Great place with fantastic customer service! Went in to poke around and was surprised by their low prices, some of the best in the area. Guy behind the counter was more personable and patient than most other shops. Had a great time talking to him, walked out with a nice firearm at a great price. Will definitely be my first stop for gun shopping from now on. Worth checking out.

The people who run the store are great. Ive purchased cleaning supplies, ammo, and have done a transfer or two through them. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great experience, recently went in to ship a firearm to the manufacturer. Kevin was great and just had me cover the shipping. Now I am looking for another firearm and I already know where my first stop will be.

I have dealt with Delta Armory, on most of my purchases. I have sent my friends and family, in and all recieved great service. The staff, Kevin and Sully, are very helpful, and knowledgeable., they will even order anything they dont have. If you need it they will do what they can to accommodate. The gun smith on staff there is very knowledgeable as well, have had a couple of things worked on with the utmost satisfaction. Thankful that I had used this service and continue to do so.

Best prices and best customer service. Cabela’s, Rural King, Bass Pro Shop, you name it Kevin can beat their prices on new guns all day, and he actually cares that you get the gun that’s best fit for you. I will be buying guns from them for as long as they’re open.

I left Mad River Armory in Springfield to sell my gun here, after only being offered $85 for it, the boss who offered me $85 dollars was hard to schedule a time to meet with, and when we met, he was eating pizza while talking to me behind the counter.Delta Armory on the other hand had a great employ who was honest and to the point with all of my questions, and was happy to help me sell my rifle for $325. If I have any gun related business in the future, this is where Im heading.

When Delta Armory extended their offer to help us with a raffle for the benefit of the Center, we felt like we were dealing with a friend. We were not just customers. Fantastic customer service.. Kevin is a great guy and definitely a place to go to if u just have questions about firearms or wanting to purchase one this is the place to go my mom was n there recently and was wanting some with no much kick he helped her out to get the gun she wanted.. and they offer layaway so if u dont have the full amount up front u can pay on what other gun shop/dealer can u go to for that.. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a firearm and the prices are really good as well.. if I could give them more stars than 5 I would amazing..

Great Company. Great People. Their card reader wasn’t working, so I had to go get cash and come back and they gave me a free box of ammo for the inconvenience.

Very knowledgeable owner who really goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need at a price you just cant beat. I have been dealing with him for years and he is always my first choice when Im in the market for firearms and/or accessories. Highly recommended.
