Chastity at the urbana branch.... Hmmmm...So we called in a day early to make our payment even though were on auto pay just to make sure we had enough for our other bills weve had to do this before. Never had an issue... Well this time they took two payments the one i called in and made and the auto pay! And then she decides to get snippy after sending a screenshot that they had canceled it saying i had forgot i was on auto pay and there was never a need to call n make a payment a day early. Here we are 6 days later still have not received the money back yet! And anytime we call she seems to have a snippy attitude towards us saying theres nothing they can do besides whats already been done. Like if it was your money youd understand and mby be a little more compassionate...

I really felt Comfortable at this place. The man Brooks Was very helpful. Any questions I had he had the answer. I appreciate all the time and work he put in to helping me get a car. Brooks even took time out for my grandson which was very appreciated. Very nice business. Made me feel like par of something. Thank you Brooks of Urbana.

Making up jobs for people and falsifying legal documents and lying to sell a car, robbed the local repair shop after they did well over 4k of work on a vehicle that a manager blew up on purpose. The attorney general is all over these people now i’ve had enough!

They were really nice whenever we got our car from them. However, a couple of days after we got it the engine light was on with some serious motor issues and all the fluids were almost empty. We were way OVERCHARGED for our car 3x the worth to be exact. And they are very rude about payments.

Kim was amazing! Definitely kept me in the loop of everything I originally wanted to buy from Springfield but the person who works there well I was taught if I didn’t have anything nice to say don’t say it.. that’s where I’m at.. anyways Kim helped me get in the car I wanted and the process was super amazing and smooth I loved it! Definitely recommend going and seeing her at this company!
