I found them on the internet and am happy that I did. I wanted to update an old (2011?) Dell Latitude E6510 with 4GB ram to 8GB. I contacted them online and got an immediate response with the price. Brought it in the next day and it was ready in less than 1/2 hour. The Dell is faster with the added ram and the price was great. The bonus was supporting a local small business. Jorge and the young man who actually did the work were professional and courteous.

I’ve lived in union for years and wanted to support local business before going to Best Buy. One of their employees said they had a laptop for sale on Facebook, I came just to find out it was sold. They told me to visit the store down the street and guess what? They had two other laptops were not nearly as close to what I was looking for.There’s a huge lack of communication between the two stores, if one tells you to go to one store, you’ll get there and the other one will say the same exact thing, “go to the other store.”The staff is nice, but extremely disorganized on inventory. I doubt I’d come back again.

I went there because my pc wouldnt display image in my monitors after swapping my ssd. One of your techs said that I just needed a windows installation which is fine, you guys did the job right. What am really disgusted about is that you CHARGE $100 dollars for a windows installation and you INSTALLED a pirate version of windows on my pc. When I tried to link my Microsoft acct in my pc, it wouldnt let me. Bad overall, charging for a legit windows installation when you use PIRATE software.

I brought my computer there suspecting it was the graphics card that went bad. I needed them to confirm my suspicions. They had it for a few hours and confirmed that it was indeed the graphics card. I build my own machines and know enough not to know what I am doing. Anyway the computer stopped turning on and only beeped at me. I took it in to interblueweb and they found a switch on the power supply that got tripped. Needless to say they got it working again and did not charge me a penny! Now I plan on taking it back to them to do some upgrades. Nice to find an honest vendor out there. Thanks guys!

So i chose this place because i saw all the good reviews and was extremely excited to go to them until quickly realized i was misled. To begin with i left my computer there for several days until the day i was told they would have it fixed... The day arrived and they never called to give me an update or anything, instead i had to call them. When i called asking if i could pick it up the guy who answered the phone told me he would call me back in 5 mins and never did. I then called again right before closing time and they told me that the tech that was working on my computer (who wasnt at the shop for the rest of the day) said that there was no fix that i could pick it up ! What upset me was that the day i dropped it off i let it be known that i needed that laptop ASAP for work so you would think they would make it a priority to communicate with me & let me know as soon as either they fixed the issue or came to the realization that they could not fix it. Had i not called them prior to them closing then another day maybe two would have went by without me getting any work done without it being necessary. Not only did another shop get my laptop fixed within a couple of hours after Interblue told me my issue had no fix but the lack of communication Interblue demonstrated was disappointing.Pro: The boss & the kid who initially received my computer were polite/friendly

Open on saturdays. I took my PC here when i noticed the fans of my water cooling system was working way harder than normally. My CPU temp was very high when the computer wasnt even doing anything.I got to the store told the guy what happened, he listened to every word i said and checked to see if everything was connected properly in the PC itself. Turned out there was just dust in the PC.Even though my solution was simple the guy working there gave my problem all the attention he could and was great about the whole thing.I say if you are having any type of computer problems, this is the place to take it.service was A+++
