From the moment my husband and I walked into the store were greeted by a knowledgeable attendant who took the time to education us on their inventory in the store. From the quality of the products, the sleep benefits and various comfort levels, to flame resistant factors, and easy assembly of the bed frame made us a believer had no doubts with buying 2 bed frames for king size beds. From purchase, delivery, to setup in our home we were more than pleased with this company, the staff and their product. We definitely will be a repeat customers. Two great nights of sleep and many more to come! The purchase of their wool pillow was the absolute best decision I have ever made made! No waking up with a sore neck, no having to fluff, and no flipping to keep it comfortable. It was an extremely restful and cool night!

I highly recommend both this store and the mattress product selections to anyone looking for a super-comfortable, non-toxic sleeping experience. I was shopping to replace my 14 year-old memory foam mattress, and had tried two other types of mattresses from other companies (unsuccessfully) before finally finding my dream product at Naturepedic. The entire buying process was awesome, and the customer service at the University Place store is absolutely stellar. I purchased the EOS Classic Mattress and have been so pleased with the all-natural materials. I deal with chemical sensitivities and have had absolutely no issues with any off-gassing or unpleasant chemical odors from this mattress. I really appreciate that I could customize my mattress to the comfort level I desire by having the opportunity to choose from different microcoil or latex layering materials. With the 90-day swap it out policy, I had ample time to try out the mattress, and did make one change in the layering materials. Jason, the store owner, was always extremely courteous, very prompt to answer any questions I had, and accommodated the changes I needed with no hassles. This mattress offers excellent body support while being very comfortable. I sleep very well, and I have the assurance the company will be there for me if need be with the 20-year warranty.
