Very bad experience and I really couldnt believe it:Last Saturday I rent a mattress at the 3510 Bergenline Ave Union City store And they told me that they will deliver that to my house on Monday. But I actually have things to do on Monday so I called to ask them if they can directly enter my house(because the locker of my house is a password one) and put that mattress there. They said they couldnt do that and I understood and I said no problem. So today I stay at home waiting for them to come. But they didnt and it turned out that they thought that call was meant cancellation. But clearly, even from the common sense I didnt mean that. Since Ive already payed money, if I really cant stay at home on Monday, Ill reschedule the delivery date. And I said no problem to mean that okay, lets do that on Monday. But they just thought so themselves and although they called me this morning, I was sleeping then and when I got up I didnt see the phone call notification (because usually when you just get up there are overwhelming messages on your phone and its natural that you miss one). But they didnt call me again and automatically assume that I want to cancel the delivery today. This is not the correct logic because as u put that in your store that, customer satisfaction is the most important, if the customer doesnt give a clear confirmation that h/she wants to cancel the delivery, you cant cancel it according to your own judgement. If I didnt reply to your phone call, just call again until I answer it. You should always think for the customers not for yourself. In the end I cancelled the whole deal because I was really angry and I cant mess up my day for a mattress. I understand that you have your store policy etc. But cancellation or rescheduling should be a mutual thing and if you dont have a solid evidence from me that I do want to cancel it you couldnt do that yourself. I hope you can convey my ideas to your staffs. Thank you.

If I could put no stars I would. Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 my wife went into this store to buy a couch. Delivery was scheduled for Friday January 4th 2019. After delivery was made I noticed bite marks on my wife’s back and thighs when I then noticed a bug on her shirt. We came to find out this couch was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. I am now contacting the store first thing in the morning to get this couch out of my house after I wrapped it in garbage bags to stop it from spreading. This place needs to be CLOSED DOWN. Lord knows what else is infested besides this couch the whole entire store could be full of them. HORRIBLE

The service in the store was great but I was told my delivery time would be from 2-4. At 5pm when I heard nothing, I called the store and they said itll be delivered by 7 pm. This has been a huge inconvenience for me and my family yet no one at rent a center seemed to care. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the 3 people that helped me in the store, if not for them, it would have been 1 star. So disappointed with the way this has been handled, or hasnt...

The worse ever please dont bother wasting your time and $ for people who cant do a single thing call there job, long story short once I told them I live in the attic they said no, they dont do that and I went on and asked more questions I even told them part of the stairs way comes off so there is more space and took measurements since they thought attic they assume it would be a small space but they didnt even bother and told me to go somewhere else and to me that was very unprofessional.

I have asked them many times not to use autopay anymore, because when I dont have it and I prefer to pay in cash they automatically withdraw the money and the bank charges me 35 dollars of interest. but They dont understand they are donkeys. May the donkeys forgive me for such an inordinate comparison, thank you 😂
