Just waiting on the laundry to get finished!As far as the order and delivery goes, both were flawless. We purchased items on Monday, delivered on Wednesday (2days! Amazon Prime cant even do that anymore!) The delivery guys were very respectful of walls and existing furniture. They set everything up quickly and cleaned up all of the packaging and were gone in a very short time!

I have to say I avoid salesmen for fear that they will be pushy and impatient or lose interest as soon as I say, Im just looking around to get a feel for things. When it comes to making a big investment, I want to take my time with it so I can weigh my options and make a good decision. Going into the store today, it was a pleasant surprise to meet Sean Norris (one of the mattress the salesman). He was honest, informative, and patient as my grandmother and I were looking for new beds. While we took some time to narrow down our options (like the firmness of the beds and even our price range), he simply let us be until we came to him with more questions. We didnt even plan on buying anything but we ended up getting two comfortable beds that didnt cost us the shirt off of our backs. It was such an easy and pleasurable experience that I will surely give them my business again. What more can I say? This is how sales experiences ought to be.

We were ready to get a new mattress after using our current mattress over 15 years. I talked to Charlie Ewing at Mattress Firm on University Parkway and he advised me to test all the beds in the store. I liked 2 of them but told him my wife would have to come in. We arranged a time for a second meeting with Charlie and my wife and I tested all the beds. We decided on one we liked and two days later it appeared and the two delivery guys were great. they took our old mattress and box springs and we slept on it two hours later. What a difference. Charlie was great, and gave us a discount on some extras. Our goal was to spend under $1000 and we had a little left over for dinner. Thanks Charlie

Bought split king (2 twins) adjustable. The installers programmed it to operate like a king. We would have bought a king for a grand less if we wanted that. They littered the yard with their stupid red booties that were worn through so bad they may as well not botheted.MF delivery installers are the worst. They did replaced the beds but over all a very negative experience.
