Always clean, and always a very good price on diesel, in comparison to so many other gas stations. Maybe the lowest diesel price in San Antonio, not even exaggerating. Because these guys are so fair with their price, I go out of my way to top off at this location. Thank you for being fair. We buy bulk diesel at my job for 1.60 a gallon, so when you see people selling it for 2.70 and up you know they’re just trying to screw the working man. Thanks for not being like everyone else and gouging the market!

Last week I went inside to purchase a buy one get one Celsius(??) drink from tjis location. I was for both with only a .38 cent discount. When I showed woman the picture of it from.my phone her reply so what thats on your phone. Not my problem. Iwentbto the Murphys on 3009 and showed the picture from.my.phone and they gave the items shown. The gas pumps on Pat Booker are also running very slow and sometimes only down to a trickle. When reported to this same indivdual he hrr comment I cant to anything about it. That was said to a Universal Ciy police officer. I was standing right behind him when she told him. Very disheartening customer service.

This Murphys has gone down hill. They have no cups for fountain drinks. The costumer service has gone down. I have been coming to this location for a long time. Need to get your act together!!!

Today I went to prepay with cash. I repeated amount and which pump multiple times to the cashier,(who was on her phone trying to find a coworkers phone number) She put the money on the wrong pump and passed off her mistake to someone else to fix. She didnt even seem apologetic. The gentleman who helped was excellent and calm. I thank him for fixing this mistake and I hope his coworker pays better attention.

Very disappointed with customer service today. Walked in on an employee throwing a tantrum about another employee not doing their job, while stating so loudly and throwing display trash on floor....while all pumps were full and only older lady on register waiting on us customers.

Love the service. Sonja and Melissa and all the staff are friendly and helping the customer save money. No better gas station around in my opinion. Gas is always low priced and Cigarettes are always lower priced then anywhere else. It’s “my Murphy’s”!

They have Ethanol free fuel! So hard to find these days. If you dont already know, this is what you should be using in all of your lawn equipment, boat, motorcycle or anything that isnt driven daily. Ethanol free! So glad to find this place.

You know that special store you just have to go to. The one where you may pass five stores to get there. This location is that kind of place. I stop even if just to buy a fountain drink and nothing else. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Dont get me wrong they are not perfect but, the staff makes you feel appreciated. The only downside is Im horrible with names and they dont wear nametags. So, Im always asking their name, likely used to it from me by now. So, if ever in Universal City stop by the Murphys on Pat Booker. Hope they exceed your expectations.

Great place! They care enough to have ethanol free gas. It is a must in any small engine Chain Saw whatever that you don’t use very often. It’ll take your maintenance cost to practically zero.I also use their ethanol free gas for my wife’s car and my pick up truck because they are both driven less than 50 or 75 miles a month. It makes a great deal of difference in how they run over time. Before I started using Murphy’s ethanol free gas they didn’t run as well I think, because the ethanol sucks moisture out of the air. THANKS MURPHY!

Just a gas station/convenience store, except for the fact that they sell ethanol-free gas from the pumps, with a dedicated hose so youre not mixing in a hose full of other gas into the gas can for your small-engine use.

Gas is usually cheaper here. Good coffee, lots of selection for a little store, always clean.

This is the only place near San Antonio that has non ethanol gas .its on the outskirts in universal city.the energy content in ethanol gas fluctuates so you wont get the same amount of miles per tank like you do with ethanol free gas I get alot more miles out of a tank of non ethanol than I do with ethanol.an another thing ethanol will ruin your lawnmower an any other small engine things that u have because it clogs up the small spray jets in the carburator an causes the engine not to start anymore so its always good to buy a big gas can full of non ethanol to put in your small engines like weed eater an lawnmowers you can buy it at home Depot an Lowes but its about 10 dollars for a very little bit I think its about a quarter gallon or half gallon for 10 dollars an u can buy it for 2.32 a gallon currently at Murphys in universal City on Pat Booker I believe its 1943 Pat Booker but I could be wrong on the address but its close u will find it if u do a Google search ...hope this helps sumone.

Im constantly having card issues here. Today, I used my card to pay 32.22 and their machine, I was told, only took 10.00. So I used my card again to pay the balance 22.22.Then upon checking my bank account, I had a 32.22 and 22.22 draws .Im sure I will get it worked out, but in my opinion, this is ridiculous.Also, Ive had to run my card twice here before, and now Im wondering if they had got me in the past.I will be using cash at this location from now on.
