I have been renting here for 6 months and dealt with the staff on several occasions. Always professional, courteous, and they actually care about you. They do everything they can to help, they don’t nickel and dime, and are just exceptional in every way. Rented a lot of places and I’ve never been so happy, nor have I felt my property was safer than it is here. Just a great crew.

Signing up was great and easy and the manager on site was really a great sales person, the unit price was more than I had set for my budget but everything just felt right there so I got my unit. I’m hoping this is a short term solution.

Ariana is very helpful, very good at her job . Every time I have come into the office, am greeted with a cheerful smile and a good attitude, witch I find very rare during this time. Always willing to take the extra time if I have any problems. So am very glad I choose this place to store my things and its very close to my home .

I wish you much success. Keep an eye on your pricing, you don’t want to price yourself out of the market. Sometimes can be difficult for fixed income people, I did appreciate the senior discount though!

This is a multiple storage unit place, with various size units and other spaces for vehicles, etc. Automatic gate controlled, and helpful attendants on site to help you.

My mom and I were needing a storage unit ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances. We had checked out a few storage options before extra space and felt like we had to jump through obstacles just to be helped. Then we found Ariana, she was very knowledgeable and helpful on assisting us with finding exactly what we needed. See the office manager if you need help, she will set you up.

The lady who was covering the shift on Friday 8/27Very rude, disrespectful and lies. She refused to give me the bath room keys saying she doesn’t know where they are and then when I said it doesn’t make sense she goes no one allowed to use the bathroom. Even tho there was no sign says restroom is out of order.She didn’t seem to care when I told her I will leave a review and rolled her eyes . Even tho I told her you want me to do my business on the lot she didn’t even care.

Great customer service. Maria took her time to show me 3 different sized units to accomodate my needs. The units were clean and suited my needs. The registration process took about 15 min.

Todays visit to Extra Space, came in with big problems . leaving the managers office i had no problem anymore . found a helpful young woman who found my storage size i need . she found the price to fit my budget and set-up my billing online so i never worry . i had good experience with this location. Before visiting extra space upland I had lost my job due to covid. I wasn’t able continue paying my rent in my condo so I needed a spot to store my things while I figured out my next move. I must admit I was pretty rude when I walked in stressed out but to my surprise after giving the sweet lady’s a hard time they really helped me figure all this out. Anabelle and Ari really went out of their way to assure me that things would get better for me and my situation. They worked with me and I was able to store my things with no issues. Thank you gals for helping me out and guess what? I found a new job and things are looking good. I would not use this Storage unit at all. There customer service is no service. Unit got broken into and they basically told me it was not their problem. If I would have paid extra for their insurance then they would help. I need to move my stuff asap

The property is secured and the staff is friendly also the gate hours are good if you have a busy schedule. If you just need a lil extra work space than you gussed it, this is the place. While I no longer use this storage place now that Stor King is gone, I have to say, the new company were smart to hire Annabelle, the ex-Stor King assistant manager and then manager. In the three and a half years I was a client of Stor King, I got to see Annabelle in action. She was always possitive, happy, professional and when people were down right rude to her, she stood her ground with grace. She could handle five things at once, renting a U-haul (which Extra Storage does not do) making sure the truck or van was clean, directing the maintenance employees, answering phones, dealing with the computer, Annabelle can handle it. This is not a woman who obfuscates, shes always honest and forthright. She also knows the local people to keep out, having dealt with trouble makers and people sneaking in after they were evicted. If Extra Storage is smart, they will find a place for her and be happy to let her shine.

This place is horrible.. I had 10,000 worth of belongings stolen from there and never recovered anything. Other units where broken into right near my unit and I was never notified to check my unit . The thieves put there own lock on my unit.. all payments have to be payed over the phone with a card they is no way to pay online or set up a automatic payment so they will always collect late fees.15$ late fees and 35$ pre lien fees.. and they are not responsible for theft?

Honestly, I have used other storage facilities and there always seemed to be a suspicious employee of those storage facilities. NOT at Stor-King. I feel Very Safe when Im there alone and I feel the employees are all hard working and Trustworthy . Their hours are limited but theyre worth it. Thank you, Stor-King People!

OTHER THAN THEIR LIMITED HOURS THAT THEY ALLOW STORAGE OWNERS TO COME THROUGH THEIR GATES, THIS STORAGE FACILITY IS IN MY OPINION IS A STEP ABOVE OTHERS. THERE IS NEVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH BREAK INS, AND THEIR PRICING IS AVERAGE COMPARED TO OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES IN THE AREA. THEY HAVE A GATE SECURITY ACCESS CODE BOX, WHICH MAKES IT EASY TO COME AND GO AS YOU NEED.
