She has a great rapport with her tenants, addressing a few by name. Given the current state of things due to Co-vid 19, experiencing her interactions not only with myself, but with her tenants was like a breath of fresh air, face mask required, of course!! Ruid receptionist i got overcharged for late fee when i payed one month early only because they raised there rates the month after i payed dirty complex will be moving out will no longer do buisness with them

This place it’s getting worse. This will be my last month! They use the pandemic as an excuse to provide less services. The restroom barely worked before the Pandemic. Now they decided to close them permanently instead of cleaning them more often. They send you to the gas station to use THEIR bathroom. The break ins are constant. Somebody broke in my unit and I have to repair the damages. They only reimburse me for the Plywood couple of months later. They reduced the access hours. We use to have access 15 hours a day from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Now we only have 8.5 hours a day to access the units. To top it off they increase the rent 10% for less services and worse service. They think they are the only ones or the cheapest. THEY ARE NOT

Came down to public storage today and I am very pleased! I was helped out by Desiree that showed me around. She was very very nice and informative. The rates here are awesome they offer insurance and supplies to help with moving (Boxes, tape, locks for the storage unit and more) I would definitely come down and check the place out if you are in need of a storage unit nice clean and very friendly service.

We bought a room that was advertised as drive up but instead got a room down a long hall... The seller meant that you can drive up then park to get into the hall. The prices are better than most storage, but the gate has issues closing sometimes and just stays wide open. Theyve gotta fix that over there. We moved out stuff out to a different storage not shortly after

I came to this public storage in desperate need of a unit since the other storage place I reserved a unit at had me waiting in their with my movers and all the manager could say on the phone was “sorry I don’t know where she’s at “I drove up and the gal looked like she was heading out . She was a brunette and wore glasses I think but she was awesome !!great customer service

I filled out the info online they were nice enough to call me to schedule an appointment to see the storage and get everything set up and finalized . I had such a pleasant experience Amber was super nice and walked us through everything from A-Z I highly recommend this public storage :)

Yes they have good customer service but they need a lot more security! My friends unit & 3 or 4 more units were broken into they crawled right through the walls & stole thousands of $ of her jewelry and her kids! And the bathroom is always out of service!! So I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that wants to keep there things safe n secure!!

I love this public storage. It is so nice and clean and my stuff was protected. But I especially appreciate Jessica. She always had a warm smile for me and remembered my name from day one. She did everything she could when I was late on making a payment to make sure that nothing happened to my property.

I am writing a review on behalf of myself and my husband Walter. We have a unit here at the Upland location, I love this place. Every time I come here this place is always kept clean. The past few times Ive been here there was a woman named Alisa in the office, i am always greeted with a smile by her. She is such a nice person. I would recommend this location especially to any of my friends and family. Good job Public Storage and Alisa, you all are doing a great job!

Wow! What a great storage facility!I needed a storage unit and got my first one right here at Public Storage!Close to home with great prices and a well kept, secure facility. It was just what I needed. Cool temperatures in the storage building with easy access, and they even let me use their handy cart to move my boxes and furniture.Heather, the property manager, is so helpful and nice she makes me feel like family. This storage facility is a great storage facility to do business with. I needed about 30 boxes so I stopped in and Laurie was able to help me. Very nice person was able to answer all my questions. This facility is great. Very clean and compatible prices. I got an extra treat when to my surprise I came to this location and Ashleigh was here. I have previous experience with her from another location and she is always very professional, nice and cheerful! Like rainbows and butterflies! Made a mundane task of coming to storage a pleasant experience and I walked out with a smile. :-)

Nice place had to get a storage because I needed to be out of my place fast. I went online and made a reservation the manager Heather called me and was able to help me right away. She ended up finding me a smaller storage than I had first thought I needed. She was very helpful I was in and out of there in about 25 minutes. If you need to storage come here they will take care of you!

Background: Our old storage place was bought out and everyone who worked there was fired yesterday. Boom, just like that after years. The new company discourages any sort of actual USE of the storage facility for getting your work tools, sports equipment, etc. out on a daily basis. Its not that kind of storage They lost so many customers with small businesses, serves them right. What is the point of storage if you cant access your stuff?!After a few hours of panic, I looked online and called Public Storage and they were wonderful! Your stuff is YOUR STUFF, and they dont mind if you actually visit it on a regular basis! O_O (sarc).Raymond who works at the facility in Upland on Euclid, (and the lady on the phone, bless her, she was so kind!) was patient even though I was late from being trapped in traffic, loosing my mind, babbling insanely from cold medication, and lost from the whole nightmare of suddenly losing the years long reliable base of my online business. Raymond walked me through everything, and gave us the best deal on the unit best suited for us at this moment, so that we can take a month to move carefully and organize as we go. (Also, yeah, insurance! Our old place had no insurance, unless you count the rats.) Raymond was very encouraging about the situation, but also business-like. The place was wonderfully clean, (no smells!) ready for immediate move in (yeah try that with an apartment) and Im going to get some sleep tonight knowing that if I can wrest my boxes from the old place harrassing me about getting my stuff, I can start moving in without rushing and with longer hours to work in. Just bring a battery lantern and you are good. Bonus, there are moving carts there so you can haul your stuff around as needed, and not have to rent a bunch of stuff to get stuff done. I saw about four units and not a one of them had patched holes in the wall (people break into units that way, from the side) and they are very good about not letting people live in the units.My honest opinion is that we will be happy here, and maybe this is a silver lining. I didnt know when I called that my friend has his stuff here too and hes been very happy with it for over a year now. He said Raymonds a great guy, too.

I left my skateboard behind outside of my unit and I called and asked if it was found by chance. The nice lady said no but hold on a second and Ill go look for it. She didnt have to do that but she did and sure enough she found it and held it for me for like a week until I came and picked it up. Super cool of her.

I needed a couple boxes to ship my niece and granddaughter a care package. I happen to be driving by Public Storage and thought I would stop in to see if they had what I wanted. I was greeted by a young lady Erica, she was so cheerful and very helpful. I felt bad that I didnt need more than I got. They have really nice size shipping boxes. The store is small but they have everything you need. I will definitely stop in the future. I have lived in Upland for 25 years and never knew that this place was here.
