rotten wood he found at the bottom of a pile somewhere inside.4. While you wait for said teenager as she struggles, watch as you ask 5 employees passing by if they can help her or open a register and they just keep walking.5. Decide to go inside to those registers, it must be better there. Get ready to enter the gauntlet of confused people navigating between abandoned carts with big items strewn about the check out zone.6. Notice that everyone who works there is either 16 or 80 and if they ever did care, that soulless place killed that a long time ago.I never review anything, I think most people learn this lesson once they visit this store but maybe Ill spare one person out there.

This home depot is hit and miss for customer service. Sometimes the employees are helpful and sometimes they arent. They have all the usual home depot stuff and seem to be pretty well stocked although I have been to better home depots

I found the Ryobi weed eater I was looking for. Overall this location has a decent selection of Ryobi lawn and garden tools. I still cant find the Ryobi 18v inverter at any locations.

The place to go for everything I need for home repairs and small projects. The place does get dusty. Tip: bring your own towels to wipe your hands in case you touch anything.

I have been waiting around the lumber department for about 20 minutes after I asked for assistance. Theyve called an associate to the area 3-4 times and no one is coming. By the time I write this review, itll have been 25+ minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. This location has clearly lost sight of its customer value. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere youre appreciated.

I pick up from this place if i dont find stock of my items in pleasanton or Hayward.Big store and ample stock most of the time.

You know what it is, this one is fine. Some of the other customers can be...a bit dim? Particularly in the parking lot. Keep your eyes open, for some reason Ive seen more close calls here than at Lowes or at the Hayward Home Depot.

I needed one thing.I found what I needed easily, at a good price.Ill go back later for plants and pots and patio furniture.

Ordered on-line. 6 bgs of Kellogg Palm, Cactus & Citrus soil mix. Received a text a few hours later order is ready for pick-up. When I arrived I set up a curbside pick-up from the text. Needed to input make, model and color of vehicle so the employees know whos order belongs to and bring it out to help you load it. Curbside pick-up signs wasnt that clear. Just make sure keep driving along the side of Home Depot, keep an eye on the signs. I was a little disappointed 😞 one of the bags 🎒 😕 had a cut and was taped but wasnt secured. Some soil spilled skme in my van. I guess it could be worse. See image of the rip/cut 🎒.

Waited for more than 30 mins in wood cutting section but no one showed up. Asked 4 different associates and they announced so someone can attend us there but still no one showed up. At last told customer service lady and she said that manager will come right away so we waited for 5 mins but again no one showed up so we got it done from Lowe’s

Employees are very courteous and helpful. This Home Depot is especially large with a large selection of materials, etc. You can also find assorted handymen in the parking lot looking to help you out with your various home improvements...

Overall, its a great resource. I just wish they would try better to keep things in their place. I go there to get plumbing supplies and have yet to find them without having to do a lot of searching. Many items are not in the right box, so its always more of a treasure hunt than just getting what I want and leaving. Other than this, I am quite happy with the store.

Ordered a wheel barrow online (assembled, my preference) for curbside up. Once you park in one of the designated curbside pick up lots, you have to text in your order # and some details on a number provided. We have quite a bit of a wait. When the wheelbarrow finally came we realized it wouldnt fit the trunk! Luckily an associate Danny C was kind enough to take the wheelbarrow back inside to disassemble it and helped load it in the car! 👍👍👍

Dont order online - they mess up the orders and the clerks working that section are more worried about how they look or where the party is after work. My clerk did act more mature and showed concern that I was dissatisfied. The best thing about this particular HD is their assistant manager, he at least knows what hes doing.

Super understaffed, hope they hire more people soon. Super long wait times if you need support. Waited for an hour for someone to open up the cages when I had to buy a tool, not sure why the tools are locked up when much more expressive items lay open without a cage or lock

Me and my wife were browsing for storage shed . Prior to that we’ve looked at item that had our interest. We went inside to inquire about the item. It was a very busy day as we’ve waited for the manager and he was busy. His assistant (Kiki)started initiating the transaction and went well. That’s what I call teamwork. My wife and I came out of the store happy.

I ordered online for next day pick up and I understand that due to Covid things are delayed. I contacted customer service at the location of pick up and I spoke to someone name Stacey, she mentioned that I can come in a grab the item myself. I went to the store and found the item. I approached guest service where a group of workers who were too busy fooling around instead of actually doing their job. I told one of the worker that I was here to pick up my order, he asked for my order number and stated that it is not ready for pick up considering that it is next day since my order was placed, I indicated that I grabbed the table myself since I needed it today. He jokingly said, oh wow you did my job! His co workers were cracking up which I thought was very unprofessional. I dont understand how this location lacks professionalism and employs kids who can barely perform to do their job. Im definitely not happy with this purchase, next day pick up is not guaranteed.

Placed an order for curb pickup, paid with my HD card. Got an email to pick up my orderWith instructions. No one was there, went inside to customer service, showed my paper work. The person said my order hadnt arrived. The original order stated every thing was in stock. I ask the person what to do in a. The reply,I dont know.Maybe a good place to stay away from after 55 years using this branch, such a let down.
