Everyone there was super nice! They went out of there way to help us find our furniture we wanted! Absolutely love it there.

I went in to get a bed suite and just interacting with the employees they were wonderful. They were helpful and kinda and took time going over what I order to make sure it was just right for me!

I first met Dale Johnson (Assistant Manager) a year ago. I went in there to search for a sectional couch. He was very friendly and professional. The guy knew his stuff. After spending about 2 hours with me I departed and did not make a purchase, intent on viewing other options. Today, about 1 year later, I went back. Walked in and immediately requested that he be the one to assist me due to the outstanding impression he left on me from our prior encounter. He showed me an amazing quality sectional couch, and helped me work through the dimensions required to have it fit in the space I had set aside. I wandered and came upon a dining set that I was also interested in, as well as an end table. He worked a deal with me on all the stuff, dropping the prices below what their sticker prices were. sadly I could not get free delivery out of him this time around.I wound up paying$2266.00 for the sectional, online price 1794.42 ~$471.58 more$1179.00 for the kitchen table and chairs, online price $894 ~$285 more$269.00 for the couchside table, online price $165.99 ~$103.01 moreGranted online is still having their presidents day sale.All in all I paid $859.59 more than I could have had I bought the furniture online. The difference is I could see, and feel the products in person before making a decision. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and patient. He brought considerations to my attention that I wasnt even aware of. Did I get ripped off? Or did I pay for the experience and insight I was offered? I was happy enough with the service provided that I was willing to pad the coffers a little bit. They do have more overhead than a website does. When you guys are making your purchases, ask for Dale, and research the products. Getting it for below sticker price may not necessarily be the best deal you can get.All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase, even if it could have been $859.59 less.

I went in search of a bedroom set for my granddaughter, found a beautiful set. The staff was wonderful to me and very patient with my concerns and my wandering around. I ended up buying the bedroom set as well as a kitchen table and chairs as well. Loved the no hassle of salesmen following me around. Delivery was wonderful, took care in the delivery. I didnt need to worry about waiting months for my stuff to be delivered unlike another place I dealt with in the past. I will continue to recommend timeless traditions to everyone I know. Recently we purchased a remote-controlled adjustable bed. We are very pleased with our comfortable purchase. The manager and staff were courteous and helpful. Timeless Tradition is a 5 star furniture store. The manager and associates are friendly and helpful, to picking out the furniture and giving the best price. I bought a sectional couch from this place, I bought the model off of the floor. I had it home a couple weeks and one of the pieces broke. I called them and they fixed it. It broke again very shortly and the couch is hardly used. Now they said its out of warranty because its a floor model which I was never informed of. When I finally got a hold of them they said I would have to spend 200 for a new piece. I have tried emailing and calling them to inform them that I am not paying more money for a couch that I already spent 2,000 dollars on a couple months ago.

Fiancé and I were shopping for furniture for our first place together-- we got an apartment that compromises living room space for larger bedrooms. Upon entering we were greeted by a lady with a thick accent who was very nice, but I told her we just wanted to browse. When we walked to the sofas, she followed and wanted to rattle off about them, which I understand from a sales perspective, but even after telling her we had a small living room that wouldnt fit a sectional, she kept trying to upsell us on a 4k sectional. I kept telling her I just wanted to look and she insisted on tailing us to show us the most expensive items which was extremely frustrating. We werent being given the opportunity to see things and formulate our own opinions on them without her in our ears, and my fiancé finally cut her off very abruptly because I was going to snap out on her. After she finally let us be, she just kept staring at us from a distance and would continuously pop up during our browsing, and despite finding a couple things we liked, we ended up going to Ashleys that day and getting $3k in furniture there instead. Overall it was an extremely uncomfortable experience that I didnt want to repeat by returning to place an order after quote shopping other stores.Another thing worth mentioning was how run down the new location looks. When it was in the mall it was beautiful, but now its situated in an old Kmart with dirty flooring covered in duct tape, no real presentation/theme to the furniture, stuff feels thrown all over the place, poor selection, recliners overturned (???) and mixed with harsh fluorescent lighting, it looks like a serial killers den.Overall, I was so, so disappointed and this was not what I was expecting at all after only having been in this store when it was in the mall, and I was excited to see the new location, but it was a bust.

Very welcoming and great customer service! Delivered in two weeks, Steve and Matt set up for us and they were very nice. They also called the next day to make sure we were satisfied! Definitely be shopping there in the future!

We bought a sectional couch from Dale Johnson at timeless traditions. He was very professional and kept us updated on our order until he knew it was shipping out, when he found out the couch would be delivered he gave me a call 5 days prior to the original delivery date to get me the couch 5 days early! We will be back soon to finish furnishing our home.

Had a very nice experience purchasing a bedroom set and dining table. They delivered the sets and set up and the cost of that was VERY cheap. They were very careful and polite and also friendly. Would certainly buy from this company again.

Some of the inventory here is nice looking stuff. But much of it is way overpriced. Simple side chairs shouldnt be priced this high in Uniontown. Consider your demographic profiles for the area.

I recently purchased a Lounge sofa and love seat and they are sooo comfortable. I had a great experience, sales lady was nice. I probably surprised her when my sister April Jackson and I picked out what I wanted fairly fast. But I had already checked out the website plus being in pain didnt help. I said I be back and I was. The delivery guys Paul Zitney and Matt were Awesome! I guess it didnt hurt that Paul and I went to high school together! OMG did I have a blast with those two! Very professional and courteous. Made me laugh and smile the whole entire time! I forgot they were delivering furniture! They made sure everything worked. I had a great experience buying furniture. No following us around, no pressure, answered our questions. Purchasing to delivering were great. My heart is so happy to have seen my buddy too.

Our sectional and coffee table just got delivered and we are even more in love with our purchase! The experience has been so great and installation was easy and painless!

The furniture is reasonably priced and of good quality. The delivery guys were awesome. It was a challenge to deliver up to the 2nd floor.

I went to this store for the first time a few months ago. The store selection was very nice.the sales people were great and helpful. Bought a couch and chair that Im really pleased with. They were delivered by matt and steve who set it all up and were awesome.I would buy from them again and highly recommend!

The store has a nice setup. And that is about the only good thing. Overpriced and The workers are disrespectful and have no patience with anyone who isnt 100% on buying something from there store. I have purchased a mattress,sofa table,end table, and recliner from Timeless Traditions.I am extremely satisfied with my purchases.No high pressured sales,quality furniture and a great place to purchase furniture at a great price! All staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is a joke. They are way to overpriced. They promote that there items are on sale and even offer a free chair with the purchase of a sofa and a recliner but don’t be fooled. They are still over charging you. Almost all of there inventory is discounted designs by Ashley products. My honest advice is to go there find the couch you like, then leave and order it online from other resellers for half the price! I got a sofa and love seat by designs by Ashley for 1100 online, they wanted 1900 for the same exzact sofa and loveseat. Glad I did not buy anything from them!

My house is full of their furniture. Ive had one item have a finish issue, but they were very quick to resolve!

Some buddies and I went in looking for a new chair for a low price. They told us that this isnt a place to play around in when we start to try out some of the chairs and watched us for the entire time. This place didnt seem friendly at all and I will not be doing business.
