The two gentlemen in the store were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were quickly able to provide me with all their latest service promotions and phone deals running.I was switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. They tested my phone to make sure it would work on their network first. Then they helped me call Sprint and ask the questions needed to make the transfer so I could keep my phone number.TL;DRGreat service, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
I spent 4 hours with sprint/Tmobile online support as well as over the phone trying to activate a phone I had purchased on their own website. Of all of the numerous people I talked to online and over the phone, none of them ever resolved the issue. I walked in to this store and even though he wasnt sure how to resolve my problem, Benjamin at this store went to work trying to figure it out. Even though I walked in with a complicated issue that online support had TOTALLY complicated further, Benjamin got everything figured out within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Even though I walked in close to closing time and my issue caused him to stay past closing time, Benjamin NEVER mentioned that fact or had any sort of attitude about it. The attitude he presented was nothing but professional and to make sure I left there with a working device. This seems rare in the customer service field anymore and I hope Benjamins boss realizes the stellar employee he has. If not, I hope Benjamin and I cross paths the next time Im hiring.

I have received the most amazing customer service from Tadeo Rojas when I was in the Urbana, Illinois store. On two occasions he has helped me navigate through a very poor online customer service situation. Tad is an outstanding employee. If it wasn’t for him I would have canceled my T-mobile account. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

This t-mobile location seemed to find it necessary to litter sales fliers through out my apartment building. 47 apartments and easily 200 fliers. I’m sure my landlord will appreciate cleaning them up.

I was having issues with my phone, and Ted enthusiastically went above and beyond to fix it. I traded in my phone as part of a promotional deal back in May 2019. My phone was in perfect condition, and both the sign and the salesman said I would receive the $400 maximum as advertised. I did not receive any rebate details until late June, and at this time, I learned that $95 went toward the new phone I purchased, and that the max rebate was only $300. The remaining $205 would be credited to me via a virtual VISA card. Overall, its $100 less than what I was told I would be receiving, and the details of the promotion were not explained very well to me at the time of purchase. I think the salesmen and women at this location need more education and should be more well-versed in the promotions they are offering to save customers confusion and frustration in the future. My experience was awesome is a young man in there by the name of Benjamin he did everything he could to straighten me out and get me fixed up, and where some other people and took advantage of me but he hooked me up and got me squared away and this is a great location because they care more about the customer then just taking your money. They can have my business everyday of the week.🤙👍

Not very good customer service especially when you end your service with them . They are trying to stick me with a bill that l should not have after I cancelled and payed my last bill in May. And threaten to send it to collection. Dont get the plans that have other people on it. I terminated my plan the way the T-MOBILE representative told me to. The other people was paying the bill for the last five months so they stop and now T-MOBILE is trying to make me pay the bill. Saying it was in my name. Although I terminated service with them. I have excellent credit but I am not paying something I dont owe.
I had a great experience there. Both the employees were very helpful and polite. Especially Hana was of great help when my friends and I went there for Porting our numbers to T-Mobile.

Went in for a phone upgrade, Ted and Peter were absolutely jovial and helpful in explaining all the new details of my plan and bill. Genuine guys and fantastic service.
Sales reps provided and sold SIM cards that were not compatible with the devices. Returnd SIM cards the same day and the store never processed the refund. They now have no record of payment. Tried to call store, one rep unprofessionally handed the phone to another rep who hung up on us. Called back to speak to manager who was extremely unprofessional as well. He told us to have the bank take care of the charge and hung up. I Do NOT reccomend this store or its employees to anyone.

This T-mobile location in Urbana was incredibly accomodating. I walked in 10 minutes before close and Ted greeted me enthusiastically. I knew what i wanted and he didnt hassle me to do anything else and just helped me get my upgrade as fast as possible.

Totally dishonest employees and manager. Went to sign up for T-Mobile’s 55 and Over plan, and was told it was no longer offered “because the company was losing too much money.” If fact, the plan is still offered by T-Mobile and the employee attempted to sign my wife and I to a significantly more expensive plan. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
Phone had a faulty SIM card. Ted helped me get a new one setup, and when it didnt work right away, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. All in under 10 minutes
