This place is great! My tire rims were so corroded that they were damaging my new tires so I purchased 4 used rims here. Had to get them delivered but when BSA realized that the sellers delivery drivers were down with Covid they drove to the seller and picked up themselves since I was going out of town that weekend. Super nice!

They had the exact parts I needed and prices were very reasonable. Had a bit of a communication and transportation issue between their two locations and couldnt get the part delivered to the Danville site. 4 stars because I had to drive out to Urbana to pickup a part I needed for my suburban before heading back to CT.

When i called BSAP i didnt know whether there would be any problems. Id been running into snags in ordering from ebay. With no satisfactory explanations when i talked to Bruno he was personable and very efficient in helping me iut. Im more then satigied with his help. Thanx again Bruno. I will be back.

We found out the rim on my daughters SUV was bent. The tire store quoted us around $400 for a new one. Her being a single mom and right at the holidays, that would be tough. Called another used auto place in town - they took my number and info and never heard back from them. I called BIll Smiths and talked with Chris. They had what I needed for only $70 - drove to the Danville store - picked up the new rim - drove back to Champaign to the tire store. They let me return the old rim to the Urbana Bill Smiths location. Everyone was awesome to work with. Kudos to all!

This place is great! I have came here many times over the years for buying a car. I love that I get a good variety each time I come. I always get one on one when I am looking but not where anyone is pushy. I always end up asking a lot of questions and always feel very comfortable with my decision. There is no pressure so its fine when I go home and think about it. What I also like is that if there is I can continue to bring my car back here for servicing as I need to with no problem at all. And the last part I love about this place is that it is family owned. I always deal with Bob at this location and I really like when he talks about his kids he makes it personal and comfortable. I called about a window motor on my girlfriends 04 Cadillac this morning that shouldnt have been available for deliver untill monday at best yet somehow they managed to get me the parts i nedded pulled off and delivered to me at my work by just after lunch. 5 stars all day.

I HAVE PURCHASED A SEAT FOR A 2014 HONDA ACCORD AND WHILE THE SEAT WAS IN THE SHOP I DIDNT OPENED IT, SO WHEN I DID OPENED IT, FOUND OUT TRACK WAS BENT AND MOTOR BROKEN, AND IT WAS ORDERED FOR 2014 ACCORD COUPE 2 DOORS, AND THEY SENT ME A ONE FOR A SEDAN, THEY DID NOT WANTED TO HONOR A WARRANTY DUE THAT WAS A 2 MONTHS PURCHASE AND, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING IT AT THE TIME, VERY BAD BUSINESS, I WILL NO LONGER BUY NOTHING FROM THEM, EVEN THOUGH HAVE SPEND $850 DOLLARS AND NEVER EVEN GIVE ME A RECEIPT OF ITEMS LISTED AND PRICED

Sold me a part for my 2012 Honda Civic.. Found out the part was broke .. they did not want to honor the Warranty by ordering the part that needed fixed.. option for full refund if the part was brought back..Horrible Customer Service.. spoke to me as if I was a Nobody and didn’t care..period! Would not assist with any charges more that the price I paid for the part soldThe part was $275 labor was $960I PURCHASES THE PART myself that was broken for $575Labor is $200They only offered labor cost up to the $275 and I quote..”Anything over that you are on your own.. it’s a cheap part so I can’t afford to pay the difference “Will NEVER come here or suggest this place again

These guys were great. I requested a part they did not have in stock. He got it the next day and gave me a call. I failed to pick it up that day and forgot all about it. They held the part for me for over a month, calling me multiple times to remind me. Great service.

Cody was really helpful! I needed new tires and while originally he thought he had 4 it turned out to only be 3 but he worked really hard to help me out, made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and was able to get me another one ordered and by today I had my 4th tire and all 4 put on my car in time for our spring break trip! He was absolutely wonderful some of the best customer service Ive ever recieved. Doing these dreadful things like searching for tires makes the experience a little more bearable (lol) when youre dealing with someone as helpful as Cody! Ive said it about 5 or 6 times today but I am sooo grateful so Thank you again Cody

I had an accident and the driver side of my car was messed up pretty bad. I went here for a quote. Cody and the manage Bob helped a lot and they fixed my car for less money than every other shops in the area and the car came out with great quality. They are awesome.

Horrible customer service. They also stated that they called and left a message which was false. I would of known if someone called. I waited 5 days for an item only to find out it was a bad part. They charged me even more money for the same part and made me wait another 3 days for the same part. Never doing business with again.

In desperation I stopped in 15 minutes before closing trying to find a part I needed that another place was unable to supply. The part was over 50 miles away but since they had an employee headed into town they allowed me to pay for it & the employee met me en-route. They surely went above & beyond typical customer service. I highly recommend doing service with them!

I bought a defective used auto part from Bill Smith. I asked them prior to the sale if they had a return policy, the clerk said I had 30 days to refund the part if I was not satisfied. He didnt mention the 20% stock fee and additional $10 shipping fee. These may be standard fees to some people but in my opinion they are overinflated and dishonest. I will be buying all of my future used parts elsewhere.
