I wish I could do 0 Stars. We rented a pickup, and this was the only place we found one for the day and time we needed. My husband went inside to pick it up. The man (who is apparently the owner) looked at his license and said oh Mohammed, what are you a terrorist. Definitely do not recommend.

Very bad service. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. They should shut it down. The old man there is rude. DO NOT COME HERE. Very rude man and likes to judge people. Find somewhere else.

Would not recommend or return to the location ever. The older man with the very heavy accent working there is incredibly rude. When he saw that I had booked a U-Haul through the app he said, “I’m surprised that you were able to figure out how to use app. Women are usually only smart enough to take selfies because they don’t know how to use technology.”

Worst customer service experience OF MY LIFE.
