Per the San Bernardino County Department of Environmental Health, Rodent infestation. During an inspection Oct. 14, the inspector saw multiple fresh rodent droppings on the floor behind a refrigerator, under a freezer and by some shelves. An employee said staff had been seeing a rodent and droppings for the past four months, including that morning, and had been getting weekly pest control. The inspector planned to return in a week to check whether the problem was taken care of. On Oct. 21, the inspector found about 15-30 fresh rodent droppings, despite the fact that multiple traps were set.

Stopped at this Starbucks to purchase an almond croissant. Due to time of day and the stores inventory delivery, no almond croissant was available. Decided to purchase the butter croissant instead. It was very tasty and flavorful. Kept it in the plastic wrapper to eat later on my road trip. Stays wonderfully fresh tasting this wy.Employee was very courteous and helpful.Used the restroom, however was not very clean or well stocked for TP.

The wait wasnt too long despite the many patrons. The coffee was delicious!

I drive a F550 for work and stop at different Starbucks. They all seem to have great coffee and blended drinks rhe sandwiches are good to. Great way to start morning.

Definitely an older and slower Starbucks. Baristas are in no hurry. There also isnt much space inside to sit.

Along with the coffee being amazing and the employees being super helpful, they had a wall inside with several take what you need envelopes. Inside the envelopes were inspirational quotes 🥰 it was a nice touch and great start for my day!

Walked in and stood on one of the “please wait here” stickers near the mobile pick up. The barista looked up and asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and he just said “name?”. I told him my name and he grabs my drink, slides it forward and just walks away. The whole interaction was just cold. It wasn’t busy at all. Simple common courtesy would’ve made it a much better interaction.

Masks are required and there is no seating inside. They do a great job handling mobile orders and taking care of customers that come in to order.

The gal taking my order was very nice and friendly however I specifically asked for light ice in two of my drinks and all three were very full of ice. I know its not the end of the world, but 15.00 for three cups of ice and two inches of coffee is a bit excessive.

This is the BEST Starbucks in the entire nation!! We stop at many of them on our annual cross country trips!!!* They always greet you when you come in the door.* They are always friendly and treat you like a friend stopped by.* They go the extra mile to make sure your drink is the best it can be!It is MY Favorite Starbucks and I never had a favorite in the 47 years i have been drinking Starbucks.

A little slow, inside but keeping up with COVID

I go to a lot of Starbucks locations for meetings. This one is the best positioned, in terms of accessibility from the freeway, and that has enough seating. I always know that when I come to this location that I will be able to find somewhere to sit. Because it is in a little plaza with other restaurants and shops, the outside seating is rarely, if ever, filled to capacity. It is not enclosed, but covered. It can get cold on some nights, but nothing that you can’t beat with a sweatshirt or jacket.The staff is pleasant, and always accommodating. And, I know this is a pretty high traffic location so they have to get perturbed with crazy customers and other stuff. However, they all smile and are genuinely happy to see a lot of the customers especially who are regulars there.Kudos, for sure.

I love their drinks and pastries. Nothing beats a freshly warmed chocolate chip cookie! And their cake pops are also amazing! All of the baristas are always in a good mood and friendly.

It seems every time I go into this Starbucks location the service is subpar. Today was no exception. Waiting in line quite a while while the cashier and manager struggled to straighten out an online order. There were three people behind me also waiting. No one acknowledged us or no attempt to open another register. One employee sat on the counter drinking while two other employees just watched. Lost my business for the day as I turned around and left. Dont think Ill try again

This is a really good place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch! This is also a good place to study. The service is very quick if you have a small order like 3 or 4 things!

I enjoy to go there a lot and I love it because its relaxing. I could bring my laptop or studying in there. There are many friendly workers.

Unfortunately I came here this morning between 10:30-11:00 am and they couldnt make the blonde roast veranda for me. First the girl told me they were missing a piece to do it. I asked her when would they be able to get the part they were missing. Then she responded that they arent brewing that style of coffee at this time. I had to let her know that this place has brewed it fresh for me before and most of the other Starbucks locations will brew it fresh when I ask for it. What a shame One employee can ruin it for the whole location. Thank goodness they have so many more locations!

This is a good starbucks. Everyone working here seems to be happy and working hard. There is sufficient room in the facility to hangout and not feel crowded.

Unfortunately, this visit was not as enjoyable as previous visits. Location was in need of cleaning, floors were upswept, bathroom didnt have hand towels, sugar and creamer area was not clean. Service was adequate, the store was not up to standards.

When I pick up my drink, I asked girl give a cup of water without ice, she rejected it and ask me to wait until she finished a pile of drinks. I have no ideal how many drinks for her piles. All I ask just a cup of water thats it. No like this place, wont come back anymore!!!

I like the area around. This Starbucks in a busy business area. The employees seem take care of the customers, personable. Also I saw some customers complaining about mixing up orders or delivering delay.

Poor Barista was the only working during peak mid morning rush. She did the best she could despite the rush. Took too long!

Service was good. The store though... Disgustingly dirty. First impression was how dirty the floor was. They werent busy, few guests seated inside and no drive thru to deal with. Counters inside were in desperate need of wiping. Not the normal standard for Starbucks!

Wow this place is SO LOUD!!! You would think it was a concert venue if not for all the coffee. The employees were using their phones to play music and one even received a call. I was the second person to ask them to turn it down. It went down maybe a notch when it could have easily been taken down 20. Seriously what kind of Starbucks does this? Its supposed to be chill in starbucks.. fiddle on your computer.. have a chat with your date.. it was impossible in there. Ridiculousness. Do better starbucks. Do much better.

Gotta Love Starbucks, its a little pricey but its whats to be expected. The environment is always pretty chill at any Starbucks you go to. The breakfast sandwiches are good, my personal favorite is the ham and cheese. The pastries are good. They are better in the morning because they are fresh. The ice teas are great, my favorite is the ice green tea unsweetened. I would also suggest any of the teas with half lemonade. My all time favorite drink there is a venti double blended caramel frappuccino with nothing on top. Its a great drink on a hot day. Treat yourself to a frappuccino today.

The employees are always friendly with a smile and eager to take care of the customers. I have never had a bad experience at this location!

Horrible. Got there at 6 am and didnt receive my latte until 6:15 am. Apparently online orders take precedence over people who prefer to walk in.

Nice people but they dont know how many shots go in a venti. They really should read the Starbucks website. I am calling to report this but others should as well. FYI - A venti latte has three shot for a triple if you add an extra shot it is a quad (4) shots.

Slow and horrible service. I order 2 drinks. Got one. They made the second, and left it on their counter while they made several other drinks. Finally I asked, I think that is my drink. They slid it to me, no comment, no apology. Never ever coming back.

This location is by far the worst. The staff is extremely rude and they constantly make my machiato ICED when the label clearly says not to. Theyre rude and lie about their mistakes. They told me it was standard to make the machiatos iced and not her fault. (REALLY) Do you know anything about coffee? Its not even normal for machiatos to be iced. Baristas will mess with your drink on purpose and give you attitude. I would avoid this location because 80% of the staff are SO careless with expensive drinks and have attitude when they mess up.

The older lady who took my order was rude. I went to get a coffee refill and because my cup wasnt from their store she refused to fill it up. Instead of handing me back the cup, she threw it away right in front of me. Not a big deal to pay for a cup of coffee, but her bad attitude made me never want to come back again.
