We needed a dryer in a bit of a hurry. They had one in their clearance section that fit the bill perfectly when no one in the area had anything to sell us without waiting weeks. Transaction was quick and painless they made our day. We need anything else in the future, were going here first.
We stopped in last weekend on a whim, and Matt volunteered to help us without an appointment. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, didn’t pressure us to spend more, and quickly gave us a detailed quote with prices far better than anywhere else we’ve looked. Afterwards, he took the time to reach out and update the quote once we had our kitchen layout finalized. We’ll definitely be ordering all of our appliances here later this month.
We built a home and our builder recommended purchasing all of our appliances through factory direct. The high end Frigidaire refrigerator stopped cooling within a year of purchase. After two service calls and a month without a refrigerator, factory direct will not replace what is obviously a lemon refrigerator. They do not stand behind the products they sale and do not assist customers when products fail, no loaners, no replacing. Do not make the mistake we made, purchase your appliances from dealers who back their products and advocate for their customers.

I cant say enough about the customer service at Factory Direct. We purchased all of our appliances with them on a new build. They have a great selection of high quality appliances. I ran into some issues with a couple of the appliances and they were so helpful in resolving those issues. The customer service was above and beyond and they made sure I was happy in the end. Thats the way you run a business! I appreciate everything they did for me and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. A special shout out to Mike Archer and Chistina Delliquadri for taking great care of me!
Purchased set of Speed Queen washer an dryer. Salesperson, kind, informative, giving best deal available. Delivered and hooked up within a few days. Have been very pleased with both appliances. Easy to operate, very quiet, efficient. Glad I took the time to research reviews on washer and dryers before buying.

Id give 5 starts but I was forced to use Factory Direct by my builder. I prefer Homemakers appliance as that is where Ive gone for years. Having said that, while their selection on the floor isnt great and they charge full retail it was a good experience. I got them to price match several Black Friday sales so that saved me over a thousand dollars. They havent installed yet so things could change but if your forced into a situation it could have been far worse.

Good appliance demo setups, great customer service and pricing. Expanded weekend hours would be nice though, considering its traditional consumers that visit their showroom.

These people are crooks. Their installation fees are outrageous and they cant explain any questions you ask them. Same appliance at 3 different stores were over $2000 less - was forced to work with them through our builder. They are a rip off and I am sure they pass the credits back to the builders. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Absolutely will never do business with them again. Horrible service, horrible products. We have had our entire new appliance set about a year and have already had 4 service calls completed. One was within the first WEEK. They did not back or stand by their product. Completely unresponsive. As I mentioned, I would not recommend that anyone use them ever.

Moved to a new house and Bought a new fridge from factory direct. They installed it. When we moved in on a Saturday the fridge was not working. By the time we figured it out they were closed. They are closed on sundays as well. When we got a hold of them on Monday they had to put in a work order. We called back later in the morning to check on the status. The lady said they were still waiting to hear back on the work order. Called again later and they said they still have not heard back on the work order. We got the number from FD and called the repair company directly. They said they have not received any work order. FD was content to wait around and do nothing rather than see what was taking so long. It was Wednesday before the repair company could come out. Then 3 days to order the parts. So basically we got a refurbished fridge for full price, a fridge full of food that spoiled, and went a week without a fridge. FD does not reimburse for spoiled food, and did not reimburse for a refurbished fridge. Obviously Im not very happy with this experience or customer service. They did send out a loaner.
