I love that I have a Whole Foods 365 near me! This store is always clean, and the staff friendly. If I had to say anything negative about it... its that the price tags are a little small for elderly people, because they may miss out on some pretty good sales! I did a close up shot on this item.

I love Whole Foods, and I am so grateful that they had a location once I moved to the nearby area. I would rate it 5 stars if I did not know of other Whole Foods Markets and their selections. This Upland location lacks the larger selection of produce, butcher, and dairy offerings that I was used to in Long Beach.

Remember this is a 365 and not quite a regular Whole Foods store, but this store is great. They have so many fresh produce products and a great assortment of frozen foods and dinners. They dont have colossal shrimp here but the shrimp is still top quality.This fairly new mall is great. So many great places in a somewhat small circular mall.They also have a the Bar and Noodle inside so you can sit and have lun h or dinner.Salad bar is also really good. Totally worth coming here.

Located right off the freeway on Baseline, its small like a Walmart Neighborhood Market, but the selection is carefully chosen to be somewhat well-rounded. Open-space layout with a modern, simplistic design. Seems more like a novelty and fun place to check out than anything else right now. Had trendy vibes with indie-alt music and an environmentally conscious theme. Would recommend if you want to try something different, but not for serious, long-list grocery shopping. Definitely worth checking out, though!

Consistently out of certain products and never answer their phone when I call to verify theyre back in stock before heading down.

My rating is based on this being a 365 version and not the full scale whole foods. Its a nice sized trendy looking store, great produce in a large walkthrough area along the left wall when you enter the store. The food in the self serve hot and cold bars looked very fresh, they had more vegan options than some of the full stores ive been in, and the areas were clean. The foods were clearly labeled with the ingredients, which was awesome. It is really scaled down from the full version, so dont go in expecting the same variety of snacks, juices, bulk spices or nuts. But they do a great job of covering the basics. The workers were nice and helpful, and the cashier said theyll be expanding it into a full store, so that will be a huge bonus. Even as a 365 Id shop there again.Had to drop review to 4 stars. Went to return items and was advised only the store supervisor had the code to do (and she was currently locked away in her office taking a test for the next hour). They dont have a customer service area to do returns. The store manager said he didnt even have the code to do the return. Good grief.

Went to return something to Amazon, very handy, fast and easy,done in less than 5 min. Check it out!

Great experience! Store was not crowded. They follow Covid-19 standards to the Tee!! I went to return a package to Amazon (they have an Amazon station inside). From what I saw, they have a very fresh looking produce section that I plan to visit soon!

I witnessed at least a dozen flies landing on the hot food at the prepared food bar and pizza slices. Disgusting. They need to do something about the flies or they are going to give someone food poisoning

My husband and I always come here and love to eat their hot food. But today we went around 8:00 pm and there were only a few items such as pizza and some other stuff that appeared to be there a while. We asked if the hot food closed since there wasnt any food. The man replied they dont close it till 10pm. But it was only 8pm. yet there was no food. Since they stop severing new food at least by 8pm they expect customers to eat several hours old food by 10pm. I would expect this from other stores but not Whole Foods.

This grocery store has many varieties to everyday items. They offer healthy and low sodium alternatives. The location is clean and well stocked

Weird place, it’s a 365 not a Whole Foods not sure why it’s labeled as that, the customer service lacked big time, ALL THE flowers literally were rotten fungus on all looks like we got the past of the pick & ALL THE deserts had freezer burn. Seriously one of the worst 365 or Whole Foods I have ever been to it seems like all the food has been sitting around and no one cares to take it off the shelf I stopped by because it was on the way of my route but I will never be back again because everything just was literally rotten or burnt I usually love Whole Foods but this was one of the worst

I wish I could give more stars, I really love the store, selection of items, and the quality of items. But after shopping here three times, in the past three weeks, I have to say that the checkers have been less than friendly, and have made the experience very uncomfortable. Each visit, I had a different checker and all seemed very apathetic, two of the checkers didn’t even greet me or respond when I told them thank you and to have a nice day. However, I had a completely different experience with the individuals stocking the shelves, they were friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job.

The things I find are really good but super expensive. The produce looks amazing but its double the price compared to Vons. We love the chicken Italian sausage.

The store looked liked it wasnt stocked very well. Kind of felt empty. Didnt even buy anything because nothing popped out at me.

I wasnt impressed with this Whole Foods. I came here to find one specific item. They had no more on the shelf. I asked the team members if they could call another location to see if they had it, to save me the hassle of arriving at another store and finding no product. They said they could not. Reasons? If I could call, why cant you? Not impressed and would not return unless I was in dire need and this was the last or only option. Which it wont be.

Focused on quick grab foods and the basics but with the Whole Foods quality. Similar to other WF365s I go always expecting more selection and walk out sort of disappointed.

This is a pretty good store, but they are often low in stock. It could be because they are a 365 Store. Oatley Oatmilk is usually out among other things. I think they have high traffic, but slow to restock. Produce is usually stocked, tho. We go once a week and get 80% of what we need.

This is a very nice place to shop they have a Deli, sweets Grab & Go chocolate cookies, and there own coffee stand called(PICNIK)so if you live in the area you need to check this place out

Im Im from Long Beach and our whole foods is pretty big... My sister mentioned these Brown Sugar chocolate Chip cookies and they were sooooo awesome at Long Beach Wholefoods but really bad at this store, like really 👎. Can you guys check the recipe, doesnt taste like your using butter and your using too many chocolate chips. Please do something about this, this is the Tony WholeFoods for several miles.

It was surprisingly busy for a weekday, but it was clear that the workers were making a good effort to keep everyone distanced and surfaces sanitized, and every person I saw in the store was wearing a mask properly.

Many people not wearing masks. The hot food section clearly says you must sanitize and wear gloves but not a single person was wearing a mask let alone sanitizing and using gloves. Did the worker do anything? NOPE. I do not feel safe here.

It was a great experience the store was clean social distancing was good and the customer service Representatives was super friendly.

Good place to find high quality vegan food. They should keep a close eye on their prices. We shop around and their prices are significant higher. Next to the driving distance it do not make sense to go there but the store has a great visual and selection.

Drove 40 minutes out of my way to shop here, and it was closed. Online hours read 9:30 pm closing time, and they closed at 9. The apathetic employees inside ignored my knocking for 5 minutes, then the apathetic manager came to the door to say that they havent been able to update the hours due to COVID. Give me a break, it has been nearly a year now that they have had to update the hours. Complete disregard for their customers time.

365 is youre a One stop shop for fresh produce and has lots of vegan options. The cleanliness of the store and the customer service is always good but the prices could be better other than that its a great grocery shop.

Used to not be so great years ago as it is now before it got taken over by Amazon. Much better than Trader Joes. This is like the 5 star restaurant and Trader Joes is like the dumpster. Trader Joes is for the stomach ache and here is for the healing.You could tell the management knows what theyre doing - something for everyone - they make sure you leave in a happy mood. No one has to see or be near whatever they dont want. Its much better than a larger whole foods that is filled with filler. I could tell that if there are better suppliers, theyd be all over it, theyre ahead of the game!Of course I dont like that its owned by Amazon and is expensive, but spending $100 every 5 years wont kill me.Outside of Loma Linda and Viva La Vegan, this is the most vegan grocery store you could go to: They have exotic food, like date seed coffee substitute and popped lotus seed. The un-egg salads really realistic. They even has soy free tofu! Large tubs of dairy-free yogurt, gluten free vegan cookies. Wow! Dijon puffs + almond pate = :)! Pesto Zoodles.Raw vegan selections, like jicama tortillas and pea leaves. Um, I gotta get more raw to experience this stuff!

Whole Foods Market 365 is a very convenient location to and from my home in Upland,,, Also the Market provides variety, quality and most food items are arranged in an organized / neat manner.I would suggest that the top shelves of items be eliminated because the shelves are often to high to reach for items,,,and potential may cause aperson to injure themselves.,

The grocery selection is great and their produce is better than any grocery close by. Highly recommended!

Very nice store. It has an Amazon locker that is convenient. The prices, though, are on the higher side even with prime membership. The surrounding supermarket competition gives more options and competitive prices. Although, if you want a quick hot meal, the options here appear more robust than Stater Bros and are a closer match to Vons deli. However, the options at Whole Foods for hot dishes is very different.

Delightful, that lady that helped us bagged the old fashion way, missing those days, we need more stores with this kind of service. Loved it

Really happy to have at least a small scale Whole Foods in the inland empire! I found some exciting, exotic fruits that I just can’t find at the sprouts in Redlands. Great healthy breakfast, yogurt, and ice cream items as well! And I love their juice and kombucha. So happy that I took my time to see everything this place has to offer. I would go back soon!

I actually liked this store. I really enjoyed the bulk section and the hot food bar. Great vegan pizza. I personally found the organic soda from the fountain to be disgusting. Other than that, I found plant based products that I havent found in a long while. The cashiers were really pleasant. Beautiful mountain view.

It used to be a good place to shop until my last experience here with one of the employees. A guy, I wish I looked at his name, came running to me and my husband to yell that our face masks are not covering our noses fully. He, an employee, came running to 2 people, who were away from everybody, just shopping and doing their own business, came closer than 6 ft, stood right infront of us to yell at us because the masks were falling off the nose and our hands were full with stuff. We put everything aside and pull our masks up, and then walk to the cashier, while he keeps following us and the moment our masks go a little lower, he comes running and yelling at us while were standing on the line holding what we came there to buy. He kept following us and standing by us to police if masks fell a santimeter lower or not. We had plans and didnt have time to talk to the manager. But I wish I did. Who is he to think he has become a police now? Who is allowing him to act like that? If anything, we, even if we disagree with the rules, followed them out of respect, but he was the one to break them to come as close as 2 feet to us and keep following us in the store. Some people just cant handle any power, even as small as that. The management should take care of educating him and teaching him respect and decency if his parents forgot to do so. Until then, Whole Foods lost one of their customers.

A review during COVID:I went to Whole Foods today and there was a lady without a mask. As a physician, I was naturally concerned and I asked an employee about the situation who said that she had complained and made an exception for her. Im quite frankly appalled that they would make this exception when cases are surging. They have decided to allow this unwarranted exception to put the rest of the the shoppers at risk. I will not be returning to Whole Foods as I definitely do not feel safe there during COVID.Of note, I tried to call Whole Foods before posting this review but no one answered.

Good customer service

Lots of delicious items to try. Was looking for Turkey necks and organs, and they had them!La Boulangerie Croissant Toast bread is pricey but delicious. Their peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies are awesome.

Interesting place. Hybrid of Whole Foods and what you would expect an Amazon grocery store to be. I like it. They have great produce. More frozen food than a standard Whole Foods but good stuff. Excellent salad bar, hot food bar and pasta salads. Definitely a place I will be going to weekly....

First visit and I liked it. Clean, well organized and friendly employees.

Moving to the IE from LA, I really thought I’d miss having a traditional Whole Foods. HOWEVER, we are still able to get exactly what we need. The guys at in the meat department are always helpful and willing to cut or locate anything we need. We are still able to get items from the hot food bar as well.

Too small & struggles to accurately pinpoint what customers need & want. Quit going about 6m ago does to these points. Heard they were planning to change it to a regular WFM branch back then so maybe better now.

It is nice to have a whole foods in upland.The Whole Foods 365 has a ton of vegetables and fruit available.It does not though have as much of a cafeteria style dining as other whole foods do.The place is clean and is not super busy (at least when I go there).
