Ice-cream came out as ordered and delish. the service was as always delightful and prompt.

Slow drive thru. Inside counter still closed due to staffing. Tonight a mom with 4 kids were standing (literally, not in a vehicle) in the drive thru line. I hope they were able to be served. Had I seen them before ordering, I wouldve offered to do that for them.

Love Dairy Queen but the last time I was at the one in urbana the milkshakes were not shakes at all they were more like milk with flavoring and chunks of fruit.

While the ice cream was perfect like always, the waiting in line left quite a bit to be desired. We were in that line for 26 minutes start to finish.Not sure what the hold up was, and after that long I honestly didn’t care.

Quick service although the line looked long. It will be nice when they have inside service.

Love the special Girl Scout thin mint Blizzard. I almost wish one blizzard was not good, LOL.

This Dairy Queen location is one of the best Ive been to the food was fantastic the staff was great and it was just an all-around joyful experience didnt spend much time inline all the employees were really on top of everything 5 out of 5 I highly recommend this location I hope the staff and management keep up the great work.

I enjoyed the Apple Crumble Pie Blizzard. It had the right amount of seasoning, and a nice flavor of apple. My elderly mother enjoyed her Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. I also got the Pork BBQ, which is soooo GOOD. My mother loves the Sloppy Joe sandwiches. But ... instead of paper bags, they handed our sandwiches in a FLIMSY, thin, cardboard.box, which just BARELY supported the 4 small sandwiches. Im not a rocket scientist. But wouldnt it be CHEAPER to use paper bags that would offer MORE support as the cashier hands you your armful of food from the window? Good thing we only got 4 sandwiches. If we had more food, the box would have given out as we tried carrying it from the car to the house. Glad I had some empty plastic grocery bags in the front of the car!! I was able to put our food in THAT to make it easier to carry! I know its not the fault of the employees at the store. But DQ needs to change this policy!

Ordered med. Milkshake got milk and strawberries with a little ice cream.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae got melted ice cream with hot fudge. I then ask did you forget my whipped cream and was told No if you want whipped cream you have to ask for it and its 75¢ extra LOL... I love ice cream and never have I been charged extra for whipped cream on a sundae. Thats like ordering a hotdog and have to buy a bun.

Quick, yummy and affordable treats this afternoon. We had a hot fudge sundae, a chocolate chocolate sundae and a dipped vanilla soft serve. The service was fast and friendly - a five star experience.

Had a banana split and it was great. Fast, friendly service. You can take out or eat at tables outside. No inside seating. Just good food and ice cream.

I only stop because of the convenience of the location. More often then not the staff is less then sub par. Annoyed to answer questions or lack the ability altogether. Food had always been good.

Asked for light mustard on my coney dog... there was so much mustard on it.. it was oozing out everywhere. Yuck! Not a happy customer.

Urbana DQ is awesome

My children wanted Jurassic chomp for the awesome dino cups...they got regular cups. Kids were disappointed. I ordered a VANILLA moo latte... I got a caramel... Not impressed. Ill make the drive out of town for a different DQ next time.

Dont get the shredded chicken. It obviously had been reheated. It was not shredded but more of a salty paste.

I usually like to give great reviews but this place I cannot give a good review, our order was wrong once we got it. I asked for coneys for the family and they were plain hotdogs and after waiting 15 mins was told it would be $6 and they had no cheese, I asked the manager how often do people order plain hot dogs and was told every day, anyways I find this visit very disappointing and next time I go canoeing we will find somewhere else to eat..

I must say that out of all the DQs Ive been to, I am very disappointed with the one in Urbana, OH. We waited in line for 10 mins thinking that the lady in front of me had a big order, when she was just chatting with the girls behind the counter. There were 5 other customers behind me. However, the girls behind the counter were not rude and were very nice. The restaurant was very clean and well kept.I paid $2.00 for a small chocolate cone that wasnt even half the size of a water bottle. Very disappointed and will be posting my picture of the product I received on Google Maps. Please forward to franchise owner of Urbana, OH Dairy Queen location.
