I asked about what I was getting the car for(with no real answer but that finance will go over that) I asked about my credit score and didnt know until almost the end, the paperwork was flown through(yes I appreciate people staying over closing to get it done) but felt rushed. No explanation of process to me or when I asked about what was given on my trade in, sales person said oh I dont know. Manger looking at my car didnt come to talk to me or show me appraisal. I should of walked away from deal.

Bought several Mitsubishi Outlander sports here and my last one recently has issues. Our Mitsubishi is gonna be down for quite awhile,knowing this they tried looking for a rental everywhere but since it was spring break none available. They went above and beyond and got me a rental off their lot to use I cant thank them enough for everyones hard work I truly appreciate it!

Great service staff and manicanics

I have had every service performed here for 4 years since I bought the car. I brought it in 5+ times (in addition to every oil change) for various issues related to my transmission light coming on. I was never charged anything, but they said every time there was nothing wrong with it and to bring it in if it happens again. My warranty was getting close to expiring and I knew something was wrong with it so I took it in to Mitsubishi in Peoria. Within 5 minutes of being there I was told my car had serious issues. The transmission fluid had been overfilled causing it to boil over and set off the transmission light. After further investigation this had caused irreparable damage and had been occurring for years. Peoria is now replacing the entire engine (thank goodness its still under warranty). I cannot believe Mitsubishi in Urbana has been jerking me around for 4 years denying there is a problem. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle.
