This is Garys youngest son, this store is the worst. I have had multiple more than 4 bad experiences dealing with this stores staff not knowing what they are doing. Now you cant even answer the phone when the site says so I believe you are open. If I could rate - stars I would.

I brought 2 phones and it took 4 hours to transfer our data to the new phones. I took my phones home and finished it myself.( 20 minutes). My phone camera wouldnt come on ( a brand new phone) instead of trying to fix or replace they told me to call the phones maker. Normally I dont complain but Im estatic because I can pay online and not have to enter the store and wait.

Great outlet for Boost Mobile phones and accessories. Have bought phones, accessories, and now i sometimes pay for my internet there. Very friendly staff.

The only reason I stay with Boost is because of Heidi!! I have thought so many times of leaving and checking out other services but she is always so friendly and informative that I stay! I have been to the other boost stores and even though they are closer i would rather drive further just to come see her and have her help me!! I have 6 different phones threw boost with mine and my kids. The other stores have been rude and very unhelpful!! Heidi always seems to make everything better fixes whatever the issue is explains what is going on talks me out of leaving boost and reassures me that i am with the right company and Im on my way till I need my way again!! The best thing this company did was hire her!!!

Excellent customer service! Heidi and Lucy spent most of the day getting me switched over from my old service. These are the gals you want to go see for your cell service.

Came in twenty minutes before close and the staff took there time and did everything they could to help us out and keep us informed. Will come back again for any service.

The lady in the store was incredibly friendly and polite, made us feel welcome. Her customer service game is on point.

Ok yall if. You havent been to the boost mobile store on Cunningham i suggest you do because they have the most amazing people like Heidi & Hana, they are so cool. The service they gave me and helped me with was awesome!!!😊 this is the go to spot for all boost locations. THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH YOU ALL ARE GREEAAT!

I had Boost Mobile for about 3 months, and was completely unimpressed by them. In terms of this location:- They put my address into their system incorrectly- they had me listed as at some random address in Kentucky instead of within walking distance of this store, where I signed up in person.- The employees had issues switching my number over to their serviceIn terms of more general Boost Mobile issues, not related to this location:- while the network was reliable enough, I continuously had issues with their website and couldnt make payments because of this for days at a time. Then, the day the next payment was due- a payment I couldnt make because their website kept giving me errors both on mobile and desktop- theyd cut my plan off and my data and phone service would stop until I could get the payment to go through.- the website also wouldnt let me change my address for a long time. Similar issue- couldnt get the website to work- more expensive than the service I was getting was worthOverall, AVOID

Love this store. This is the only Boost store I go too. Heidi is always very nice an explains everything.

I have Boost service and I love it because of the prices. They ask for your opinion on how to be rewarded as a customer. They give me $5 off of my bill every month for letting them advertise things to me on my phone. I dislike the stores and advertising though. I also dont like the fact you cannot buy any extra hotspot data. They have signs everyone gets a free Galaxy phone. You go in there are all types of different things you have to do to get the free phone. I switched to them from metro PCs and I told them Id be switching my sons phone to Boost as well. When I tried to do so they said the phone has to be on before we can give you anything free or add a line to your bill with a free phone. The place is always packed and rarely will you find an extra person working there. You have to be bilingual to work there which is discouraging. Once I went there over 5 times in one day because the phone I got activated was given to me by a friend and they couldnt acticstr it then finally it started working only to be shut off later on. It was hectic and the women were both Spanish and they had no idea what they were doing. The lines are long, the signs are deceiving and they only hire Spanish people to work there which in my opinion is racist. I just deal with boost online over the phone because the stores are a mess. They dont know what their doing no idea how to explain why this phone is better than this phone. Just clueless.

Very rude and made my moms phone worse then what it was when i took it in to get it checked they are the reason why i left boost

Staff were very helpful.My phone was having some issues connecting to Internet. She diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it fixed within 1 hour.
