I was truly having one of those days where no matter what happened, everything got worse. Honestly it had been kind of one of those weeks. When I got to Verizon Kaytlin did absolutely everything she could to get me a working phone. She ended up staying almost an hour after close to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. I could not thank her enough.

Had a very enjoyable experience with this team I switched from Sprint who could not get my plan any lower than $100 Verizon got my plan down to $65 with a loyalty plan that after about a year will be paying half of my bill from Sprint. Great job!

Early September, I went in to upgrade from my iPhone 8+. A customer service representative informed me of an ongoing promotion: if you trade your current phone in and upgrade to the $70 data plan, you can save money on monthly payments on select phone models. I chose the Samsung Note 20 Ultra, which I was told would only cost me $25/a month with the promotion. Well, this promotion was never applied and now Im being charged $52/a month on top of the $70 data plan. I have tried to work this out with the customer service representatives in the store but they have been so incredibly unhelpful — going so far as to not return my phone calls.It has now been months since this issue began and the problem has yet to be fixed. The new manager Rachel has been very helpful in trying to solve the issue but nothing has happened on that front, despite many phone calls with her. I am incredibly disappointed and out $1,500 for a new phone — a price I was not expecting to pay. I wish I had known how ridiculous this process was going to be before accepting a promotion from the sales associate in September. Do not take your business here, always go directly to a Verizon store NOT an authorized retailer location.

My Android phone wouldnt let me open any ap.Couldnt even Google search the problem. Phone would close ap & say the ap shut down. Gave me 3 choices of ways to handle it & wouldnt let me do any of them.Went to Verizon store & in a matter of minutes the problem was solved. Couldnt be happier.
No wait. Sales person Deni was polite, attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions. But the phone I wanted was out of stock and will have to be ordered. He gave me the date that it will be delivered to their store. I am willing to wait for it, because I dont need it immediately and also because I want to support a local/regional business.

The guys who used to run this store were very helpful, and I loved going there for assistance. The new manager Emma needs to work on customer service skills and transparency. She does not explain the product/ plans adequately and wastes the customer’s time.

I went on a Sunday around 2pm. The hours posted on their door said they were open 12pm-5pm and there was a large poster on the window that said Now open on Sundays but the door was locked and there was no one in the store. Two other friends have told me they had a similar experience with this store. Im not sure whats up with this store, but it seems questionable. Id avoid it and go to one of the other Verizon stores in town instead.
Well, both reps were with customers already when we arrived, I get that, but they wouldnt lon at us or acknowledge us at all and it was very deliberate. Every time Ive gone into a phone store before and there was a wait theyd say hello, let us know there was a wait - you know, be polite. We waited around 10 min and wandered close, they definitely saw us repeatedly, we were within 10 ft, but both studiously avoided eye contact if any kind. So we went to the T-mobile two doors down and get everything we needed. I understand them being busy and needing to take people in order, but this was studiously rude.
Ive been a client at Wireless Mikes since 1993. Youll always get an honest answer and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend this to anyone over the corporate stores. I had to deal with them once and wasnt impressed at all. Theyll try to push you into things that arent necessarily what you need and wont be honest with you when you ask questions.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The associate helped me sort out my phone and data plans despite Verizons attempt to make them as convoluted as possible. She also managed to get my hotspot working when I was sure it would need to be replaced. They dont have the widest selection of devices in town but if your looking for just a phone they are more than sufficient. Deffinatly recommend.
VERY helpful over the phone. But cable on my Pixel phone shorted out after only having it 3 months.
Highly recommended for repairs! I shattered my iPhone screen while in town for an Illini game. They were the only place in town that would fix it the same day. I dropped it off and picked it up 2 hours later, good as new. Thanks guys!
