When you think of buying a mattress it is almost like buying a car, ugh! But… mattress firm and my salesman Paul made this process easy. My mattress was too hard and Paul helped me pick our a new one and facilitated the exchange with out issue. I would recommend Mattress Firm!

I recently had some major back issues and did a ton of research online for a quality mattress to replace my current mattress that’s way too soft. I settled on the Tempur-Proadapt. I called this location to see if they had any to test out; Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased Tempur Luxbreeze soft Matt bed and adjustable frame today. I was impressed how the sales person (Tammy) took as much time as we needed without any pressure. She is very knowledgeable with all aspects to this bed. It’s pricey but the quality and functionality are second to none. Hope I have the right Mattress Firm store! After a disastrous experience at a furniture store trying to buy a mattress set, I just happened to see the Mattress Firm on University and stopped in. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The salesperson, whose name I dont remember, was very helpful. I chose what I wanted and he said lets go see if its in stock and see if it could be delivered that day. That day - wow! The set was in stock and there was one delivery slot left for that day. After he entered the transaction, another store had booked the last delivery slot. A young lady at the store called the warehouse and got them to add one more scheduled delivery for the day. When we finished everything, they told me the delivery would be between 5 and 10 oclock. At 4:50, the delivery driver called and asked if they could deliver early. Well, of course! They got there a little after 5. They brought in the foundation and waited until we got the bedskirt on, then they brought in the mattress. All done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Mattress Firm, for making this a great experience!

This Mattress Firm location is exceptional. Peter Williams & Team allowed me to stroll around the store at my own leisure, but was close by to answer all of my questions. I bought a Tulo Firm mattress, and was cautioned that it may be too firm...after a month trial period, they were correct. So I called yesterday to get it switched to a Tulo Medium mattress & it was delivered that same day with no extra cost. Not too mention the Red Carpet Delivery Team, which were also a class act. I am very impressed with the Customer Service, and would highly recommend them.
