This place is like a zoo! Everybody is always running inside here for some reason. I also noticed a few different times that people will open bags of snacks and eat them in the aisles openly without care. The furniture seems overpriced. But there were a lot of cool home decor items here if youre looking for inspiration.

I was here on vacation to get some things for my parents vacation house. I found an awesome electric tea kettle here for 40 bucks. A few nice hand towels for 6 bucks each. Also cute mustard speckled eco friendly snack bowls for a set of 4 for 10 bucks. I love Home Goods, it is my happy place. 😊

The manager was wonderful when we went to pick up the two chairs I had on a paid hold from the day before. We couldnt fit them both in our SUV and one of the employees offered to drive the other chair home for us. That is well above and beyond the service an employee should be expected to offer. We will go back today and get the other beautiful chair that I cant wait to have in my new home.

The shelves no longer display like they used to. Used to buy beautiful towels for my bedrooms...not any more!

Cool place fun to window shop. Decent prices on home goods. U can get some of the stuff at the other 3 stores but there is just more of it here.

Store way too crowded for our comfort level. People kept coming down the isles my daughter and I were on bumping into us not social distancing. Had to leave and go back later in the evening when there were less people.

University Home Goods is one of the best in the chain. The staff members there are always professional and friendly. I always look forward to going there. This location is clean and the store is fairly organized compared to some other locations. Item selection was good, as expected.

DisappointedWent there to purchase a kitchen trash can. They had a very limited supply on display. The one wanted to purchase was $69.99 . The one on display had about a 2 dent on the front just above the foot release. I found a clerk and asked for a new one in a box. I was told that they dont keep additional new ones in the stockroom. I was then told that I could probably get a discount because of the damage.First of all I want a new non damaged trash can because it is in view in my kitchen. I dont care about any discount, I want a new trash can. The prices that they charge are much higher than other competitive stores. I went to a competitor and paid $20.00 less for the exact can and it was brand new.Retail stores wonder why there sales are down, maybe presentation of product is part of the reason.

This store is always neat and clean with a great selection of goods and plenty of friendly staff. We especially appreciate that all staff wear masks— not around their chin, but the proper way to protect others, and the staff there enforce this and require shoppers to wear a mask as well. Kudos for that.

Whoa! What a mess of a store. Straight through the entrance and I already felt claustrophobic from all the items in the aisle ways, sometimes blocking the aisle. Customers are super rude here and its rare that, that stands out more than the staff. The staff seemed nice at the register, but probably way overwhelmed. The checkout structure is a disaster. I felt like they needed someone there just to regulate who was getting in line. I thought a fight would break out between two older ladies over who got in line first. I noticed a lot of merchandise was damaged (ex. Picture frames cracked, furniture chipped or peeling), but I feel like a lot of it came from customers and/or the lack of room on the aisles. Not my best shopping experience, though I usually like these stores.

Too dang busy! bunches of stuff all in the isles and you cant move around and look at anything. On a busy day you miss half the stuff because people are in the way and they cant move in order to see it. Its a nice store but I will only go on a weekday in the morning.

A little less merchandise than usual. But still had plenty to pick from. Isles were less congested.

Great buys. We found a queen covered for 30$ that was just what we were looking for after 2 days of shopping around. As far as Im concerned thats a win win for me ... The story is really stuffed with all kinds of needs for the home.

HomeGoods is our go-to store for everything in our house including rug and furniture must haves. I think most of our house has been furnished from this store. Thankfully they have a lot of good chairs in the store where a man can sit down while his wife goes through aisle after aisle looking at everything twice.Youll fill your cart quickly going up and down the aisles, especially during the holidays.Great store you will really enjoy it.

Always great for retail therapy, those unique decor....or useful items I cant live without.Found my salt box for the 4# jar of Himalayan pink salt..... I now use it for cooking, and needed easy access.

This store is really big and has a nice inventory.

I love HomeGoods for their great variety and uniqueness. The only problem is if you want something in particular or a certain style or color because their selection is limited. I didnt find what I wanted today but the good thing is, in a couple weeks all their merchandise will be different. If you have patience to wait to buy what you want theres a good chance youll eventually found it here and your friends wont have the exact same thing in their house.

Any Home Goods you go to becomes a pleasant experience. So much to choose from. Condiments that you cant find at a grocery store. This is the #1 place for me to shop for any gifts. I enjoy it very much.

Probably wont shop there anymore. Left and went to Marshalls and Ross and was shocked that some of the items I saw at your store were so much cheaper. Sorry, but youve los t me as a customer.

HomeGoods is an excellent source for a wide variety of good quality home accessories at a fair price. It is not a high end store but rather a chain store that carries mass marketed products. Its modern, well lit and layed out with helpful staff. It seems to always be busy and canbe crowded. This store on Cooper Creek is in a very busy, newer, meticulous maintained, outdoor mall with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. There is plenty of shopping and dining within easy walking distance all handicapped accessible. There is even a workout club, vet, 24 hour pet emergency and a pet adoption center. There is also plenty of parking but fills fast particularly on weekends and holiday periods. Well worth a visit.

This HomeGoods has a decent selection sometimes so much the store can get cluttered. The line before closing was slow the employee was just standing at the counter for the longest time while a customer is looking for something then finally said can you take someone then she finally did her job after being told. The line was getting long I think she can stand aside and take a customer which only took one minute no big deal but everyone doesnt want to wait fifteen plus minutes for a customer must been doing a exchange and they were gone for a while. The store must have been understaffed because at most HomeGoods Ive been too they have 2-4 employees checking people out near closing or any busy day so people can leave quick. This store could improve a bit.

I didnt find what I was shopping for. I went up and down the isles looking for other interesting home furnishings but didnt find anything and left. It was very busy being Sunday. The store looked neat and orderly. There was a line of seven people waiting to pay.

I love this store I can always find wonderful things for my home I have so much fun in the store however I do find it to be very crowded very hard to get around especially with your cart the Isles are just so tight but I always find treasure so its always a win-win for me

Inventory has been drastically reduced since reopening. Guessing supply chain interruptions. Lots of empty shelves.
