I saw fluid beneath my truck, I pulled into Advanced Auto Parts, they immediately responded, examined my truck and gave it a clean bill of health. Just condensation...praise God. They could have tried to sell me something that I didnt really need, but didnt. I know where to go when I do need something for my truck, and trust they will treat me very fair. Walk in and started to search for freon, the lady behind the counter ask me what I was looking and when I told her. She pointed out that it was in front of the counter. She was very pleasant. While I was waiting for her in line, a gentleman ask me if I was ready to pay and took care of me. My visit was pleasant and quick.

Decent selection of in-stock parts and accessories and wonderful customer service keeps me coming back whenever I need something.

Wow, I shop here often enough that the Speedperks kick-back coupons you get here really put a dent in the final total when you go shopping here. I’ll usually find a couple odds and ends here I need or want for basic upkeep of my vehicles. A majority of the time I suggest looking out for some of their 2 for 1 deals on detailing chemicals and discounted detailing accessories.

I have a 2015 Dodge Durango which is well maintained. To my surprise, the check engine light randomly came on. The Durango forum advised that I take it to an auto store to get the fault code (if not warranty). I went to the Advance Auto Parts on Bemiss Road in Valdosta, GA. I was helped by Zach and Augustine and they were great. Zach went as far as looking up what my particular code could be from. Thanks guys!

Quick and knowledgeable answersto your auto questions. They also try and save you money if possible. I needed a car battery...went down to the store and met with Danny. Danny is a personable guy with a large snow white beard. First thing he says is...lets test your current battery...if it holds a charge you wont need a New one. So about an hour later..they call me at the house..no joy Mr battery is deceased. So they install a new battery and when I arrive its ready to go. Great service. Good people

Charles is very professional and Curtious. All other Staff are just the same. They dont mind taking time to make sure you get the Right part. I would recommend this store to everyone. I dont go anywhere else.

Took a cooked battery in for testing today. This battery failed on 2 manufacturer battery testers which failed for them to tell me the battery needed to be charged, I do not by any means recommend purchasing any of their brand products or major parts from there as they will do everything in their power not to honor the warranty

Good parts store just double check the new part to make sure its the right one. Its easy to see and access from the main road.

Love them, they are kind to my wife who sometimes has to stop in for me. She understandably does not understand much about cars so far but is trying to learn and they treat her with the utmost respect regardless.

Staff always helpful but last visit was disappointing I almost felt as if I was bothering the woman checking me out . She was short with me and misread the screen that said the headlight I was asking for was both high and low beam combination. She insisted that I find out which one I needed until I saw screen and showed her. Then she couldnt get me out of there fast enough, and not in the nice way.

I used to work for Adance auto and I’m supposed to get a transfer to one of the stores near by and before I go to talk to the GM I like to go in as a customer to get a feel for the store and staff. Will I won’t be working at this store. Once a customer walks in within 10min the employees are supposed to greet th customer. They failed to do that. Then on my way to get some oil for my car an Advance auto store employee just passes me by not even greeting me or asking me if I need any help. Very dry not professional at all. The best Advance Auto store is located in Madison,fl. GM is Reggie and the employees there are very professional. If it wasn’t because I had to move I would still be there. SMH
